Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I am not sure that you actually read my complaint, I clearly stated that my provider received some paperwork but is missing a signed authorization form which they called and left a message on J [redacted] s voicemail, and they have not received a call backI spoke with my provider yesterday about this and I also called Alliance and (big surprise) left another message which had not been returned, again not surprising, even though it clearly states someone will get back to me within business hours, and that has never actually happenedI should not have to file complaints to the Revdex.com and the insurance commissioner just to get an adjuster from the at fault party's incompetent insurance company (alliance United insurance) Regards, P [redacted] ***

Dear Mr. B [redacted] , The Company regrets any difficulty you have experienced attempting to reach your assigned adjuster. Check 675-####190 in the amount of $7,100.00 was mailed to your carrier Ameriprise on October 4, 2016. This payment includes your $500.00 deductible. Unless your have sold... your vehicle you have not suffered a diminished value claim. Our insured’s policy allows us to afford loss related damages, it does not allow the Company to afford losses that have not occurred. The Company’s records reveal you were offered a Bodily Injury settlement in the amount of $500.00 on July 22, 2016. Check 675-0011008 in the amount of $500.00 was mailed to the address above on July 25, 2016. The Company’s records reveal a Bodily Injury release was mailed to you on July 22, 2016 however as of today’s date we have not received the signed release returned as per our agreement. Please either return the signed injury release or forward your complete medical records to the Company for review and consideration.

Complaint: 11476025 I am rejecting this response because I have a few more questions:I received a fax from C [redacted] today including the estimate of record (please find enclosed the attached PDF file), does it mean that I can bring my car to my garage (guts auto exchange) to proceed for repairs and that all costs resulting from the accident will be covered by Alliance United Insurance Company? Will the garage address the bill directly to Alliance United Insurance Company? I do not want to be involved in the payment.In order to commute to my workplace everyday, will Alliance United Insurance Company provide me with a car (car rental) during the repairs of my own car?Before making my decision, all those questions have to be cleared. Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Troy from metcadez benz of Stevens creek said it could be a possibility due to the module being cracked from impactI asked if there are any signs I've been hit on the front of my car and they said no, noneThe only impact I've been in and have mentioned from day one of the apraisir coming to look at my car, was from alliance United clientThe body shop also agrees that the impact from that accident could have caused itAs mentioned, I've never been in any other accident, it's a brand new car with miles and I had mentioned it to the apprisr from day one of looking at my vehicle Regards, H [redacted]
