***, I wanted to reach out to you because I came across your complaint and wanted to let you know I will be launching an investigation to determine what action, if any, should be takenI need clarification on some things because your panels were installed in 06/as you stated and we did not have the software that we do now therefore I do not have a digital account for youBecause of this I have no way to see any logged communicationMy question, is that if your panels were installed in 06/and you sent your bills in as you stated but never received your check was there any communication in this year gap between the year after install and the date that you originally filed this complaint? Secondly, who confirmed receipt of your bills? How were they sent in? Any documentation you can provide in regards to your contract, any communication between yourself and Global, anything related to your complaint would be very helpfulYou stated that you sent your bills in, it was a stipulation in your contract (standard in every contract) that each bill be sent by certified mail each month for the following months to qualify for the savings assuranceThis is a stipulation so that in a scenario like this where a complaint is filed years after that panels were installed, you have proof to say you sent in your bills and held up your end of the bargainAlso, any documentation you have where you were told you would be compensated for the supposed damage caused to your door would be extremely helpful as wellLike I mentioned earlier, I’m going to begin investigating these matters and take any action deemed necessaryYou can send everything you have to [redacted] I will confirm receipt and we will go from thereI apologize for the delay in response but can assure you that this will take top priorityThank you for your help, time, and patience it is truly appreciated [redacted] **

There was an offer to work with me, however, I called Ms [redacted] everyday this week She did call Tuesday late afternoon at which point I told her my cell battery was about to die She offered to call me Wednesday at pm I waited for her call for 1/hour She called at 1:34, but I was in the restroom at the time I called back within minutes and received VM, and I haven't heard from her since I have made efforts everyday this week to make contact with no success There is no response to reject, as there was no response This company does not seem to be very focused on resolving long standing issues.Here is my call log for this week.After learning of MR [redacted] no longer being with GEE (discovered when I reopened the Revdex.com case and was [redacted] requested I call her to resolve)Called Monday 2/At 8:am, received VMCalled Monday 2/at 1:pm, received VMCalled Tuesday 2/at 9:am,received VM left in VM that if I didn't hear back from her, I would have to note that in Revdex.com complaint and mark rejectedreceived call 2/at 4:pm I apologized that my battery might die and Taylre suggested she call me at pm on Wednesday 2/10received call 2/at 1:pm After waiting minute for the pm call, I ran to the bathroom, as which point the call came in I let go to VM rather than take call in BathroomCalled back 2/at 1:pm, received VMCalled Thursday 2/at 9:07, received mailbox full and couldn't leave a messageCalled Thursday 2/at 9:am, called office number since cell phone vm was full Left VM, no callback receivedCalled Friday 2/at 9:am, received VM Regards,

in regards to the various items determining the amount I'm eligible to received statement, there are no variables what so ever that determine the amount, it is % of the total amountyou don't need to be a tax expert to know the amount of the rebateMy total was and 30% is not 8100, it is short changing me a total of 1500, so the maximum amount quoted should have been not at the time I did not know the percentage of the government credit, which have not changed at all, but he didI trusted what he said based on his experience and credibility of your business, I had to reason to not believe him, but he did use a deceptive and misleading sales tactic to make the sale and to make the numbers look good where I would accept the sales price, He even explained how the final number would beat quotes given based on other 4, and K watt systems by other companies(fiancé amount) - 8100-= which was the final and total amount to finance(written in his own hand writing)like I said before, I am not asking for anything more than what was talked and agreed please send me the rebate for the and the totaling and also cut the trees shading the solar panels ( like I said, I received quotes for to to cut the trees) if you want to include in the check I will call the tree company and take of it myself)
