In my opinion, Worthy is a great company to work with. Their process was explained to me every step of the way. Once I decided to send my items to them, the process was very fast and smooth. Although in the end I decided against the price they offered me, I would wholeheartedly recommend doing business with Worthy. They are a very professional company. Melissa M was my auction manager. She was very helpful and friendly. She patiently answered all of my questions and was very responsive to e-mails I sent her. She is a great asset to the company!

After doing some online research about Worthy's services, experience and success at selling jewelry through their service, I contacted them. From the first contact their service and friendly attitude was incredible. Melissa M was my main contact for the process of sending the jewelry and all the steps involved in the process. She was awesome and kept me involved in all the steps along the way both via email, text and in phone calls. I was skeptical at first, but soon realized these guys are professionals! Gail B did a GREAT job of communicating how Worthy works and what I could expect going forward... I sent 2 rings that my mom had left me after passing on... They sent the rings off to be graded and we started the auction... I was ready to get the rings back and just pay for the grading services because the auctions didn't yield what I had hoped for... Gail went back to bat for me with the buyer and was able to get what I wanted to get out of my valuables... The best part was I felt absolutely NO PRESSURE from Gail, Kendall or any of the other staff at Worthy and felt 100% in control of the outcome of our business arrangement! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Worthy to anyone that might be considering what to do with valuables... Yes, I could have taken the items to a pawn shop and would have received only a fraction of their value... I want my ring back. They don't respond to my emails. Never speak directly to an account manager. They keep saying that it is in the lab when the ring was already GIA. I want my ring back immediately!

I am going to be honest, like most people, I was kind of uncomfortable sending my 2ct. diamond ring to a company 2,500 miles away! I did a lot of research and Worthy seemed to have very high recommendations so I gave it a try! I basically had nothing to lose, if my ring hit my personal reserve amount, it sold and if not I could choose to have it sent back to me at no obligation. Every step of the way I knew exactly what was going on. From Fed ex picking up my package in California to it arriving in NY to my ring getting cleaned and GA graded. Gail, my account executive was amazing! She helped me decide on a reserve price that I personally felt comfortable with and helped me get set up to watch my auction along the way. When my auction ended, we talked about my options and she let me know the process from there. I am very grateful for her help and her non pressuring attitude. I would highly recommend Worthy.com to another who is thinking about selling a piece of jewelry!
