Gail, my appointed representative, went above and beyond to meet my needs and get me the price I was looking for. Plus, they were compassionate, professional and trustworthy. I'm Sorry, but I read the reviews thought this would be my best bet to sell my post divorce wedding ring. Turns out it was a huge waste of time. First off all, they bombard you with calls and emails to get you to ship your ring to them, which is unnerving at best. Then once they had it ....radio silence except the email requesting to unmount your stone or stones. I had just had my ring GIA appraised, stones tightened, and ring was polished and ready to go basically. so I declined that part. Then the "their" appraisal came back.I was floored with the insulting offer of $128! If it went to auction, it was under $1000, then they would take 22% in commission! I said NO Thanks and had them ship it back, still waiting for it to arrive back to me. Mind you..my ring is a 5 diamond 14K. , .90ct ring appraised at $3500. What a waste of my time and theirs. Beware!

I had a wonderful experience with Worthy last week. Normally, I don't trust on line business. Especially, sent my diamond ring to a strangers over the phone. Well... my gambling blood turns out was success the Worthy . The best part of my experience was during the auction , Gail sent me email every step went with my ring until it sold. I would highly recommend Worthy to sale your jewel.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Gail was AMAZING!! I first talked to Neil & he was the nicest person!!! And then Gail took over & she was AMAZING!! She kept me up to date, on every, single thing that was happening, with my ring. I could not have imagined a better experience!! I would recommend Worthy.com to ANYONE who wanted to sell a ring.

I initially had some trepidation about sending a high value item through an overnight delivery service but my worries were relieved after discussing the full process with the Worthy agents. Great communication from their representatives, especially Melissa M (ref*), about every step of the process...from receipt to photography to appraisal, then from guaranteed offer to beginning of the actual auction. Very satisfied with the final sale that provided a nice nest egg for a ring that made me sad when I wore it!

I am very happy with my experience. My rep, Kendall, walked me through every step from pricing to completion of the sale. When the minimum bid (set by me) was not met, Kendall negotiated with the buyer to an amount that was fair and closer to what I was expecting. I received the proceeds within 2 days. I can highly recommend this service and Kendall.

I had a great experience with Worthy selling my ring. They walked me through each step of the process. It was very easy and they handle everything. Melissa M was really great. My auction was a little short of my asking price and she was able to negotiate on my behalf to get me closer to my reserve.

I can't say I'm impressed, they offered me $100 for a $2500 retail ring, I was at least offered $500 at a local pawn shop. After all the shmoozing from a sales rep about how they are on our side to get the most money possible for the ring.
Took about two weeks to get the ring back, and they managed to mess the box up in the shipping (not necessarily their fault, probably ***, but still) so all I'm left with is two weeks lost and an arguably less valuable ring.
I am giving two starts instead of one because everyone I talked to was friendly and responsive.

Easy, easy, easy! From start to finish Elvin & Melissa were professional, friendly and trustworthy. The auction was fast and I actually ended up with more money than I thought I was getting!! What could be better than that?!
