Dear Revdex.com,   Upon receipt of our client’s complaint filed with your office, our Executive Office has reviewed this account, billing transactions, and interactions associated with the complaint. We can confirm that our records indicate the client was notified via email on August 12, 2017 of a...

price increase for a service active in his account from $19 to $49. This price increase was applied to all Yodle accounts as a whole.  Our records also indicate that that email was opened by the recipient. As a customer service gesture and an attempt to settle this client’s concerns to their satisfaction, Web.com has issued a refund in the amount of $120 on 1/10/2018. Attached, you will find a screenshot, showing the processed refunds, totaling $120, as well as an email confirmation sent to the client to notify of our actions. The client was also provided a copy of their website content and an EPP code, as per their request.
