Members who enroll in the Essential Rewards program which is a way that Young Living rewards members who place monthly orders by rewarding points that can be redeemed.  In the agreement that is signed by all members that enroll points can only be redeemed after two consecutive months and when a...

grace month is used an order must be placed to be able to use the points that have been rewarded.  in this case the member has been allowed to redeem points that are forfeit when the program is cancelled and before cancelling members are reminded of this and given the chance to use them.  We consider this case resolved.Stephen P[redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] the other day  to see if she had received the order that she had been which she had.  She expressed her frustration with not being able get a refund for a product that didn't function properly and was being sent back.  Not wanting a replacement just a refund, she...

was only given the option of a credit on her account  but no refund.  I let her know that I would refund the entire amount to the card originally used, which was issued on 8-16.  I also sent out a complementary order to help out the situation which was delivered today.  I called to check and see if order was good and also to see if the refund had posted to her card, but got voice mail and left a message and also sent her an email.  We do consider this case resolved but will keep trying to reach her.Sincerely;Stephen P[redacted]

I have been working on this case with the Resolutions and Conduct department because Young Living does not condone bullying of any form and have managed to get the fee in question removed even though it is the policies and procedures that each member agrees to and signs in order to become a member. ...

Hello, Thank you for the e-mail.A couple days ago Young Living contacted me by e-mail and asked me to send them the receipt of the purchase of the Premium kit again. I sent it to them and I recieved the message that I am now a member.However, they treat their customers poorly and communicate badly.  Every time I was contacted it was by different people who were unaware of the situation and couldn't help.  I ended up having to explain to them the same thing again and again.I wish they woud at least admit that their representetives made a mistake and apologize for once instead of just getting things done in an unproffesional manner.  I may use their product but I will never recommend this company's product to my friends.Also, I will tell people around me what happened to me and how unproffesionaly the customer service of Young Living is operated.Sincerely,Ayako K[redacted]

to happen considering that Young Living wasn't involved but she and another independent distributor.  She let me know that she felt that that the other independent distributor reflected poorly on Young Living and that things should be addressed.  She did let me know that she had received the money for the shipping that she had been promised and I also let her know that the member had placed an order for the orb diffusers and that they were in transit but it was not up to Young Living as to what the member does with them other than hopefully she gets what was promised.  i did have the opportunity to speak with the other member and got her side of the story.  I did try and reach [redacted] to thank her for addressing the situation and that the information has been given to the proper department and that things would be handled accordingly, also that she could reach out to me if she needed any help in the future.  We do feel this case has been resolved on our end though once again Young Living is not involved directly in this situation.Stephen P[redacted]
