03/31/2016 and extended our offer to settle your total loss.We mailed our written offer and package to you including the attached cover letter.We have not received your written response to date. We called your lender Patelco to obtain the 10 day payoff quote on 04/04/2016 and were place on hold for 7 minutes then they disconnected the call, we will attempt to reach them again today. Dear Law Offices Of G[redacted]:We are writing this letter on behalf of Alliance United Insurance Company to acknowledge receipt of the above referenced loss and to advise you that the handling of this claim is being conducted under a Reservation of Rights. Based on what we have learned to date and our review of policy number MNS####904, we have determined that you may not have coverage for the claim. We are not denying the claim at this time but may deny the claim depending upon the outcome of our coverage investigation.We intend to investigate the facts and circumstances in connection with this claim. To date we are still waiting on your shop to provide us with their tax information so we can issue payment. Your shop was advised of this on 10/24/16 and again twice on 10/27/16. To date we still have not received the requested and required info that we need from them.

actually settled I wish to hold this claim in an unresolved status. It is quite precarious that for months I have been trying to contact this company to get results, but miraculously once I file a claim with the Revdex.com, they contact me back immediately?
This is in regards to AU Claim# 26**99A claim was filed with AU on July 10, 2015 when an insured customer of this company was involved in an accident with one of our company vehicles. We have been in contact several times with this company about compensating us for the damages to our vehicle. It has now been six months since the accident occurred and we still have not heard back from this company regarding payment for the damages. We were originally contacted by this company in August of 2015 stating that they were in process of collecting information from all parties involved. We attempted to contact this company later in the month and after leaving several messages for their "assigned representative", we finally contacted a supervisor by the name of E[redacted] who assured us that they were actively working to resolve this claim. We followed up again in September, then again in October, again trying to contact their assigned representative, N[redacted], again with no reply after several messages left. Once again we were able to get into contact with Supervisor E[redacted] in early October, who once again stated that they had no results and that they were working on the case. She stated that she would follow up with Norma to find out why this has not been resolved. That was on October 16, 2015. We have patiently awaited a response from this company, to no avail. We have attempted several since then to contact this company. leaving several messages for both N[redacted] and E[redacted], to which there has been no reply. There was over $10,000.00 in damages to our company vehicle to which this company is not taking responsibility for resolving. According to the police report filed at the time of the accident, all responsibility is on the insured party, as it was determined that she was the "at fault" party and our Company, along with two other parties were the victims of the accident. Please contact my Business Manager / CFO, T[redacted], at ###-###-#### to discuss resolution to this matter between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST.

Although this is not always possible, it is our goal. Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damages. In this case, we have been unable to confirm the facts of the loss with our insured. We do not know that our insured was liable for your damages.    We are unable to provide coverage under our insured’s policy unless there has been full compliance with all terms of our insured’s policy, including our insured’s cooperation with our investigation. Because for this loss there was not full compliance (our insured’s cooperation) with all terms of this policy, no coverage can be extended for the above referenced loss, at this time. We will work diligently to resolve our investigation. Thank you for your patience.

I am rejecting this response because:The coverage investigation has been said  about 2 months ago and until now there is no result. The documents of coverage is in their file, how come there is no progress.This company is not really working on my  claim. Until when will I wait to settle this. They don't even call me for status update . What shall I do. Ronnie Dixon told me lastMonday that he will send me an email on Tuesday that I need to reply but until now , Thursday he never did.

It is apparent that there will be no outcome in dealing with Alliance as it is impossible to contact them to provide any new information.As easy as this case is, they fail to properly handle a small accident.  They're participating in  bad faith, as many have experienced. Their "statement of facts"  are not facts. Their message to me contains evidence of "flip-flopping",outliers and false information that I can easily rebute. I may have to take the next step to handle this.

When you completed the new business auto application with your broker you signed an authorization form to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer.  This form states the following:I understand that this authorization allows Alliance United to adjust the monthly deductions to reflect any changes and...

policy renewals, and will automatically continue to debit all amounts due, as they become due, with no additional notice required.Please advise if you would like a copy of this form mailed to you.

I am rejecting this response because: Obviously the policy number was attached if the claim did not come up in your system. We go back to the original question how come your policy cancellation shows a prorated status which means the policy was cancelled and the driver got pro-rated money back. In addition tot he two conflicting phone calls we got where one of you said the car was stolen and the driver was in Las Vegas while the other person reported a non-payment even though the policy was just renewed 3 weeks prior to the accident. I am hoping the insurance commissioner will be able to get more facts on this as opposed of the run-around I am getting from you myself.

valid policy in force on the date of the loss and liability is not disputed.  The loss related Property Damage total may exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit.  As such, the Company is currently collecting and confirming all Property Damage estimates as directly related to the above referenced loss.  Once all of the loss related Property Damages can be confirmed the Company will know if the total of all Property Damage exceeds our insured’s Property Damage policy limit.  If the total loss related Property Damages exceed our insured’s Property Damage limit the Company will extend apportioned, or pro rata, offers to settle each party’s damages.  If each party agrees to the settlement offers the Company will mail out Property Damage releases to each party.  Once each of Property Damage releases are signed and returned to us the Company will be able to process Property Damage payments in the agreed amounts to each party.

We received a call from you on 4/22/2015 stating you did not have money in the bank to cover the premium and you requested to remove from automatic debit.  Your call was 1 day before the payment was to be deducted from your account.  Customer Service advised you there was not enough time...

to stop the payment from being deducted from your account.  Also, you were advised there would be a $25.00 NSF fee if the payment was rejected.We require a written request signed and dated by the named insured to remove from automatic debit with 30 days notice prior to renewal.  We informed you if a payment was made at least 3 days prior to the due date we would not automatically debit your account.  We have not received a written request to remove from automatic debit.A stop payment was placed by you for both the April and May payments.  A $25.00 Fee was added for each payment rejected.If you would like to remove from automatic debit you must submit a signed written request.
