"Worthy" lives up to that name! They are worthy of trust and confidence. Travis "sold' Worthy to me; he kept me informed and gave instructions on the mailing and of the entire process. He sent an email to tell that the ring was received, then sent for appraisal. Kendall managed the sale; there was excellence in building confidence through email. I was informed step by step:
"Sent to appraiser," "Placed in auction", "You could counter", "Your ring sold!" "Your check is in the mail; you should receive it in two to three business days". Thank you, Worthy! You did sell my ring for more than twice as much as offers from two other businesses. ! Travis and Kendall earned a raise!

Just ask for Kendall, he is fabulous, every step of the way you are well informed as to what is going on. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Prior to using Worthy in an effort to sell my ring, I researched the reviews on several websites in order to obtain confidence in what they presented. I decided to use them and from the initial contact to the end process, they were nothing short of outstanding. Abbey from Worthy maintained constant communication throughout the entire process and freely answered any questions I had. She was extremely polite and very professional. I hunted the web to find a company that could liquidate my unused jewelry and not take advantage of me. It's hard to find a trust worthy company, I'm so-so glad I went to Worthy, They are definitely a VERY trust WORTHY business to deal with... they give you a feeling of contentment and relief about you valuables, & everyone is kind and attentive!! Kendall was always available, the first ladies I spoke with Nina & Lisa each time I called for about updates, they always explained everything I had questions about! Anyone who has reservations about their valuables, Worthy is the first and only place they need to go... look no further, they are at the right place!!

To be honest, I wish I could deal with only one agent throughout Worthy’s process, but that’s not how they do things. Luckily, I ended up with a great one, Kendall, who was extremely responsive and patience with all my delays (due to family problems). He was understanding and very courteous. Now I know to deal with him, if I ever want to sell more items.

From start to completion the process was very easy; explained, and there were constant email updates of the arrival of my ring to the final sale at the auction.

Ornella made me feel very comfortable with my decision on selling my ring and not once did I feel pressured to selling my ring after they received it. I was constantly asking questions via email and always got an immediate response back. It was a very easy process to set the ring up for the auction and I was very pleased with the outcome. I was surprised at how quickly this all went from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Very well run and straightforward business.It is always a shocker to realize you wont get back anywhere near what you spent but that is how the market goes.Jewelry is so marked up for retail; you are lucky if you get back 20% of the retail price.There are exceptions to this based on demand, or rarity/quality of the item, designer label etc.They were very upfront about how they operate and what to expect. I was paid in a timely fashion and actually sent them more things to auction. I am awaiting return of my items which didnt sell. Ornella ,Nina and other staff have been great to work with.Found this to be a much better way to sell items; I have tried to sell to local (male)dealers in the past and they either have an attitude or insult you by offering a pittance. Great online and telephone platform!

I had a few pieces to sell and went with Worthy after reading great reviews. Their customer service is outstanding. Kendall assisted me through the entire process and was easy to reach. Although I didn’t accept the offers I got (below my reserved price but with Tiffany’s jewelry my expectations might have been too high...), I would recommend using them to sell your pieces! They will now send me back my jewelry free of charges and insured, and I can even purchase the GIA certification they did on my diamond at a very reasonable price. A great experience overall!

Would not hesitate to sell or recommend Worthy to anyone wishing to sell jewelry thru Worthy. I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Kendall and the other team members I interacted with throughout the transaction process. Each was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and made me feel totally comfortable shipping my valuables off and leaving them there. Their advice on pricing was spot on and my auctions went off almost to the penny of their predictions. I received my money exactly when they said I would. I am VERY pleased with Worthy and Kendall.

This place is certainly a joke. Pawn shops offer better in a heartbeat. Don’t waste your time or energy. Completed and utter waste of time.
