The Company’s records reveal our adjuster J[redacted] spoke directly to R[redacted] on 06/17/2016 for 34 minutes to obtain his statement, explain the claims process and the supplement process.

shops request for a supplement. We agreed to make payment directly to your shop of choice once the supplement was approved. The Company spoke to Richard again on 07/21/2016 to go over the approved supplement.
Our adjuster Jaime called ###-###-#### yesterday, 07/21/2016 and left a message on your voicemail.

records reveal we spoke to your adjuster Ryan Rogers at Progressive Insurance Company, cl# 164816427 at ###-###-#### on 04/19/2016 to confirm that we have a coverage issue at this time. He confirmed he was seeking our liability investigation conclusion and told us your damages have been paid by your carrier and you would like us to afford your deductible. Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damages. In this case, we have been unable to confirm the facts of the loss with our insured. We do not know that our insured was liable for your damages. We are unable to provide coverage under our insured’s policy unless there has been full compliance with all terms of our insured’s policy, including our insured’s cooperation with our investigation. Because for this loss there was not full compliance (our insured’s cooperation) with all terms of this policy, no coverage can be extended for the above referenced loss.

your services and have the matter of the accident resolved ASAP so we can switch insurance carriers and be done with allied. This company should be shut down and no longer allowed to accept money for services that they do not provide.

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a call from Mr L[redacted] but he offered NO RESOLUTION, he reiterated that Alliance will only pay $245 of the $517 of the car rental invoice, obviously this is not acceptable. I was rear ended by their client and just want what is owed me which is the balance.  I'm not sure why Mr L[redacted] called, he started the call by saying 'you requested a call', no I did not request just a call I requested resolution to my issue, I requested a total refund for my out of pocket expenses due to your clients negligence.  I asked Mr L[redacted] if he called to tell me anything new and he said NO, I told him to have his supervisor call me and I hung up.

Our records show we spoke with you on 1/10/2018 and 1/12/2018 and explained the payment for November was declined by your bank.  A notice of cancellation was mailed on 11/13/2017 advising payment was declined and to avoid cancellation payment must be received by 11/26/2017.  Payment was...

not received and your policy lapsed due to non-payment.  A refund was mailed to you on 12/7/2017.   If a policy has been cancelled for over 30 days we will not reinstate/rewrite coverage a new application must be submitted.  When you contacted our office on 1/10/2018 the policy had been cancelled over 30 days.On 1/12/2018 you requested a letter of experience for your new carrier.  The letter was emailed to you today.

I am rejecting this response because:The claim adjuster told us someone will be out to estimate the damages of my car by Friday May 27th. As read on the company response my car was "apparently" not at the shop Friday however I responded with my check in receipt showing my car was there since Thursday May 26th. I spoke with the claim adjuster yesterday May 31st he told me some excuses on why that happened and said he had to assign another independent field estimator and they arranged for him to come check my car out today June 1st. The auto body shop notified me the adjuster did not have the right information filed by Daniel and could not come today. The auto body shop expressed their frustration and left several voicemails with the claims adjuster (Daniel) in attempt to expedite and resolve the issue and has had no luck but a sour appraiser going off the grid to potentially come "tomorrow" June 2nd. Accident was reported May 22nd and nothing has been done. This company does not care about their loyal customers and try everything to drag out and delay everything. This is affecting my ability to work and interfering with my personal life!!!

Yesterday you spoke directly to our adjuster. As you know, we have spoken to our insured and have processed payment for the estimated damages to your vehicle. We will consider reimbursing a car rental based upon your vehicle actually being under repair.We will consider the daily rate plus tax only. Any coverage you elect to purchase for yourself or the rental car is not reimbursable. I am rejecting this response because: I find it amazing how hard you guys are trying to protect your driver and your pocket, the excluded driver...

name on this policy is Dion Carter a male person. There were 3 ladies / girls in this vehicle that we have a picture of and there was no person that can look like Dion a male person. You guys need to get your lies Straight: First, you said the driver was in Las Vegas and she claimed her car was stolen, next, you said the policy was cancelled due to non-payment and now you say it was driven by the excluded driver. Which is it? This complaint making its way to the insurance commissioner of the State of California. They need to investigate your practices into this business. It is funny how many people on various complaint web sites report identical issues and stories about your company as if it is in mission statement. You either are in business to do business right or you don't. We have copies of the 3 pages of your policy declaration pages who only the insured would have who took out of her purse, I do not think you comprehended that statement, maybe the commissioner will make sense out of that.
