On 6/21/2018, I notified Zillow Group that someone using the Zillow username [redacted] and the name [redacted] had fraudulently taken control of my rental real estate listing located at [redacted] Originally, my listing was received by Zillow through a syndication from the Multiple Listing Service I immediately notified Zillow via their "report a problem with listing" feature om their websiteI waited hours however I did not receive a responseI then called Zillow Group Sales (because they do not offer phone support for listings) and asked if there was any way to speak with someone in support or customer serviceI spoke with a very nice guy by the name of Tepkosal who took down my informationEven after providing him a screen shot of the listing agreement with the owner of the home to show I was the rightful real estate agent, he unfortunately was not equipped with the tools and information in order to immediately solve the fraudul

In Augof 2015, Zillow started taking money out of my bank account without my knowledge, consent and continued to do so until I was forced to cancel my charge cardThey stole $on Aug13, and stole $on Sept16, They actually stole more times but when I disputed it with my bank, my bank was able to recoup two of the theftsI did not have a contract with ZillowI did not authorize them taking money out of my accountI did not know they were doing this

We acquired/purchased an investment property several months agoZillow/Trulia has not removed photos and property description from listingsThese need to be removed because of privacy and safety issuesI am fully aware that Zillow's policy is leave all public record information on their listings however photos and property descriptions are not public record [redacted]

As mentioned previously, we were recently alerted to a bug that was causing some home descriptions to revert to a previous user-provided descriptionThis issue has been reported to our developers and we are actively working on a resolution to prevent this from happening in the futureUnfortunately, it does take time to investigate, troubleshoot, and create a fix for a bug so we cannot provide the immediate action this individual is requestingThe response sent from our Consumer Care Team is accurate and we have kept the request open in our database so we can follow up directly with this individual once the bug has been fixedIn the interim as a work-around, we have manually removed the user-provided description in questionThe information that appears on the property page only shows basic information from public records (see attached)

In reviewing our records, this individual is actively working with our Consumer Care Team to on this issue (Ticket # [redacted] )We are currently awaiting a reply since we need for more information from them in order to get the listing manually postedWe would encourage this individual to reply back to our Consumer Care Team's email so we can continue to assist them further

While admitting on the phone to me that Zillow has no way of appraising or valueing my house.The Zillow Zestimate continues to Pop Up for prospective home buyers on the forsalebyowner site valueing my hame at about 40% of the appraised value listed on appraisals that I Had done on my home and despite my informing them several times.The zillow site claims there is no factual basis for their home zestimate and cannot tell me how they got their figures.I have had my Beautiful home on the lake listed for more than months without a single inquiry from any prospective buyers partially because of the Zestimate Popups at the bottom of my listing page.I had tried several times to adjust or revise the zestimate with only minimal results.I had an agent from FSBO also try and adjust or revise the zestimate also having minimal success.To this day the zestimate values my home for sale at $100,Less than my lowest Appraisal

I loaded a "for sale by owner" listing into their site, says it takes UP TO hrs to go activeThis is beginning day and no actionI have sent emails and called timesA lady named Emory called and left a mesage telling me to leave complete address and she would take care of iti called back and gave her detailed information, well nothing happened againI called back three more times and until now, still nothingThis site has incorrect and inaccurate info

Zillow will not let anyone cancel their membership without speaking to a specific sales person first The problem is that sales person doesn't return phone calls or emails I have contacted Jean G [redacted] NUMEROUS times trying to cancel, but only yesterday did he email me after we were billed another $1400+ He then stated we have to complete a cancellation email, but never sent it to us and, of course, has fallen off the radar and is non-responsive once againI know a lot of people in the Real Estate industry and will be letting everyone know through every means necessary to stay as far away as possible Not only is it horrible business practice, but Jean has lied to me An absolutely horrible experience

I have been advertising with zillow for years nowI used to be a big fanThe past year the company has totally changedThe "leads" that I pay $1,a month for are garbageThey are all other agents or buyers with agentsThey are not actual leads at allI am tired of picking up my phone to deal with these annoying callsI tried to cut my spending down to $per month and the account executive tried to tell me that $is nothingThey had me in a month contract at that price and my contract ended days after my billing cycleI fought long enough to get them to prorate the difference and reduce my payments to $but they required me to pay in full for the $1,to have my account changedThis billing cycle they charged me the full $1,again and none of the overpayment was appliedThey write in their contracts that none of the payments are refundable and I am unable to remove my credit cardThey just keep billing and I cant get my money back!!!

Thank you for responding Zillow did finally remove the incorrect information on my houses from their website It took multiple complaints and a lot of time and probably the complaint from Revdex.com helped Thanks again, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The property is not for sale and there is no reason for anything to be displayed on a site that is about buying and selling propertiesIf the property goes for sale you are welcome to the information I also reject the idea that the sold price must be prominently displayed for three years at the top of my properties pageSince the majority of properties do not have this displayed at the top of the page, I request this be removed immediately I also reject the Zillow page of my property showing up in Google search resultsOther property sites have excluded it from online searches and I expect the same I'm also frustrated that the customer service team never reads what is typed and throws out their textbook answer I understand you have the right to publish public information but when it goes against the wishes of the person directly involved, I wonder where MY rights stand Sincerely, [redacted]
