I’ve sold three rings through Worthy in the last year and have to say my overall experience was quite good. I sent in a total of 6 rings which all went to auction and ended up accepting three of the offers after everything was all said and done. You have to have realistic expectations while also pushing the buyers for the hishest realistic price. Thank you Melissa R for a great experience and your help.

I have to admit I was hesitant sending my ring through FedEx initially. However, Worthy assured me if anything happened it was insured up to $100k. Once my ring arrived we took the steps to feature my ring on auction for a few days. Melissa walked me through the entire process with a great attitude and loads of knowledge in the industry. Bottom line, Melissa went to bat for me until I was comfortable with the final price we agreed on. Thanks for making this an easy option for a ring that belongs to someone special. I will ask for Melissa next time I sell something on Worthy.

Josh R was absolutely wonderful during the entire process of selling my ring. He was knowledgeable and make sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. He was very involved in working with the buyers to get me the highest bid possible. I felt very comfortable and trusted in him be on my side. I would totally use Worthy again and work with Josh to close my deal.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Worthy, and was extremely impressed with their approach to making me a satisfied customer. Although in the end, we were apart on the value of my ring, the journey through the process was effortless, compassionate, honest and would definitely use their services in the future.
I actually was so impressed with their courteous staff and business model, I passed along their services to other acquaintances in Central Illinois, of which 2 of the 3 were actually able to sell their rings through Worthy, and the third as myself, just couldn't get what we wanted. One thing I was most happy with was the style of how they educated me on my personal property, taking the risk to provide unparalleled service.
In the future, I will continue to utilize their services and professional style of doing business, and complete a transaction with Worthy.

The circumstances in my life that have caused me to have to sell my wedding ring, have been excruciating, so when I finally looked into the process, I was expecting the worst. I have friends who have gone through divorce and sold their ring because they needed money and got almost nothing for the ring. Due to the bad choices made by my ex, I’m not only divorcing but have also lost my home, and not having any family of my own other than my two children, we are without a place to go when the house goes to short sale, so I neede to get as much money as possible for this sale. Josh R made that a reality for me! He gently provided the best advice and was honest and supportive of my decisions. He answered every concern that I had and I knew immediately that I could trust him. He is genuine, compassionate and sincere, and just a truly great person! I had an overall great experience with Worthy.

Melissa helped me understand that my ring is like a car not a house - it doesnt Gain Value. Or, like a home, we often think its more valuable than it actually is. The value of anything- especially when a relationship is over - is really only what people are willing to pay for it.
Worthy, and Melissa in particular, helped me through the emotional phase, the reality phase (its not worth as much as you think), the letting go phase, and the - its Done- phase. And never once did I feel ANY pressure. At all times I could walk away. I have a few thousand dollars that I didn't before, less than I hoped- but Melissa helped me Let Go and move on.

I had a great experience with *** Form my first call to Dina and her patience answering my questions to the auction process with Josh . I had a figure in mind for the auction and he continued to work behind the scenes to get the highest bid. I’m so satisfied with the process and service, I plan to send off more items to them and requested Josh manage those auctions as well.

I couldn’t possibly begin to describe what an incredibly positive experience that I had using Worthy to sell my bridal set. This has been such an emotional roller coaster, considering the current circumstances of my life, and Gail made it oddly enjoyable. Worthy was everything I expected it to be based on everything I had read. I sold one ring for around $170 and another for almost $5k. And one I decided to keep as it was valued at about $250 so I just decided to keep and wear it. They promptly sent it back at their expense! This was estate jewelry so we had no idea of the value of the rings. The fee is worth it as they GIA certify the rings so the buyers have detailed info on the quality of the gems and other materials. I could not sell the rings on my own as I wasn’t sure of carat or even what some stone were. Everything moved very quickly and we were constantly updated during the process. Very professional company and Josh in particular handled or sales and was fabulous! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and would not feel 100% comfortable selling anywhere else!

They lost one of the two rings that I sent and did not return the same ring that I sent them. I have verified this with the jeweler that repaired a prong on my original ring. I sent them the documentation from the purchase of my original diamond ring and they offered compensation less the sale amount of my smaller ring.

said she sent in 2 rings to Worthy, since we could not accurately see to confirm that we received 2 rings per our intake video, Worthy paid her for the ring we did not receive, as we only have a video of 1 ring intaked on camera. The video and images of the ring we shipped back to her matches the ring that was received in. Worthy sent back the same ring that she shipped in. Her ring was graded when received as a .46 ct center stone, H-I, SI1 diamond. Sending picture of the ring that we received and sent back.

We are happy to speak to the retail Jewelry she spoke to and directly have a conversation with her jeweler. Does she have written evidence from her jeweler to share with Worthy about her ring?

Good experience start to finish. I sold two items on Worthy and was able to work with the same agent on both. Melissa M was SO helpful in walking me through the sales process, and advocating for me to get the highest price as possible for my items. Communication was easy and Melissa was very responsive to my questions. The whole process was tracked in detail on the Worthy website, so I was never concerned about the safety of my items. Overall I would recommend Worthy and Melissa M for the sale of your jewelry!!

Sent in my bridal set to worthy from the beginning before my ring was sent I spoke with a gentleman who stated when I was concerned about a bid being to low on the ring that I decide on the final auction price if it’s too low I can have my set sent back. I was also told a auctionor would call me to walk me they the process. NO ONE CALLED. I received a. Email with two options neither stating in obvious words that my ring would be sold without my consent which I noticed from other clomplaints this happens often I then called two days before it sold and send I noticed no bids were being made and wanted my ring sent back I was then told I had to wait for the auction to end and to call back then. I called back and I was told I couldn’t have my ring back that it was sent to the consumer the women I spoke to didn’t seem to want to talk to me she was rude and when I made clear points she ignored me and kept repeating herself super unprofessional I then asked to speak with a manager another women got on the phone and stated it was clear that the option I choose would sell my ring automatically which it wasn’t. She then laughed as to how I didn’t see this so call clear writing that didn’t exhaust again seen this complaint they know that they aren’t clear enough in the description and have scammed multiple people. My set was worth at least $3000 and I got $175. I’ve been lied to and cheated out of my money and I see others have too I’m still waiting for the last person to review my case which I doubt she’ll get back to me I’ll wait another week before I take legal action.

We wrote to *** on 2/, stating that we can process her request to have her item returned, but that since payment had already been issued via bank transfer, we asked that she issue a check to Worthy for the amount of the transfer of $179.71. Once the funds are received and cleared, we will be able to return her item. Her item is being held in our safe. As of today, 3/, We have not received the funds as requested to be delivered to our office location at ***. Once the funds are received we can ship her ring to her.
