has NOT been resolved because:
The company finally refunded me my money. Only after I had to make a complaint against them. I still consider them a very dishonest company and this matter was handled very poorly.

committed to supporting the small business community Yodle would never engage in an unethical business practice of inserting fax numbers on directories in order to gain a sale. We do not know the specifics of what happened with [redacted]’s directories but it’s worth noting that many directories pull information from other directories in order to boost their listings. Once [redacted] had one directory with his fax number the likelihood is that the other directories copied this.We wish [redacted] well in resolving this issue. However, we are unwilling to provide any compensation for the time that he spent on his sales call as we are not responsible for the problem and were trying to demonstrate how we could help him.Best,[redacted]
