for the past 6 months Brittany R has been diligently following up with me about the potential to sell my diamond with Worthy. She caught me on a day where I was motivated to action, and she helped make everything very clear and easy for me to execute. It's kind of scary to think that you're putting something as valuable as a diamond in the mail and sending it off to people you don't know, but she was great at walking me through all aspects of what was to happen. Enter Josh R once the diamond was delivered to Worthy (which I was able to track via *** thru that entire process as well). Josh was a great extension of the quality and care of Brittany. He explained the auction process for me and helped me set the reserve bid that I was comfortable with. We started the auction prior to the Memorial Holiday and he suggested that we take it through the weekend for better focused attention from the potential buyers. He was right. Josh followed up with me throughout the process, making recommendations for better success and he was right. Today it was sold and I am happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend that you trust this process and it was a great experience due to these two quality employees of Worthy.com
Thank you - continued success to you both

Josh my contact was considerate and patient. He explained the process to me as many times as I asked. He and the company are professional and curteous. Once I decided to commit to selling the ring the process moved quickly. I am looking for more quality jewelry to sell.

I was able to get my minimum dollar that I wanted for my ring. I was hoping for more since it was the same quote from a local jeweler, but it was worth a shot. I felt very comfortable with my ring in their hands as it was fully insured, and they kept me updated every step of the way.

I had the best experience with Worthy. Josh Robbins was my account rep and he keep me updated and answered every question promptly. I highly recommend Worthy and I will be using them again in the future!

At this stage of the game, I have only had one dealing with Worthy and it was very professional. My representative, Josh R, was very thorough and explained everything to me. Looking forward to having more business with Worthy and Josh R. in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Excellent site for selling high end jewelry and watches - easy to setup and very hands-on team that kept me informed every step of the way.

I had a good experience, albeit tough to sell personal jewelry. The sales prices were significantly lower than than the “reserve” prices we had originally set, but much of that had to do with my own unrealistic expectations. When you have a lovely “means so much to me” necklace , doesn’t mean everyone else will feel the same.
Worked with Melissa Miller. Great person ,very professional and patient. Go with her if you have the chance (it’s a big company and you don’t know who you get referred to)
Good luck everyone

Hi ***, Thank you for sharing your very personal experience selling your lovely necklace. The nature of the auction marketplace, allowing for competitive bidding, will get you the most in the market for your item. Our team works to help you understand the true resale value of your items. Thank you for acknowledging Melissa, she is an amazing member of the Worthy team!

Melissa M and Nicole M have been a joy to work with! Very professional, very knowledgeable about their company and how to best assist me with my jewelry. I appreciate the expertise and prompt replies to my questions as well as their help in making this process seamless.
I would highly recommend using Worthy as a resource for selling no longer wanted jewelry items!

Gail was great

Melissa went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with what I got for my diamond ring. Thanks Melissa!!

I provided my ring to Worthy which they quoted me the sales price over the phone then took the sales price down to $1,500 for the auction of a 2 CTW center stones, a white gold halo settings with diamonds, and a diamond band which is ridiculous when the set had a formal appraisal at just under $20k. It was a total shame, and I was even offered more money for the scrap value then what they tried to resell the ring for. I refused to sell it via auction because they under valued the items. It took forever to have this process completed and even 10 days to get my ring back after I refused the auction which I had to call them because they do not let you just close the auction as you have to allow their buyers to have a final bid after the auction closes and the site does not let you opt out. Furthermore, when you call them, no one answers at the time they say they are open. When it came back, they had lost one of the small diamonds out of the setting and cut the band which then when I tell them that there is an issue (which they tote that they have a huge insurance policy on your jewelry) the only offer I get is to send it back to them again for repair which I refuse to do. Then they only offer me $50 to repair and replace my diamond that was lost which is ridiculous. They are a total scam.

Worthy.com Response • May 23, 2019

We have been in contact with this client and have offered her a free repair by having her item shipped into us. She said she did not want to do that because the return process was too long for her.We then offered her $50 towards her repair at her local jeweler or again to repair it free of charge. She declined the $50 option because it would not cover the whole cost, but has not come back to us with the full repair cost estimate from her certified jeweler. We would like to see the repair cost estimate to review.

This is again a lie by worthy. They rejected the ability for me to receive more than $50 for repair and never requested a quote from a local jewelry for the repair. They told me it was the $50 and that was it. Furthermore, of course, I am not sending it again to them when they took forever, de-valued my items, unauthorized cut the band, and lost a diamond in the process

We are committed to work with you and remedy this situation. We continue to make every attempt to communicate directly with you and have left numerous voice messages and emails. Our Senior Director Sales has

been reaching out to contact you by both email and phone. After numerous attempts, you have both now been in touch. We acknowledge that you have only been communicating through the Revdex.com as it has

been very difficult to reach you. It is important to note that we have, from the your initial outreach to the Revdex.com, wanted to communicate with you.

As a business built on transparency, trust and accessibility, Worthy provides a full service experience at no initial cost to you, the seller. While you state ring had a retail appraisal, since Worthy is a resell marketplace, we

work with unbiased, 3rd party diamond labs, your diamond was evaluated by the GIA and received a GIA grading report, #*** The grading report identified the characteristics of your ring so that the buyers on

the Worthy auction could bid. As you did not accept the high bid, Worthy returned your ring. In the return process, you are claiming that one of the minor stones is missing.

Your ring design is a 2.02 ct center round diamond, surrounded by 2 emerald shaped stones each .00850ct and 147 smaller minor round stones, each .0041ct. Worthy has advised you that we will match the missing

minor stone to repair your ring. Worthy has stated that you can either send the ring to us for repair or we will pay your jeweler for the repair once you send us the jewelers estimate so we can review and confirm the

repair. Have you had the ring repaired locally? Can you provide the receipt for reimbursement?

Worthy is an online marketplace for reselling pre-owned diamond jewelry, watches and estate jewelry valuables. Running hundreds of auctions every day, Worthy is directly aligned with you to get you the best offer to

meet your reserve price. Our goal is your goal, getting you the best price.

Unfortunately, Worthy continues to spout lie after lie. They have not attempted to contact me nor made numerous and multiple attempts. I talked to their head of sales an never heard back from him until this week when I followed up. I am happy to provide the phone records and email proof of all of this.

Worthy definitely exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant in the beginning but after carefully researching the company and speaking to someone on the phone about the process, I was sold! I sent in my bridal set to be auctioned. Worthy kept me posted via email AND text exactly what was happening with my rings every single day. I knew when they received my set, when they were being photographed, when they were sent to GIA, etc. They quoted me a “guaranteed price” (which I accepted) meaning that I would receive “X” amount of money regardless of what the set sold for. The set exceeded expectations and I received over $300 more than the “guaranteed price!” The entire process from start to finish was only about 10 days. I highly recommend Worthy!

Representatives mislead regarding potential value and push toward mailing in jewelry. They then continue to mislead through the "evaluation" process which involves damaging the jewelry claiming that (though in possession of a certified appraisal received along with the jewelry) only their "special" process of taking out the diamond can properly evaluate its worth). The jewelry "disappears" into the hands of other unknown entities. The photos were of such poor quality that it is no wonder the rings did not bring in good offers. The photos I sent and that I've taken are far superior and represent the rings. The auction bids didn't, in this case, come close to the desired sale price. When asked for the jewelry to be returned I was told there is a 5 to 7 day waiting period - why? No reasonable explanation is given, only a story about "ensuring all items are together before shipping back". If proper tracking systems were in place, and if the jewelry did not "go somewhere else", why would it take that long to return it? The company is bogus, as far I can ascertain.

Worthy.com Response • May 10, 2019

Hi ***,
I am quite surprised to hear you feel that you were "pushed" to ship. Worthy is here to help you and we send you a pre-paid, fully insured *** shipping label and also we can help you setup a pickup as well as provide all the *** locations nearby. We want to make it easy for you and we provide all the information to assist you as you make your decision. Your ring was received in our NY office on 4/22 and proceeded to be prepared for auction, which included a grading report with IGI and professional high-definition jewelry photography. We emailed and SMS messages each step as to keep you informed during the preparation process. Our clients appreciate knowing that status of their rings throughout the process and it is because our clients have asked for multiple touchpoints, we had made sure to add in these important advisements during the timeline to auction. Once the auction ended, and it did not meet your reserve and you declined the highest bid, you requested its return. For all returns, of which shipping and insurance is covered, we must first confirm your shipping address as a signature is required.

I received excellent service from Worthy in selling a diamond ring. Josh R was wonderful to deal with. Kept me informed every step of the way during the inspection, preparation and auction of my ring.

The team at Worthy did a wonderful job from start to finish! Josh Robbins was so responsive and was able to answer all of my questions while explaining all steps of the process. I highly recommend this company and working with Josh!

I mainly delt with Melissa M at Worthy and was very pleased with her friendly and courteous service. Even though I didn’t achieve the price I wanted, I am certain she tried her best. Thank you, Melissa.

Melissa M provided excellent customer service! From emails to phone calls, she always made herself available to me to explain the process of auctioning. I feel she was truly dedicated to obtaining the most financially for my items. I would highly recommend partnering with her to sell your jewelry!

After researching online jewelry sales options, I circled back to Senior Sales Consultant Heather R to move forward with Worthy. I elected to pair with Worthy because Heather answered my laundry list of questions with ease, provided me with valuable information to further educate myself in my research and decision making process and at no point made me uncomfortable about the quantity or quality of my questions or concerns. All of the aforementioned plus her engaging and pleasant demeanor came through whereas the selling agents of other first line contacts I encountered fell short.
Moving forward, there were concerns that my account would be consumed by a process and be assigned to someone who would fall short of the expectations I had set. Fortunately, that was not my experience; my Auction Manager Josh R was engaging and pleasant to work with. He promptly replied to my emails and followed up with phone calls, all of which were deeply appreciated. Moreover, Josh proved to be an authentic partner, his willingness to collaborate with me and accept my input was well received.
Establishing a trust with a selling agent was important for me to move forward. However, effective communication was key to my overall positive experience with Worthy. For example, telephone discussions with the selling agents were followed by emails to document the content of the discussions; along with copying another team member on email correspondence. Thank you to the Worthy team for the actions you took to foster trust and maintain effective communication throughout the process.

I'm Sorry, but I read the reviews thought this would be my best bet to sell my post divorce wedding ring. Turns out it was a huge waste of time. First off all, they bombard you with calls and emails to get you to ship your ring to them, which is unnerving at best. Then once they had it ....radio silence except the email requesting to unmount your stone or stones. I had just had my ring GIA appraised, stones tightened, and ring was polished and ready to go basically. so I declined that part. Then the "their" appraisal came back.I was floored with the insulting offer of $128! If it went to auction, it was under $1000, then they would take 22% in commission! I said NO Thanks and had them ship it back, still waiting for it to arrive back to me. Mind you..my ring is a 5 diamond 14K. , .90ct ring appraised at $3500. What a waste of my time and theirs. Beware!

Worthy.com Response • May 10, 2019

Worthy works on your behalf and it is imperative to know the actual characteristics of your ring.
Worthy asks you to submit as much information about your ring as possible to make an initial estimation. If you are making assumptions and do not know the actual characteristics of your rings center stone, such as the accurate carat weight, then the estimate is an assumption until the ring arrives and our gemologist team can accurately evaluate and grade your diamond.
Our goal is for you to be educated and empowered to have the most information about your ring. First, GIA does not appraise mounted diamonds. Your ring, when received and evaluated by our team, did not include a single center stone diamond, but 5 smaller stones, each 0.15 - 0.20 each, while the sum total equals 0.90 for total carat weight, there is not a single diamond that is large enough for our platform to go to auction. This type of engagement ring can be misleading as it is often sold at retail for its total carat weight. Worthy clearly states it fee and it is only a fee should you accept the offer. Worthy is upfront and clear in telling you the actual characteristics of your ring so you know the actual market value and can make your decision to sell or not. You declined the offer and Worthy is shipping your ring back to you.

So basically, you only work with high dollar rings. Ok , I get it now. Still mine is NO cracker jack box ring, it was an insulting $128 offer, seriously?? By the way why are your people still calling me??

Worthy was amazing to work with! I was a little apprehensive at first, but Worthy kept me updated via text and email every step of the way. Gail, my appointed representative, went above and beyond to meet my needs and get me the price I was looking for. Plus, they were compassionate, professional and trustworthy. I definitely recommend Worthy!!
