I worked with Melissa M on my auction and was absolutely thrilled with the results. I knew I was setting a very high (and possibly impossible to achieve) reserve price but my ring was sold for a price 7% above my high reserve. Admittedly I entered the transaction with trepidation, but I found the process to be straightforward, transparent, and fair. Everything one could ask for in a business transaction !

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Gail was AMAZING!! I first talked to Neil & he was the nicest person!!! And then Gail took over & she was AMAZING!! She kept me up to date, on every, single thing that was happening, with my ring. I could not have imagined a better experience!! I would recommend Worthy.com to ANYONE who wanted to sell a ring.

I had a wonderful experience with Worthy last week. Normally, I don't trust on line business. Especially, sent my diamond ring to a strangers over the phone. Well... my gambling blood turns out was success the Worthy . The best part of my experience was during the auction , Gail sent me email every step went with my ring until it sold. Excellent communication and customer service.

I initially had some trepidation about sending a high value item through an overnight delivery service but my worries were relieved after discussing the full process with the Worthy agents. Great communication from their representatives, especially Melissa M (ref*), about every step of the process...from receipt to photography to appraisal, then from guaranteed offer to beginning of the actual auction. Very satisfied with the final sale that provided a nice nest egg for a ring that made me sad when I wore it!

I would definitely recommend Worthy. I was kept in constant communication through every step of the process. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and promptly. I am very happy with my experience. My rep, Kendall, walked me through every step from pricing to completion of the sale. When the minimum bid (set by me) was not met, Kendall negotiated with the buyer to an amount that was fair and closer to what I was expecting. I received the proceeds within 2 days. I can highly recommend this service and Kendall.

I can't say I'm impressed, they offered me $100 for a $2500 retail ring, I was at least offered $500 at a local pawn shop. After all the shmoozing from a sales rep about how they are on our side to get the most money possible for the ring.
Took about two weeks to get the ring back, and they managed to mess the box up in the shipping (not necessarily their fault, probably ***, but still) so all I'm left with is two weeks lost and an arguably less valuable ring.
I am giving two starts instead of one because everyone I talked to was friendly and responsive.
