I was trying to sell my daughter's wedding set and was very nervous initially sending the ring through the mail. But Worthy made it so easy with the label and having *** double box and insure the ring. Then when the ring did not quite reach the bid I was hoping for Maggie extended the auction for me. With that extension we came so close to what my goal was, but didn't quite hit it. That was when Josh stepped in, spoke with Management on my behalf and was able to deliver what I thought the ring was worth. The customer service and support of both of these individuals makes Worthy very WORTHY! I highly recommend using them when trying to sell valuable jewelry. Thank you Maggie and Josh!

From start to finish I was so happy with my experience with Worthy. I was very skeptical about sending $82,000 worth of my jewelry to a company I found over the internet! However, they instantly gained my trust by being there for me every time I needed them. If you want a minute by minute update Worthy is your company! Maggie and Melissa were always there for me. I had fun watching my ring and earrings on the auction page too! I was hesitant to send my rings in (2ct diamond ring) but reading the reviews they were the best place to try out. I'm glad I took the chance! I was informed every step of the way through the whole process. Even in between steps I was able to reach out via email or phone and had a response right on the spot or within 24 hours to my questions. I would recommend them 100%. I would trust to buy from them as well knowing I would get a great price for a nice ring.

I was completely satisfied and very impressed with my dealings with Worthy recently to sell a ring that I inherited. The customer service given by Brittany R and Margaret was exceptional! Worthy just auctioned an heirloom Old European Cut solitaire engagement ring that has been in my family since 1896.....what an experience. From start to finish, their process was extremely professional, communication was extraordinary and customer service at all stages extremely competent and reassuring. It was hard for me to let the diamond go, and I was very worried about dealing with everything on-line and shipping from CA to NY. No worries; all was accomplished with ease though I must say the auction itself caused a few additional worries. While everyone involved with this auction did outstanding jobs, my rep, Josh, who actually monitored the diamond from grading to sale, went way above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible price. I think he actually went to the Buyers' department and sat on their desks to get them to call their contacts to alert them to my special ring. Thanks to Josh and the entire Worthy team for a job extremely well done. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me if I would ever do an online auction again. A five-star endorsement from me.

The process of selling my diamond ring was fast, simple, stress-free and transparent. I received clear and timely communication every step of the way from Josh Robbins. At no point did I feel pressured or out of control of the process. Please let me tell you that the process of selling my prized jewelry with this firm, worthy.com, was not a bit worrisome. From the start, the instructions to sending in the jewelry, I had phone contact with the same representative, Josh Robbins. I highly recommend him, He kept me informed of every step along the path, and I knew that I could cancel the sale if I wished. Through the whole process I have 100% satisfactio, considering too that my jewelry was sold for a good price.

I spoke to Neil which told me it would take a few days to have my ring graded and ready to auction, my ring was sent to IGI since I did not want them to dismount my diamond from the ring.. It has been a week and I called them all week asking the status and when I spoke to Neil on Tuesday he said they should hear from them IGI that day.. I spoke to Ashley today and now she is telling me they have not looked at it and they are backed up because of the Jewish holidays, I have requested for them to send my ring back and they say they can not until they receive it back from IGI.. Then it will take up to 10 days to send back when Neil told me if I decide not to auction it he would overnight it to me. Ashley then calls me and my ring is at their facility! Very unorganized I feel that they did not send my ring to IGI and I hope that my diamond has not been switched as they have been giving me the run around and nothing but lies!

The item was returned to the client, signed for on 10/with the tracking information as stated below for the *** package.

I sent my diamond rings to Worthy on August ***, 2018. I received an offer from them a week later that I was not satisfied with and requested the ring to be sent back. I received an e-mail stating that it would be sent back. I still have not received my ring back. I have reached out to the company many times via e-mail/phone calls and no one has responded to me. I would like my ring sent back to me.

Worthy contacted the client and spoke with her and let her know her ring was being returned. On 10/ *** Worthy confirmed that *** attempted to deliver several times but since a signature is required, with multiple failed attempts the package was held at WALGREENS,***. For pickup. Worthy emailed the client to let her know of the pickup status. On 10/*, 1 the client did not pick up her package, so per ***, the package is being returned to Worthy. Can Revdex.com assist us in helping to deliver this clients items back to her as we would like to reship, but she must accept the package.

Worthy contacted me end of September and promised that the package would be delivered by September , if not then it would be delivered by October *. These dates would have worked if they had shipped the item in a timely manner. I have tried contacting *** and Worthy to update the shipping address but could not do that. *** said they needed the shipper to update the address. I called Worthy when I found out the package was going to be delivered on October ***. I was told they would look into and they never called me back. On October *, 2018 I moved out of the country due to military orders. I am extremely upset that my ring still has not been shipped back to me.

Client has confirmed @ 10/*** with Worthy that the ship back address is: ***. The package is being shipped back to this address. Worthy has made every attempt to ship back and the package was returned. We now have a new ship to address as stated.

Even after reading other reviews, it took me a huge leap of faith to send my ring in to be inspected & auctioned. I am so glad I did! I might have been able to get more money if I sold it myself, but that comes along with its own headaches. Every customer service associate that I dealt with through email was more than happy to answer my questions and always very professional. I am glad I decided to go with their suggested price, because the ring sold at auction for a couple hundred less. But I was paid by bank transfer several days before the auction even ended. Thank you, Worthy! I will be visiting you again, should I ever be looking to buy.

I recently sold my engagement ring, from a relationship that was not pleasant.
I wasn’t sure what to do with the ring, at first, as it was of significant value. I had many ideas; leave it for my son to give to his betrothed—one day, he is currently seven. I also thought, maybe I should give it to my daughter (presently 13) who could wear it or give it to her betrothed... as I am open to my children living happy lives, with men or women.
I finally decided to sell the ring, as the one who gave the ring, was not a person of worth. I went to the family jeweler, a few other places in Beverly Hills and they did not give me a confident feeling.
Finally, I did my research and learned that a site called Worthy.com had a very good reputation, with no commitments from me regardless of the position.
I went on their site and answered the questions regarding my ring. I received a call from a man, Ayyoub B he explained the process in detail and repeated that at any time, if I was uncomfortable, or wanted the ring back... all I had to do was say so and they would send it back, no charge.
Due to Ayyoub’s thoughtful and precise explanation of the process, I sent the ring, Tiffany certificate and GIA certificate to Worthy, due to Ayyoub. After Worthy did their own GIA grading, Worthy, or rather Ayyoub, explained the process of the Auction.
I am being honest when I say, I was concerned.
After the grading, the lowest recommended price was not what I had hoped. Ayyoub told me I could price it st any value or I could back out and have my ring returned at no cost to me. The honesty he gave and the true human nature he displayed was so amazing that I not only trusted Ayyoub but after extending my auction, the price of my ring went up further than I expected.
The bottom line here, after this long recommendation is this... Worthy.com holds it’s fabulous reputation due to employees like Ayyoub B. I did speak to a few other Worthy employees and they were kind, intelligent and helpful. However, the most intelligent and helpful and feeling employee is Ayyoub B. I would and will use Worthy.com, anytime I want to sell a valuable piece... due to my full trust in them and especially, Ayyoub B.
