Zillow.com has listed my year old parents house for sale on their websiteIt has an aerial picture of their homeThey live in a very secluded area and they have already had someone show up there, I am very concerned for their safetyMy parents do not own a computer nor do they even know how to use oneI have contacted the company, someone from your office gave me their number and all I could reach was voicemail'sI have demanded for them to take it down immediately I am hoping you can help me with this serious privacy issueMy father is very upsetThe listing is [redacted]  My brother and I live over an hour away and cannot get to them everyday and I am afraid someone is gong to see the ad and see how secluded it is an bring harm to them so anything you can do to get this ad down will be greatly appreciatedI really do not want to contact my lawyer again but I will if they do not take it down

Zillow is your typcial greedy corporation that is too big to help us small-time just-beginning real estate agents My real estate office pays $2,a month to Zillow for leads The customer service my principal broker receives is unacceptable (in their own words) The customer service I received as an agent is unacceptable Dear Zillow: you make me sick I am hoping that Karma comes back around soon

My home on [redacted] was given a 23k drop in May for some unknown reasonAlso this Zillow estimate it was given was listed as a condo then I tried to give the company information it is actually a single family home Nothing has been doneI have repeatedly tried to change this information via website on the internet and when I try to update changes it will not take This is extremely frustrating to say the least I believe if someone is going to give an estimate on your home for everyone in the country to see it should be accurate with all the correct information I live in Sun City West, AZ which is an area that has been listed several times as Number and Number in the nation as one of the fastest growing retirement communities The information on my home provided by Zillow provides is no where near accurate For example, I listed my house with a realtor in May of for $259, The second person that looked at it offered a full pri

I purchased my home January 2016...the realtor is no longer listing it but it remains still on Zillow (marked sold)...a SCAM has been perpetrated using the Zillow information re my home, including text and photos verbatim, ....it was listed on Craigslist as for rent...two different people showed up at my house expecting to rent...the last one came with a uhaul truck prepared to move in...he had foolishly sent $2,to someone in California who was using my name...I have reported this to the local police and to the Ny Attorney General...after many emails to Craigs list it has finally been removed from their site...but Zillow continues to list my house in spite if several email complaints...they have made it impossible to contact them by phone as far as I can ascertain...I want my house removed from Zillow and Trulia and any other sites they may own....I have learned that this is a SCAM that is on the rise and I do not want to be victimized again...thank you

I find it puzzling that Zillow is finding it difficult to remove a piece of information from my property's page that Zillow itself posted on my page without permission despite various requests to Zillow's customer service rep (Judy)Just to reiterate my repeated requests, I need the 6/15/event reference to be removed immediately from my property page (address: [redacted] ***)It is truly unjustifiable that a prominent company (Zillow) that erroneously inserted information on a page that is on Zillow's own website is unable to remedy its own mistake by simply deleting the entry from the page

Subject: Zillow's interesting perception of value of my home at given address, please see address above Zillow chose to advertise my home in Palm Springs without my approval; it clearly stated to readers said home is not for sale or rent, I'd previously filed a complaint to Revdex.com as Zillow attempted to sell my home without my approval, and so Zillow was stating that, not for sale or rent And now, Zillow is advertising my home way below it's saleable value, Zillow does not have my approval for advertising my house, for $462,as of today's date Zillow is also advertising for same homes in the neighborhood in the $600,000, which zillow advertised mine in the very high $600,000s a few days ago, but now has lowered price of my house to a ridiculous amountCurrently, Spokeo maintained price of my home as $774, Please investigate what Zillow is doing with my homeThank you ferventlyIf Zillow is unable to show house with an accurate amount, then it should remove it completely

After spending $first month and $the second month as a co marketing lender with a realtor team I trust, our rep, Mike E***, suggest we substantially increase our budget spend to over $split down the middle (or $is a piece)We increased it and received one lead in days as the lender When I spoke directly with Mike, he reminded me of a used car sales man selling subaru's at a pay here pay here lot We more or less tried to pressure us both into staying with zillow and even suggest "we weren't going anywhere" despite the highest cost I've ever paid for 4-leads in my entire life for several tire kickers and a 30k purchase Mike is an embarrassment to the company and truthfully we should be refunded at least half of what was spent (if not more)He told the realtor team I was working with that they "couldn't cancel" after three days going into the new price in December (which I'd venture to say that wasn't in anyone's agreement) You need to refine your sys

Zillow created a duplicate posting for my personal residence which included informationI requested that the posting be removed and my request was refusedThey would only remove the original posting that had the correct information for my propertyThe estimate of my property's value was $30,(about 10%) less with the incorrect informationAfter continued refusals to remove the incorrect posting, they finally changed the information that they had posted online to match the correct listing and deleted the original listingHowever, the estimate of my property stayed at the value based on the informationTheir formula for their estimate is still primarily driven by the information that they posted online about my home and they refuse to adjust thatSo Zillow posted information online about my home for the public to see that harmed its value (libel), and now continue to present a value to my home based on information that harms its value while m

Non-responsive, a manager was supposed to call me Tuesday, it is now FridayI have called and emailed repeatedly throughout the week, still can't get on the phone with a managerAfter spending $12,for advertising/leads and getting only single viable lead in that time, I wanted to cancel the advertising with ZillowTheir phone rep assured me my cancellation would be processed - then a week later, they charged me yet again for advertisingWhen I called to figure out why, they claimed to have no record of me callEven after sending them my phone records which showed the minute phone call, they still wouldn't honor the cancellationStill calling and emailing, days later and I am still waiting on a response/manager to get back to me

We have contacted Zillow several times via email and through our account regarding an incorrect listing on their websiteThey are advertising a location at [redacted] *** as available for rent and it IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT! Again, we have tried to update the listing from our account as well as sending several emails to customer service asking them to remove the listingSomeone from Zillow responded to one of our messages over a month ago and said they would remove the listing but they did not and the house is still listed as available to rentWe have tenants in this property that have small children and they are being harassed on almost a daily basis

To Whom It May Concern, I have requested a refund for this agent, in the amount of $224.95, and will call them directly to address any further concernsAn automated refund of $was already sent to the agent, upon cancellation Thank you,

Our home for sale showed in dear Zillow with the wrong city listedThis means when people search Cloquet our house does not appearThe area Zillow listed as city is very much less desirable and greatly impacts our house selling as potential buyers would NOT WANT our house if it was indeed located where Zillow listsZillow absolutely will NOT MAKE THE CORRECTION!! They even sent me a map saying we are not within Cloquet townI repeTedly told them we are RURAL CLOQUET AND THAT IS OUR LEGAL ADDRESS AND ALWAYS HAS BEENThey refuse to make this simple correction, my realtor has even tried to tell them it is CLOQUET AS LISTED

To Whom It May Concern: I would like to reiterate that [redacted] has a past due balance of $Once she pays the $past due balance, we will cancel her $151.00/month subscriptionThe $30.00/month subscription was just added last month, so she will have to continue paying the $30.00/ month until the end of her six month contract

In reviewing our records, we've already previously communicated at length with this individual and there is no new information to provide or action we can take at this timeTo recap, the Zestimate is an estimate produced by a computer-generated algorithm using public and user-submitted data available for each individual homeWe recently launched an update to the Zestimate algorithm and as a result, some Zestimates increased immediately while some decreased nationwideThe change is a direct result of this algorithm update People ultimately have more fundamental reasons that drive what they choose to buy or not buyOur data shows that half of all sales are generally above the ZestimateAlthough Zillow strives to provide accurate home valuations, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is not an appraisal - it is an estimateWe make this clear on each property page and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/) Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible)While we monitor customer feedback for system-wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot manually change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackThis feedback has already been recorded and it will be used to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the futureBeyond this, there is no further action or information we can provide at this time.To learn more about the Zestimate, please visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/
