I had a really good experience selling my bridal set with Worthy. Maybe I could have gotten more for it by shopping it around to jewelers locally, but the ease of this process was totally worth it. My auction manager, Gail, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable, answered a ton of questions for me, and never tried to push me into anything. I would use Worthy again in a heartbeat!

I mailed my ring to Worthy in February and after several weeks of them saying they had not received it, I finally was told that it was lost by the carrier, ***. March *, I spoke with account manager, Lauren K who assured me she would stay in constant contact with me. She has not stayed in constant contact and I have emailed her over 10 times asking for status updates and it takes her sometimes days, to respond. I was told on March that the process would be anywhere from 3-6 weeks (Mid-April). As of today, I still have not received the refund and I spoke with Lauren via email last week and she said they had received the check from their insurance company but were waiting for the check to clear the bank before releasing the funds to me. I have not received the refund nor any contact from the company and 3-6 weeks has now turned in to 14 weeks.

I have been dealing with *** for the past two years. They have helped me with four transactions. I am completely satisfied with the results. The latest transition went smoothly as the other three. Gail and her team made sure I was informed at every stage of the process of selling my ring. I highly recommend *** and will use them again.

At first I had reservations, but after reading the reviews, decided to give *** a try. The entire process was incredibly well-managed, from my first contact with Tyana, to *** pick up, to grading and ongoing communications with Gail (auction manager) and quick payment! I plan to list more items this week!

The diamond resale market is challenging, so using Worthy is a great option. They take the shopping around and guesswork out of the process. Gail explained the process thoroughly. I Sent my ring, totally insured, got it estimated and graded for free and put it up to auction w no strings attached. Even after the auction closed, Gail went the extra mile to ensure I got my reserve price. This is a classy, well run operation.

I had such an amazing experience with the whole Worthy team. Josh R, in particular, was great and so quick to answer any questions I had. He reassured me throughout the process and everything went flawlessly.

After 2 yrs trying to sell a diamond ring through consignment and other methods, someone recommended Worthy so I cautiously (and somewhat nervously) decided to give it a shot. Every step of the before/during/after auction process was very smooth and very easy. I received notifications each step of the way and was able to quickly get clarification on a couple questions I had. When it came to negotiating the final price with a buyer, Melissa M. was absolutely fantastic to work with. I feel that she truly went out of her way to make sure we arrived at a price that was fair for both me and the buyer. On May *** , 2019 , I sent two 10k Solid Gold Champagne Rings to *** in N.Y ,N. Y. And they acknowledged receiving merchandise as mentioned and these two pieces of Jewelry were New with tags and still in boxes as I purchased ten years ago . Worthy was to try to Action them off and be in touch with me to confirm price at Auction which they did but was only a fourth of price I had paid ten years ago so I declined offer instantly ! I said to ship back my Rings immediately ! To this day , I have called *** numerous times (8-10 ) at least only to say that they are being repaired and will be ready soon !!!???? They were New and needed nothing done ! I have photos before I went there out to them ! I. Needed them back asap to help with Cataract Surgery I was to have on June , 2019 now it's set for July *** of 2019 . I can sell them for the good locally to help pay for surgery but not sure of condition nor if I will even get them back at al! . Please advise ? Thanks

I was very apprehensive about sending my ring to a voice on the phone. I am very old fashion and like to see/interact with the person/people I am doing business with.
With that being said, my experience with Worthy was great! I would especially like to give a shout out to Gail who was so patient. It is one thing to be an expert at what you do, but it is next level to have the ability to make people feel like they are not just a number. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns after the auction was complete.
Gail is the reason my review was a 5 and not a 3. Any company can sell a diamond but not every company has people like Gail!

The process with Worthy was the BEST. I knew my diamonds were safe, and Worthy assures you the entire way that you are in safe, reliable, and the best hands. The communication is top-notch. They kept me in the loop during the process, and I always knew what was happening. Packaging & sending, couldn’t be any easier! They send you the prepaid label & you can drop it off or have *** pick up (& insured). At the end of the auction, you receive your funds immediately. I 100% would use Worthy again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell jewelry. The Best! Thank you Worthy!

I recommend Worthy to anyone who wants to sell precious jewelry or watches. After I’d considered other options for selling my unused jewelry, my brother suggested Worthy to me and I’m glad he did. The first valuable I sold was a 3.78 CT emerald cut diamond ring. I was in NYC at the time and near their headquarters, so, after communicating with Vik several times during the week about the grading process, market value, auction, etc… I personally dropped the ring off and got a tour. I was beyond impressed. It is a professional, efficient, smooth-running operation. The whole process was quick and seamless and I made a lot more money on the ring than we expected. The communication along the way was great. The second valuable I sold was a 1.52 CT emerald cut necklace. I wasn’t in NYC, so Vik sent me an easy to use *** kit and I sent it back to them from ***. Again, there were absolutely no problems and a big payoff. I’m a big fan of Worthy because I know I can trust them, it’s a safe and quick way to sell, they offer professional and personal communication, and I got the absolute best price for my diamonds.

Highly recommended! I was a little hesitant at first but the process was seamless and Josh Robbins from worthy communicated with me every step of the way. I hope I don’t have more jewelry to sell in the future, but if I do I will definitely use Worthy.
