Worthy was Amazing to Deal with! Gail was on top of communication with me the whole way! She made the experience smooth and easy to follow along step by step. I got my money from the sale of my ring with in 2 days just like they said!!!!! I tried selling it locally and it was a pain and I got nothing but scams! Worthy was an incredible experience. Josh and Rachel were beyond fabulous. They were there every step of the way in assisting me through the process. They sent a package to pick up my jewelry, received it the next morning. They immediately had it graded and then set up the auction. It was a fast process. They have me advice during the live auction, which actually brought us far more than I had expected.
I received my money extremely quickly.

Excellent option for selling quality jewelry.
I recently sold an Art Deco style ring for a respectable price. More than the reserve!
Josh was outstanding at walking me through the process. Not only did he answer my many questions, he consulted with colleagues to find the answer if he did not know it!
I would put full trust in the company and the team... fantastic platform for reselling.. no more local jewelers and low ball prices to make profits... Worthy partnering with GIA takes the mystery out of the value and the pricing... well done!

The offer I was given was significantly less than the offer I eventually accepted from a different company. Shop around first. Melissa tried to give an extra $100 to convince me to sell, but this was still significantly less. Since I declined the offer to sell to them, my ring set was returned to me. When they returned it, they sent me a copy of the GIA certificate I provided to them. I sold the set to another company contingent upon the original GIA certificate that was to be returned to me. I called on March 29th and was told they would try to locate the certificate. Someone called me that same day and assured me it would be sent via ***. Today is April 8th and I still haven't received it. I called in and they said they had not sent it yet and would look into it. I requested a call back from Melissa, but did not get one. The communication has been unacceptable, and I would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Here is the voicemail I referenced from 3/29/19 when I was told my certificate was to be sent via ***. I sold the ring set that day to the business I originally purchased the diamond from, and the full price we agreed upon is contingent upon the GIA certificate I sent in with the set to Worthy, and was supposed to have returned to me. I instead was sent a folded up copy. The business I sold to is wondering what is going on, why I am not sending the certificate as agreed. And I’m being affected because I sold the set and still have not gotten full payment. The most frustrating part is that because the ball was dropped on this, no one would have even done anything had I not called in today to see why I haven’t received it yet. It is evident in the voicemail provided that who I spoke with simply forgot to do anything. On top of that, the certificate was sent via 3-day shipping today. The least that could have been done with all the hassle was a courtesy overnight delivery. I am absolutely disgusted with the communication and customer service. The bottom line is that something needs to be done to compensate for this mess, and I will hold off on completing the negative Revdex.com review until that is determined.

While we definitely understand your frustration, your GIA report was left our of your return due to human error. We do have a standard shipping time frame of *** 3 day express, however in these situations we generally ship items via next day and we sincerely apologize for not doing so.
Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do for you as your GIA report has been shipped via tracking (7749 1521 7341) and has a scheduled delivery date of 4/10/19. Regarding your potential Revdex.com review, you are within your right to leave us a review, however we also hold the right to arbitrate any and all reviews submitted. Once again please accept our sincerest apologies regarding the errors and incisiveness associated with your return.

I can't help but feel as though you are confused by my email. You requested I send you the voicemail. That is unfortunate nothing will be done due to the error by Worthy. I obviously have every right to leave an honest review. That is what I intend to do, so not sure why you would be combative and throw out the fact that you can arbitrate the review. Thank you for once again making me feel worse about your company. I think if I were to post your response about arbitrating my review before I even leave one, it would be a very bad look for you. I was skeptical to say the least. I kept thinking I was going to get scammed. Vik worked with me and basically held my hand through the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I would definitely recommend Worthy and absolutely do business with them again.

I had an old ring that I wanted to get rid of and knew I would not get a good deal with a pawn shop or a traditional jeweler. After doing my research on Worthy.com, I took the plunge and sent my ring in, and I was very happy with the results. The whole process was pretty easy as they arrange for item pickup, shipping, and insurance while the item is in transit. You just need to make sure that you follow their packaging instructions. After the item cleaning, auction, and a little back-and-forth dialogue with my account representative, Josh R, I received a bid for my item that I felt very good about, and it was not a long process from the time my item was picked up to the time I got my check in the mail. Great company, great customer service, very user-friendly, and responsive company. Josh R made my entire experience a very good one, and one that I would definitely recommend to others (I in fact already have referred this service to a few friends that are looking to offload similar goods). For your auction, you accepted the advanced payment option, where your payment of $1,888.00 less the 22% success fee was issued to you. Upon the completion of the auction, your ending auction price was $2334.11 and the 22% success fee was deducted from the additional $446.00. Total success fee for your auction equaled $513.50. You can trust Worthy as we calculated your auction accurately did not double the fee as you state. Please re-add and you will see only a 22% success fee.

I was assigned Melissa M as my representative/negotiator in the auction of five pieces of fine jewelry. She was consistently professional, calm, informative, and attentive. She addressed my concerns forthrightly, and honestly. On the occasions when I spoke with other Worthy representatives, I found them to be interested, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Worthy, and I feel particularly fortunate to have had Melissa M as my representative. I wholeheartedly recommend her, should you do business with Worthy.

Selling my ring was a hard choice but Josh made the whole process very easy and really put my mind to ease. He listened to what I wanted and expected and never pressured me to sell until I was comfortable with the number which I really appreciated. He definitely exceeded my expectations and if I am ever in need to sell another piece I would definitely use Josh and worthy!

I really appreciated the effortlessness on my end of this relationship with Worthy. They took care of it all for me. I worked with Josh. He was personable and honest with me, which is what I needed to get through selling something so personal. I compared the prices that Worthy had appraised my ring at, as well as checked with other paths I could have taken, Worthy gave me what was comparable, and worked to auction my ring for a higher price when I wasn't quite comfortable. Had I not been comfortable, they would have sent me my ring back. I would definitely recommend Worthy to a friend.

I never anticipated that selling a ring would be this seamless, effortless and easy! I’d done my homework ahead of time, and knew that Worthy had better Revdex.com ratings and significantly higher customer reviews than any other similar company on the market... But even still, stepping into unfamiliar terrain and trusting a complete stranger with such an expensive piece of your jewelry can be a nerve wracking experience. Luckily, from the first phone call I placed, I knew I was in excellent hands. I feel so lucky to have been placed with Gail as my account/auction manager. She was kind, compassionate, and patient with me throughout the entire process (I had about a million questions, and she answered them all calmly and comprehensively!). She even gave me as objective an opinion as she could, regarding what selling avenue would best benefit me. (I must have asked her, “What would you do?” about a thousand times.) Well, I deferred to her expertise and she was right- her level-headed suggestions and aggressive approach to my auction really paid off, and I ended up walking away with far more than I had hoped. Worthy has made a superior name for itself as a company, but this is only a product of the tremendous employees like Gail who take the time to get to know their customers and really build the trust necessary to move forward with a transaction this important. I highly recommend Worthy, and specifically GAIL, to anyone about to embark on the uncertain journey of selling back jewelry or diamonds.

The customer service from Kendall was great! I also always received a quick return call when I reached out with a question. We changed our minds and decided to keep our grandmother's ring instead of auctioning it off on Worthy. They were just as friendly returning our ring as they were selling it for us!! I will use them again if I ever need this service.
