I subscribed to Zillow for Realtor marketing and was not receiving leads as was promised I requested a review of my account and they refused to do so as they had initially stated they would when I signed up if there were any issues I cancelled my credit card so they could no longer charge me until they supplied a review of my account They still refused They continue to call me with high pressure sales tactics and when I tell them to do the review they get rude towards me, state lies, or hang up and refuse to do anything

I simply want to post my home "for sale by owner"I submitted a request, someone emailed me from their help department days later saying I couldn't have any contact information in my descriptionI deleted the contact info (even though it's ridiculous, and I see other fsbo adds with contact info)I resubmitted my fsbo listing, it's now days later and they are still ignoring all of my email and phone messagesHorrible customer service

I listed my home with [redacted] in late June of this year In my contract it states that no automated estimate shall be made nor published as to the valuation of my home Zillow.com has the practice of arbitrarily "Zestimating" new property listings according to tax records, and then advertising this Zestimate on their website My home was purchased years ago and after extensive construction, remodeling, and the addition of outbuildings, a hottub, and 30,in concrete, it was given a listing valuation by independent agents of between $225,to $243, We choase to list it at $228, Zillow.com Zestimated it originally at $139,because all they looked at was tax records I notified Zillow.com on June 28, of this discrepancy and request for them to either remove my listing from their site, or more accurately Zestimate my listing, and was returned a standard email I have, on multiple occasions since the initial request attempted to communicate my concern over their

To whom it may concern, [redacted] has signed up for a six month contract not a month contract with Zillow Group, which ends on 5/5/In his account notes it shows that he has spoken twice to his account manager Chris C [redacted] in the last week regarding his contract and accountIf he has further questions regarding his account I have added his account managers information belowPlease let me know if he has additional questions Chris C [redacted] @zillow.com [redacted]

I’ve had the opportunity to speak with both the sales rep and the sales manager involving this disputeI’ve included a receipt of this agent’s payments to ZillowHer initial purchase on 11/18/was for six months paid in full through the end of her initial term on 5/17/The $1,payment represented six months at $237.60/monthShe purchased an additional zip code on 2/5/with a six month term at an additional $455.61/monthThe term for this second purchase ended 8/4/2015, but the purchase needed to be billed as paid in full through the end of the original purchases’ term end date: wecharged $1,for this purchase through 5/17/15.On 5/22/15, after the agent’s initial paid in full term ended and we began billing on an arrears-based monthly payment method, as indicated on both contracts she signed “This Ad Order will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term, until the Advertiser terminates as described in the Zillow Premier Agent and Listing Ads Terms of UseNote purchases that are paid in full are not refundable.”We collected a one-month deposit for $She was cancelled four days later on 5/26/15, and a credit of $was issued back to the agent for the undelivered ad impressions for that billing cycleWe withheld $for the impressions served between 5/and 5/26.I’ve included both of the Docusigned contract orders that the agent agreed to and signed for her purchasesSection 3.coutlines how she could have canceled her advertising. The post-cancel survey that this agent submitted says that she got a new charge on her credit card that she did not authorize, and I wanted to address this and the timeline for thatI’m assuming that she’s referring to the deposit of $from 5/22/This was addressed in the month-survey sent to Ana on 4/17/(see attached recreation of that email)The bottom of the email clearly says “Also note your Premier Agent Program will automatically go month to month after the original contract is complete (your contract is either months or months).” Resolution: This agent’s contract has been cancelled effective 5/26/and will not receive any further charges from ZillowPer the Terms of Use listed in each contract (Section 3.a.), all ad purchases are non-refundableShe has already disputed the charge with her card company and was issued a chargeback for the transaction from 02/05/for $ No additional refunds will be issued ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

To whom it may concern: I have researched [redacted] profile and don't see that we received any requests for support from her and don't have any advertising for her under the email [redacted] @yahoo.comIf [redacted] would like to update her profile to show her phone number, she can do so by following the steps below 1) Sign into her Zillow.com account 2) Click "profile" 3) Select "edit profile" 4) Enter her business information 5) Click "submit" For further inquiries, we can be contacted at [email protected] you

For a number of years I have been an active user of Zillow, ensuring my home's profile was up to date with all of the property's features and updates, including photosMost recently (and for a fair amount of time), the home's "Zestimate" value was approximately $147k which was in-line with other neighborhood prices and comparable salesOn 7/19/17, I did a [redacted] search of my address and the Zillow link appeared first with a Zestimate of $147,I then followed that link only to see the Zestimate was now listed at $106,301, a 28% dropAs this could have a serious impact on a future sales price, I was put in contact with Marnelli C [redacted] in Customer Care at ZillowThat individual claimed that Zillow had launched an updated to their algorithm causing the dramatic decrease despite the consistent valuation for a number of yearsIn addition, the historical Zestimate table was altered to wipe out past Zestimates at the valuation and adjusted to lower valuations I had never before s

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken in length to my supposedly new repand her managerAfter talking for some time, my new rep actually does not even understand how zillow once workedWith the new system they put in place in Oct or Nov., without properly notifying advertisers like myself, my advertisement now shows something like or 6.6% of the time and this is based on 300%!!!! Utterly unacceptable!!!! Prior to zillow talking me into advertising as a new realtor, my impressions were based on impressions!!! This difference is unacceptable and just plain UNFAIR!!! And actually, no I my leads did not turn into sales The reps actually agree with me about the new advertising and tried to talk me into moving my $to Hammonton, another town I advertise in When I asked how they set the price of $for 6.3/6.6% they told me the person sitting in the top slot - in this case [redacted] , sets the price So now I am advertising with a company that is running a monopoly!!! I want my money back due to fraudulently trying to get realtors to advertise!!! Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In response to the comments from Zillow please note that an email explanation received by Zillow representative Heather P dated December 21, 9:AM PST indicated that my home was placed in a a different town in New Jersey "due to system error", thus resulting in misleading and inaccurate information of the value of my home in their Zestimate(All email correspondence from Heather was provided in my complaint)I am in the process of selling my houseSince many buyers consult Zillow for the location and pricing of homes, I am being financially compromised by Zillow's mistake in devaluing my home due to their errorAs a retired senior citizen, my home is my most important asset I am asking that, since this matter is solely Zillow's mistake, they should immediately fix it I am told by Zillow that the information contained in Zestimate page is public informationIf so, Zillow should not inaccurately manipulate this information to the detriment of the publicThey should be responsible for taking all necessary actions to ensure it is accurate Sincerely, [redacted]

This business is falsely advertising a rental space in my homeThey have posted photos as well I do not have an apartment for rent my house is not available for saleI have emailed the company several times but they do not respond

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Zillow is simply abandoning all responsibility for their product They have have apparently refused to consider that my complain is valid and no not appear to have even looked into the problem The point that I have repeatedly (and accurately) made is that my condo is identical in every respect to a unit that is floors lower in the same building and yet the Zestimate has determined mine to have a value of less than one half of the comparable unit The street address, floor plan, room layout and sizes, square footage in the city tax records, etcare identical, so the discrepancy in Zestimate (estimated value), indicates either a flaw in their algorithm, a flaw in their data source, internal or external hacking, or some other problem that they are unable or simply unwilling to correct Zillow has demonstrated a disappointing lack of business ethics.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Of course there is no record thenI did not call then or state that I didCheck your records from 8/1/through 8/15/and you will see that I called numerous times and left messages starting on the 7th-11th when I was billed and it was still pending on my online transactions I will provide my phone records if needed Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] the address is [redacted] right now dwell chicago is running their ad so I don't lose anymore applicantsSincerely, [redacted] ***

As previously explained, the current configuration of our database does not allow us to manually add sales dataThe sales data is sent to Zillow automatically and periodically from a third-party data providerOur agreement with this third party is subject to confidentiality provisions that prevent us from disclosing the source of the data providerAt this time, Zillow does not manually retrieve sales data for each home on our site and we do not have functionality to manually add it to our databaseWhen the sale is reported through our current data upload process, it will appear on the siteWe apologize for any frustration with this answer but there is no further action we can take regarding this request

While Zillow does offer advertising options for agents on our site, we do not require that users pay money in order to receive assistanceWe strive to reply to user inquires as quickly as possibly and we apologize that we weren't able to get in contact with this listing agent soonerOur Agent Care Team received an email from the agent on Thursday 6/22/regarding this issue and our team replied to the agent on Saturday 6/24/to address their concerns (Ticket [redacted] ) Regarding the stats on the property page, the data shown on the Public View and the Owner View measure different thingsThe "views" track the number of times a property page was visitedRegarding the "saves," buyers can choose to save and unsave a home at any timeCurrently, the Owner's Dashboard graph tracks new interest (new saves/views) in the listing rather than a net result of users who saved and unsaved the listing where the Public View displays the net resultWe apologize if this cause confusion and have share this with our product team to help improve clarity around these stats moving forwardWith regards to the desired resolution for this complaint, there is no further action we can take as we have replied to the agent to assist them in updating the listing and corrected the listing to show the real estate agent's informationIf this individual's agent needs further assistance, we encourage them to reply directly to our Agent Care support team through the email we sent them (Ticket [redacted] )

The website will not allow me to update the phone number therefore my ad can not be activated!!I have been trying to reach someone here or have someone to respond to my customer inquiries to no avail

As mentioned in our previous correspondence with this individual, Zillow does not remove public record data or entire property pages from our websiteTo recap, we display property information on Zillow to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages We receive property information from public records gathered from each county and from user-provided submissions As you can see from the attached screenshot, this information is publicly available via the county, to all personsThis is essentially what gives Zillow the right to publish such data on our siteFor this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Zillow Regarding the "Sold" status, this is tied to the public record data we received and we do not have a way to remove it We provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of user-provided facts that appear on a property pageBy editing the home facts directly, a homeowner can ensure the home information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible but we do not remove entire pages or remove public record information from our site For more information, please review our Terms of Use (http://www.zillow.com/corp/Terms.htm)

After verifying with county records, we have removed the erroneous agent-reported sales transaction from October for $175,our database as requestedThank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to correct itWe apologize for any inconvenience the error may have caused in the meantime
