I spoke with a customer service Rep on Thursday and was told the availability was unknown at this pointI asked for a refund and they issued the refund that has been credit back to my accountI spoke with Stephen yesterday and we agreed that this issue has been settled and satisfied with the company and productsWill continue to do business with!

I reached out *** and expedited the termination of her account by contacting the head of the department in charge of fulfilling the request for her. This department advised myself and *** both via email as to the request being processed, and I verified the action was fulfilled in our
internal system as well.The account notation reads as follows : "Member requested terminationCan reactivate at any timeDo not place under new sponsor unless deactivated for at least months."We consider this matter to be resolved

YL will replace the product but made it clear that this a one time courtesy only, never acknowledging that their product may have been the problem in the first placeUnfortunately this type of problem resolution is widespread in the direct sales industry aka MLMYL's products are good quality, however many have reached prohibitive price points (last but not least due to the MLM business model)At the same time customer service, and conditions for distributors, i.e compensation plan, etcbecame unfavorableWhat used to be a quick phone call or email to resolve an occasional issue, now involves "going public" to get a problem resolved

I am rejecting this response because: We have not received the diffuser yet and will not close this case until we receive it, ensure it has all parts needed to operate it, and it works correctly We have had issues with all of these points in the past, so I need to ensure all of this before I will voluntarily close this case.For the record, Young Living is NOT giving us a "complementary" diffuser I paid $for an Aria diffuser and starter kit oils Giving me an exchange for a product that clearly has issues for another product is called Customer Service There is nothing complementary about it - it is my hard earned money that was used to purchase a lovely gift for my wife last Christmas.We are very much looking forward to receiving the new diffuser and hope this matter will be resolved very soon Thank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The Company's answer as "resolution" of this complaint is unacceptable, and is typical of how they treat their customers, aka Independent Distributors When Customer Service was contacted to resolve the situation, my only option was to cancel the Essential Rewards Service because holding my legitimate points hostage until I placed an order for more than I needed, is exploitive As it turned out, my upline sponsor was ABLE TO ORDER FOR ME using my rewards points, which is something I was unable to accomplish directly with the company There have been continual service, product, computer and shipping issues on a monthly basis not brought up in this complaint, where I have had to run to my upline sponsor in order to resolve the company caused issues I will no longer participate in their Essential Reward Program and I thank my upline sponsor, the one who resolved the issue for me I will now consider the claim closed.

We have looked into the account and were able to refund the money that was charged to the account aside from shipping costsWe have tried to reach out to the member to verify that the refund in fact been received and offer a customer satisfaction credit as well as shipping credit with no success
We will continue to reach out to the customer until we reach an agreement and the member is satisfied with the solutionUnless we are able to reach the member or the member reaches out to us Young Living considers this matter resolvedYoung Living will continue to keep in contact with the customer as her account is still active

The Essential Rewards program is in place to reward members
that place a monthly order and in return earn reward points that can be
redeemed for most products. In this case where the wording, which has
since been corrected may have been confusing, there are two other explanations
on how to
use the reward points and how they expire one which includes an
example. When a member signs up for the essential rewards program they do
sign an agreement where they are responsible to take care of their
account. Having said this and even though a supervisor did make an
exception to return points that had expired, Young Living does try and make
members experiences as good as possible, so this time the remaining expired
reward points (54) have been added back to the account and we do consider this
case to be resolved

I am
rejecting this response because: I asked that my name be removed, and all private information about me be removed. I also asked for a letter with a "wet signature" from a person of authority & responsibility. They NEVER complied with this request. I do not trust this company at all. I would like to have a letter stating that EVERYTHING ABOUT ME, INCLUDING MY NAME be purged from all of their systems, signed by an officer of the corporation. A simple request totally ignored. In my estimation, this company uses a pyramid scheme which I thought was against the law.

member was frustrated because she had been having issues with her monthly autoship. I spoke with *** and we got her a comporder and re-set up her auto ship plus gave her my contact infoso that I can help her in the future. She did fax in a cancellation letter but may be willing to
try to make it work by working directly with me in the future. We were both on the same page when we consider this case resolved.*** ***

spoke with member about the situation with the flex oils and she was finally told the reason why we have the flex oils but I sent her a comporder to ease any frustrations and we were both on the same page that this case was resolved.Stephen *** P***
