estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss. Once all Property Damages can be confirmed we will know if the total Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage policy limit. If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit we will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages. If all parties agree to the settlement offers we will mail out Property Damage releases to all parties. Once all of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us we will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party. Please understand we cannot make any payments unless all parties agree to accept our offer to settle and all three signed Property Damage releases are received in our office.

I am rejecting this response because:Although you did send payment of everything, you did NOT send payment of the $170 I am missing! It is not my fault I got hit by your driver when I was 24 years old. Why should I pay the "under 25 fee"? You are legally responsible for for my reimbursement of ALL DAMAGES.

I excepted that they owe me what we agreed on that amount was$7,800.. I returned the release the same day they hit my car I did not hit and crash in to them

Although it is regrettable that they took 3 week just to tell me the other driver did not have coverage, it would have been helpful to know that right away so that I could have gotten my car repaired through my insurance. I would never recommend this insurance company.

The Company regrets that you have been unable to reach our adjuster.  As you are represented we are not permitted to speak to you directly.   Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows the Company us to make payment to another party when the Company believes our insured was...

legally liable for those damages.  In this case, the Company has not been able to confirm the facts of the loss with our insured.  The Company does not know that our insured was liable for your damages.   The Company is unable to provide coverage under our insured’s policy unless there has been full compliance with all terms of our insured’s policy, including  our insured’s cooperation with our investigation.  Because for this loss there was not full compliance (our insured’s cooperation) with all terms of this policy, no coverage can be extended for the above referenced loss, at this time.  If the Company is unable to reach our insured we may not be able to extend any coverage for the above referenced loss.  The Company will continue its efforts to speak to our insured.

D0####5CA16.Due to the lack of response and minimal work ethic of their staff, I have had to file a claim with my insurance for my vehicle, my neck pain and migraines. I however do no have auto rental coverage as a part of my policy. Therefore, for the time being, I would like clear documentation from the insurance company that they will pay for my rental car within 30 days after submitting the final amount to them as to prevent further accrual of interest on my credit card. and ultimately would like this paid within the 30 days after submitting for payment. Per the adjuster, my car was considered undriveable which verified that I would need a rental car following the accident. which is again, the fault of their insured party and has been verified through the police report that I had to provide to Alliance united Insurance services as their staff did nothing to resolve this claim. I was very happy with my vehicle and had no intent on purchasing a new vehicle after putting almost $4000 worth of work towards my car to maintain it in good conditions. regardless of the work and financial amount put towards my vehicle, my insurance is considering my vehicle as a total loss now. I am now being forced to purchase a new vehicle after all this and I would appreciate if this company at the very least could appropriately handle this claim with time sensitivity so that I can hopefully get past this.

Alliance United Insurance Company is in receipt of a request from the Revdex.com. The Company regrets any difficulty you may have experienced trying to reach our adjuster. Our records reveal we spoke directly to you via ###-###-#### on September 8, 2016 and on September 15, 2016. Our phone system captured 31calls from ###-###-#### which were so short in duration that our adjuster was unable to pick up the phone in time and our voicemail system were unable to pick up before the call was terminated on your end. This pattern suggests you terminated your call to us 31 times when the voicemail system was triggered. Our insured had a valid policy in force on the date of loss and liability is not disputed. The damages to your vehicle indicate a “total loss”. The Company’s total loss department has ordered an evaluation of your vehicle to determine the “actual Cash Value” of your automobile. Upon receipt of the evaluation our total loss department will contact you directly at the phone number you provided. Please contact the handling adjuster Stephanie Rubalcava at ###-###-#### if you have any questions or require any additional information.

The Company received your shops correct W( Friday at 5:23pm. Payment can now be processed.

Our records show you have filed a formal complaint with the California Department of Insurance.  A complete written response will be mailed to you and uploaded to the California Department of Insurance as required.
