Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below: I am more than ready to resolve this issue; I still have not yet heard from [redacted] as of todayEveryday that goes by is another day that we are lacking in savings from a solar investment that did not work well for us Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] will reach out to you to discuss the reimbursement optionsI apologize for the delays and lack of communication thus far [redacted] has advised you agreed to the reimbursement amountAll we are lacking is the release agreement to disperse fundsThank you, [redacted] ***

We can understand you point of view; however 4 panels alone do not equal 50% savings, the savings assurance is based off the entire package of products not solar alone. We have requested any additional information the consumer may have regarding a higher offered savings assurance. We understand and agree with some of the details of your complaint. As you mentioned you had been speaking with [redacted] in our customer service department to seek a resolution. We propose to have Ms. [redacted] contact you and review the aforementioned options and work this out with you like a reputable company should. We are more than willing to work with you and wish to seek an amicable resolution for all parties involved.

We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us. Last week on 8/10/15 and 8/11/15, two separate crews were dispatched to the [redacted] residence for free service calls. We understand your concerns and we are happy to hear you are willing to work with us to resolve your savings... concerns. We appreciate you sending in your usage recently so we can review the data and better determine what is needed at your home. As a growing company we do our absolute best to hire the best staff possible, unfortunately sometimes the prospective employee does not pan out and changes must be made. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. at ###-###-#### anytime you have additional questions.

Hello Mr [redacted] ,I do see that you are currently owed a rebate in the amount of $1,I will put in a request to have this expedited and submitted to you no later than Friday, February 26thIn regards to the tax credit, per the contract executed by yourself, the paragraph clearly states "Subject to the limitations and proscriptions in Paragraph herein, customer may be eligible for federal tax credits in the amount of $8,100"As we are not CPA's, and do not know your personal deductions, etcwe are unable to guarantee you any amountWe provide you with a quote that you may be eligible to receive up toPlease let me know if you have any further questions

I sincerely apologize that you are confused My last conversation with ***, I explained that by offering 1kwh was not going to resolve our issue She agreed with me regarding the 1kwh panel and would check to see if there was anything she could do on her end to speed the process of the back and forth CLEARLY GLOBAL DOES NOT GET BACK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS making this very bad situation drag on for MONTHS! I did mention that I did not go through the Revdex.com to be a difficult customer, I did it because of the lack of communication I receive through Global; I never in that conversation stated that I had agreed to drop my complaint AS OF TODAY; MONTHS LATER, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED An inspection of our panels was set for September 29th I have followed up on separate occasions (VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS) with [redacted] to see what the outcome was of the inspection and I have not heard backOn October 1st, she did reply to an email stating she would get back with me by the end of the day That was days ago The sales pitch of your salesmen at the time a customer is purchasing panels is definitely not 50% of an annual overage BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD what we were being promised to us and what our expectations were of our new purchase Our current monthly savings on average is $5-$I would have never purchased a solar package with a monthly payment of $to save $a month We did our part by funding our loans, paying them off on time etc It is now Global’s turn to stand behind a product you continue to sell today This issue could be resolved TODAY IF SOMEBODY FROM GLOBAL WOULD CALL ME OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND WE CAN WORK WITH ONE ANOTHER AND MOVE FORWARD I would certainly agree to drop my complaint with Global if additional 2-KWH solar panels are given in good faith from your company to get us to the percentage that we were promised from the beginning I truly believe additional panels would supply enough kwh IF THAT IS NOT AN OPTION, A FULL REFUND WOULD BE THE BEST ROUTE FOR THE BOTH OF US AND YOU MAY CERTAINLY COME AND REMOVE YOUR PANELS A savings of $a month is not worth a monthly bill of $for underperforming panels

Our system shows you have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] more recently I show we were waiting to receive more usage from you to determine our next steps, as we had no usage on file I also show we have requested to have your system checked, however our electrical crews are booked out a couple of weeks with the longer summer days coming to an end The best number to reach us at is 682-626- If you would provide me with names of who specifically you left messages for or have been attempting to contact, I can help look into that more thoroughly At this point, we would like the opportunity to rectify the situation by analyzing your data and determining what if any problems are realized We understand your concerns and look forward to working with you to resolve them Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSatisfactory in regard to the two issues mentionedHowever I still believe because of the breach in contract that I would like compensation for the breach of contract and neglect to be responsible to return calls and handle the matter in s professional mannerI still would prefer to have some of my bill knocked offThat would be satisfactory to meI await the meeting to discuss these issues Regards, [redacted]

The only time I was home for when anyone came by was when insulation was put in in my atticOther than thatEverything was done without me being homeAnd other than the equipment, there is no paper proof that anything was done except for the final sign off (mentioned later) That's how shady the whole process wasNo one asked me anything about a shade study analysis and placementNothing was discussed because there was no one with whom to discuss anythingThe salesman never mentioned itWe met at night when it was dark outside as wellI was out of the loop about everything because even at the time, communication with personnel in Dallas and BR was terribleI really just want the panels gone nowThey cause far more stress than paying a higher electricity billAnd given that all operation has ceased in Louisiana, the overall chance of me ever having any type of good service experience will never happenYou know that's trueThe only things that were signed were my contract for purchasing your products and signing off that the work was completed (while I wasn't home and the documents were left in my mailbox and picked up later) There is nothing else to provide. This contract under which I'm bound just costs me money and it's unjustI thank you for respondingI hope you have a Merry Christmas and that your company does well in their endeavorsJust help me to not be a part of itTake back your equipment and you'll be favorable in my eyesThank you

If this is not cover up, I will file on them because they or not a company that keep their word

The installer was reminded today to keep in touch with Mrand Mrs [redacted] regarding the shipment of the part and the scheduling of the repairThe installer informed us they have now updated Mrand Mrs [redacted] and will remain in touch until the system is repairedRegarding the reimbursment, one of our quality control specialists has run an analysis from the day the system production stopped to now to determine how much compensation would be necessary up until now, and went over the results with Mrand Mrs [redacted] to show them how we will calculate their compensationHowever, we won't reimburse until the system is repaired so that they are compensated for the entire time the system is down, not just up until todayAs for the Revdex.com responses from the company, they are simply reiterations of the facts collected by our administration department from those company representatives who have actually been in touch with Mr and Mrs [redacted] and been working on resolving the issuesAnd we expect the issue to be fully resolved once the replacement part comes in, the system gets repaired, and Mrand Mrs [redacted] are compensated for their losses according to the calculations which were discussed with them over the phone today

Please be advised that Global offered $2,in full and final settlement of the [redacted] claimsToday, Ms [redacted] rejected that offerShe intends, with her husband, to make a counter-offer to me in the immediate future via email I will advise you of the status when it changes

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. The paper that was sent last night had another family's name on it as well as ours. The agreement only addressed one year and my agreement is a two year savings plan. I and going to assume that since the second year is not over they are only willing to pay for the first year. I will agree to this if they can present a plan to address the second year. Additionally the return on investment (ROI) seems to be out of reach. The system cost me $19,000 and we were told that four panels would get us a 40% savings and we have 12 panels. So my ROI should be 5 years not 20 years. Regards, [redacted]

This is simply another attempt to string me along thinking I will grow tired of trying to get what they should have given me for purchasing their solar plan Global Efficient Energy owes me which was promised as an incentive to purchase their solar system The time span is totally unresonable, their poor reasons insulting I will continue to expect this money as promised to me

***, I appreciate the time you took to express your concerns and would be happy to look into these issues for youThe first thing I would like to address is that I spoke with you early NovemberIn your contract, it shows that you must send in your bill every monthThe purpose for this is that it will show us the usage, the billing period, and the description of chargesOften, when companies provide summaries (what you sent me), they only give me the due date, the payment due and the total usage for the monthWhat it doesn't include is any kWh's generatedThe problem with this is that you can use kWh, generate kWh and receive credit for kWh, but the summary will only show the kWh therefore savings won't be reflectedAdditionally, it won't explain if any part of the charges are due to late payments (not our fault)You can tell me you had a $bill for August, but if that's because July was $and you didn't pay it then that will be rolled into August's billThat will make it seem as if your bill is higher than what it should be, savings weren't achieved, etcYou called me after you sent the one sheet paper, I explained why I needed copies of the original and it made perfect sense to youYou were very kind, understanding, and told me you would get on itThere is no way that your utility company cannot provide ANY of your previous billsThere are some that stop after months but there are none that say they cannot provide ANY original copies In regards to your claim about the roof repair, that is not something that we promiseIf it is, then it would be in your contractAnyone can say they thought we would pay for it, just like anyone can say we are supposed to give them a $2K, $3K, $4K rebateEverything we promise is either written down, or in your contractIf it's not then there is no way to say it did or didn't happenWe can't prove your statement that you say he said thisIf you have ANY documentation showing that your rep included the price of removing and reinstalling in your package then I'd be happy to see why it has not been fulfilled I would be extremely happy to calculate your savings but unless I have your original bills any analysis I do would be incorrectI have to add as well that we would have NO idea at what rate to reimburse you for savings not achievedWe wouldn't know what you've been paying for kWh or what the average is because not everyone is on a fixed planI have to assume you don't have any original bills since you haven't sent them, and that lets me know that you wouldn't be able to give us the amount you pay for kWh eitherI cannot do it based off the total of the bill divided by the consumption because again, there are a lot of factors that make up the totalAs soon as I receive these I would be happy to move forwardAs I told you I would on November 2, 2016, I sent you my email with my entire contact informationI can resend you this information if you would likeI hope you have a great day and look forward to hearing from you [redacted] **

BBB -This customer has obtained a lawyer. We will be working directly with counsel to resolve.

I am still awaiting a solution from your company's representatives. Your company's representatives inspected your energy products that had been installed at my house in 2014 on January 25th, 2016 and I am still anxiously awaiting their decisions on how your company will meet the promised savings. Regards, [redacted]

Hi [redacted] I've made a decision to counter their $offer I texted both [redacted] and [redacted] yesterday, asking them to call me Haven't heard back from them.I filed a complaint through the company that is handling my $loan Enerbank has tried contacting [redacted] and [redacted] but aren't getting any responseI also followed up with the TX attorney general about the complaint I filed through them There's nothing they can do for me or help me with So, that's why i've decided to make a counter offerJust giving you an update

to work with us, however, we are not certain of the $your speaking of, was this a Global rebate or a credit of some type? I have also attached your contracts and installation instructions which show you purchased panels, I'm not clear as to your mention of panels.Thank you
