The previous electrical work you referred to had to do with our remodeling our home in 2013. When we remodeled we installed new fans and put in can lights to update our home. The remodeling was to update our home, not because we were having electrical problems as stated in our previous letter. Our old panel box was grounded when your electricians arrived. Global installed a NEW panel box and failed to ground THAT box upon installation which caused the power surges when the electricity was turned on.When my wife, ***, called back and spoke to ***, she said that she would try to help because she felt that the situation had not been fully explained and understood. She then gave her her cell number to contact her, which my wife did on several occasions. She also called *** who then did not call your home office for she was talking to *** on her cell. As far as waiting months, we have been trying to find someone to help us. *** spoke to *** in Baton Rouge several times right after the September incident until she no longer worked for GEE. Then she spoke to *** *** in Baton Rouge. He told her to send a copy of the bill from the work we had done to get the panel box and electricity to our home working. We sent him a copy and waited and waited. He never called back and when *** called he didn't return calls. Then she was given *** ***'s contact number. We spoke on the phone and emailed and he said he would try to help. Then he stopped communicating. Then *** was in touch with ***. She told her that new management was coming in and she would do her best to help usThis is why it took months. We was communicating with your employees who said they would help, dropped the ball, and then we had to find someone else to help. As for Mr***, he accused *** of blackmail. When she mentioned the Revdex.com, he said it would not do us any good to complain because he handled Revdex.com cases (whatever that means). Check your recorded messages!! He was rude and very unprofessional

I am rejecting this response because: First item: *** *** is a "Male" not a female, someone needs to take English lessons concerning name spelling.Secondly: I, *** ***, will contact a local solar dealer and will be happy to pay for his labor and material if need be to repair my system. The original installer, Global Efficient Energy, ran into Louisiana, did a quick sale and had no intention of backing their product. Apparently, my wife and I were misrepresented by this company, which has resulted in unnecessary mental anguish.Thank you Revdex.com of Texas for your help which has resulted in no resolution in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern, My complaint *** has been closed My complaint was never resolved! While waiting for my complaint to be resolved, I contacted the *** Representative here in TexasI found out that Global Efficient Energy LLC is not an authorized installer nor dealer for the Icynene productsBecause of this the life time warranty thought I was getting with my spray foam is null and void! I was given the Batch number and a picture of the barrels that where installed into my attic, by the district manager in the Austin officeWhat she did not realize is she sent me pictures of the *** product that was sprayed into my attic had expired in January of They installed the product into my attic May 2016. Global Efficient Energy LLC is no longer returning emails or phone calls to me about this matter They also installed solar pannels on my roofSo far my pannels work, but I am not saving anywhere near what I was told I would saveThe sales rep told us that our electric bill would be no more then a month to offer set the cost of the pannels This was a lie! Although the pannels have brought our bill down, we are only saving about a monthOur solar pannels bill is over I am a disabled veteran and these people have taken advantage of me and many other veterans in this areaSincerely, *** ***

The business is planning to visit next week, which likely will not be within the day window you have provided for me to accept or reject the resolution.Once the business completes their meeting to discuss resolution, I will be better able to assess my acceptance or rejection of the business' offer to resolve

Please understand, Global Efficient Energy cannot control
you or your homes consumption of energy.
The products installed at your home are designed to have associated
energy saving properties if the homeowner uses prudent energy savings practices. With your purchase a savings assurance was
given in case the savings quote was not met, you then would be reimbursed the
less amountWe can service and maintain a system with a single crew member, we
apologize the term ‘crew’ was described and only crew member was sent. There are different training and
certifications needed to perform different phases of our projects, we only want
our electricians to perform service calls on the electrical equipment. Great, once you receive a copy of the invoice
for your HVAC system checkup please share it with everyone, we appreciate your
ongoing efforts to help resolve this complaint.
We understand there are similar complaint regarding similar issues and
you will also notice on each complaint we have always worked with our customers
to resolve their concerns and help if any complaint or issues arise. We have installed roughly 15,projects and
we have received complaint or .6%. We
want nothing more than to work with you and help resolve your complaint. As previously stated, we are unable to void
your contractual obligations due to a high degree of frustration. Our month savings terms were agreed to
upon signature of our contract, we will honor our contract and agreements made and
we seek to work with you and provide the service agreed to

The paperwork that was sent to us absolves Global of any and all responsibility on their part for now and in the future. It has NOTHING to do with our sales agreementWe agreed to their proposal of two extra solar panels, which we received AND $Since they waited so long to put the panels up and passed the state's new deadline, we are not even sure we will get the state's rebate. Global has NOT been up front with us from the beginning of this processWe feel that Global needs to make our sales agreement good and we feel we should not be required to sign a release form from Global freeing them from any responsibility, which is what the paperwork they sent to us, reads.Thank you for addressing this issue

We have been more than cooperativeWe have sent our bills to numerous people (*** *** *** ***, *** *** and *** ***) who no longer work for your company because apparently your company cannot keep employeesAlso, *** said in an email that because of the Revdex.com complaints she can no longer speak with usSo who exactly am I supposed to contact?! This is very frustrating that every time we start talking to someone we never get a response and then have to start all over again with a new personIt feels as if you do not think our time is valuable. The company you sent out to check our system told us that they are not working as promised in the contractThey said there is no way the amount of panels we have would ever produce anything close to 50% savings As far as I'm concerned that voids the contractWe do not want to wait another month so you can try and sell us more panelsThe only resolution we want at this point, is to have the panels removed , loan voided and roof repaired because your salesperson fraudulently sold us this systemHe made promises on behalf of your company that your company cannot keepFor a year we have been fighting for some kind of communication with your companyIt was not until we got the Revdex.com involved that we actually received a response

Mr***, Per our internal process and procedure, when you contracted with Global Efficient Energy it is in your contract that upon months of reviewing utility bills, should you not receive 40% in savings, we will reimburse you the difference for a three year periodWe calculate this figure by multiplying the lack of kWh saved times your current price per kilowattThe check you were sent is the maximum amount at which you were eligible to receiveRefunding your project $12,is an unrealistic requestWhile you did not achieve the expected 40% in savings, your kWh usage was reduced greatly over the month period we were able to analyze for you. If you would like to discuss adding additional product, please let me know. Thank you

***, I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I have reopened your complaint and have initiated an investigation to determine what action, if any, can be takenThere are some things that I’ve noticed and wanted to addressThere was never a Savings Analysis performed at the year
mark which is standard for any contract of ours, instead you began stating that you weren’t seeing savings before it had even been a month since the panels were installedThe reason we do the analysis at one year is because it will include all the season/weather changes that can affect productionIf we do any type of analysis before this one year mark it is considered inaccurate as your total savings can go up or down with the “missing” months that aren’t being factored inHowever, like I mentioned you began stating that you weren’t seeing savings before it had even been a monthIn November of 2015, in effort to show good faith we completely doubled your system size at no cost to youThis was before we could even determine that exact percentage of savings you had receivedMoving forward, you failed to send your bill in every month after the original install and even after we added the panelsBecause of this we again have no way to see what you are or aren’t savingTo touch on the time frame in which you received your rebate, it is standard to receive it in 60-daysThis is common in most companies you’ll find as there is a process and it’s not simply just writing out a checkI believe that we showed good faith effort to resolve your complaints, even before we were potentially obligated to do soIn response to the upset Ms*** *** caused you by accidently typing “thank you die your patience”, I apologizeIt was clearly a typo and not meant as anything disrespectfulIf you would like, you can send in your bills from March until March for an accurate Savings Analysis to be performed, however no additional panels will be added as we prematurely doubled your system size alreadyAny additional panels will need to be paid for out of pocketBased on the conclusion of the Savings Analysis should you send every bill in, we can research any alternatives that might present themselves to help reduce usage in your homeI appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from youThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11151904, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me HOWEVERI WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE THIS COMPLAINT OPEN UNTIL MY REFUND CHECK HAS BEEN RECEIVED and I would like to have a contact person and a contact number of someone within Global Efficient Energy who will answer calls and/or return messages as needed As stated in my complaint, I've been trying to reach global since 2/8/using the following numbers and I've left messages on Taylor Wilborn's voice mail, Christopher Martin's voice mail, Heather's voice mail, The accounting dept's voice mail and the general customer service mailbox which promises a returned phone call within hours I guess its possible that none of my messages were received but its not probable!
