After doing some online research about Worthy's services, experience and success at selling jewelry through their service, I contacted them. From the first contact their service and friendly attitude was incredible. Melissa M was my main contact for the process of sending the jewelry and all the steps involved in the process. She was awesome and kept me involved in all the steps along the way both via email, text and in phone calls. All the decisions were mine and Melissa gave me excellent advice based on her professional experience and expertise and the prior auctions held by Worthy. I came to truly trust them and it was well worth it. It felt like we were partners and I appreciated her friendly attitude and professionalism. I was skeptical at first, but soon realized these guys are professionals! Gail B did a GREAT job of communicating how Worthy works and what I could expect going forward... I sent 2 rings that my mom had left me after passing on... They sent the rings off to be graded and we started the auction... I was ready to get the rings back and just pay for the grading services because the auctions didn't yield what I had hoped for... Gail went back to bat for me with the buyer and was able to get what I wanted to get out of my valuables... The best part was I felt absolutely NO PRESSURE from Gail, Kendall or any of the other staff at Worthy and felt 100% in control of the outcome of our business arrangement! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Worthy to anyone that might be considering what to do with valuables... Yes, I could have taken the items to a pawn shop and would have received only a fraction of their value... I want my ring back. They don't respond to my emails. Never speak directly to an account manager. They keep saying that it is in the lab when the ring was already GIA. I want my ring back immediately!

for the past 6 months Brittany R has been diligently following up with me about the potential to sell my diamond with Worthy. She caught me on a day where I was motivated to action, and she helped make everything very clear and easy for me to execute. It's kind of scary to think that you're putting something as valuable as a diamond in the mail and sending it off to people you don't know, but she was great at walking me through all aspects of what was to happen. Enter Josh R once the diamond was delivered to Worthy (which I was able to track via *** thru that entire process as well). Josh was a great extension of the quality and care of Brittany. He explained the auction process for me and helped me set the reserve bid that I was comfortable with. We started the auction prior to the Memorial Holiday and he suggested that we take it through the weekend for better focused attention from the potential buyers. He was right. Josh followed up with me throughout the process, making recommendations for better success and he was right. Today it was sold and I am happy with the outcome.
