We recently discovered our house is listed on their website as under pre-foreclosureWe have contacted several individuals at Zillow who say the information is coming from our bankWe have been in contact with the bank who we have the loan through and they assure us that our payments are up to date and we are not at risk of foreclosureWe have been back in contact with Zillow and they are still giving us the run aroundIn the mean time we have people walking around our property checking out the house they believe to be under foreclosureWe need to get this information removed from their website

To Whom It May concern, Our Gold Package On Zillow is meant to show listings on Zillow as a Exclusive listing which has its own benefits on Zillow I have researched her account and it looks like there has been a cancellation case completed for [redacted] If you need further assistance please contact Her Sales rep DOMINIC M [redacted] Sr Sales Executive [redacted] zillow.com [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, *** ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the company still has not offered a satisfactory resolution.I cancelled accountI did not pay for any more servicesZillow is trying to collect for services rendered after account was closed and no payment was madeServices are paid for in advance; therefore if they do not receive payment for the future (next month) services, I should not receive services after my month to month contract has expired Zillow says I owe them for services they provided as a "courtesy", after my contract expiredI did not ask for any "courtesy"I wanted my services cancelled at the end of my last payment periodSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that their response was not on the same day but timely, and I may have been hasty in filing this complaintZillow seems to be responding appropriately to my complaint and although I am not completely satisfied with the response the issue has been brought to their attention and they seem to be making an effort to provide good service to their customers in Hawaii.Sincerely, [redacted]

I used to be a real estate agent and both Zillow and Trulia are listing my personal information on their website without my permissionI have tried contacting their customer service departments but all of their numbers lead to a voicemail box that no one actually listens toI would like both profiles permanently deleted from their database as I am concerned with my privacy because of their advertising of my photo and phone number

Zillow is not telling the truth as to what my issue is with the companyMy complaint was I requested homes in a particular price range in the zip code to be sent to me when it was a new listing or price changeWhen Zillow would send me the information I could click on a blue box called "See Latest Search Results"to see if my home was included in the searchWell, quess what my home was included but it was listed as "Off the Market" and the price was lowered by 80K then what I posted as a for sale by owner On Saturday I worked with the technical department for several hours and corresponded via emails and we were able to resolve the issue I believe that Zillows site is designed to make it complicated for sellers so they will be inclined to sign with a premier agentAs I mentioned before agents pay $1000.00's of dollars a month to be a premier agent on Zillow and the agent in turn gets information on people who are selling their home themselvesThe agents are also listed on my for sale by owner page so the buyer has been calling an agent instead of callling me first The issue is resolved for now but I don't like how Zillow responded back to Revdex.com that the issue was completely different from them screwing with my adI hope Zillow ends up paying fees to work with Revdex.com and when someone wants to sale their home themselves Zillow allows them to do so without making me send several emails and follow up to get the issue resolved Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

days ago I spent several house writing up my advertisement and took and uploaded pictures to this web site that claims to let you post your home for sale by owner free of chargeThey claim an ad can take hours to be approved and postedIt's been days, I've called, emailed, tried to repost...etc! And I've gotten no response from anybody! Every day that passes without being advertised is a missed opportunity to sell my homeI've read several complaints about this business, and I hope I'm going to in the least find out how they continue to operate treating customers this way!

They price homes at a value and have no idea how to come up with itPublish a value for home owner and drop it in half for public even when proof of home valueContacted them because it is causing lose of sale on a home and provided tax value proof of value and they flat refuse to fix it or take my homes off their siteI feel there service is a huge injustice to home owners trying to sell homes because public goes off their so called Zestimate which is not accurate

Hello, I am wondering if you can help me or give me direction with a situation I have with Zillow and privacy rights? I had my Home listed on zillow, for sale by me the ownerI have now removed the listing and took down all the information they(zillow) are allowing me to remove since the home is no longer for sale, but there are a few things they are not allowing me to remove/doZillow will not remove my personal price change history that I have personally made and changed as I was trying to sell my homePlease note that I am not talking about public sale and tax information through/with the town/county/stateI am talking about my own personal listing/asking price and changes in price for my home that I was trying to sellWhat gives them the right to keep my personal asking price and changes information? Again I am not talking about public tax and history sold/price public information/recordsJust my own personal price change information as I was doing for sale by owner tho

Zillow and its subsidiary Trulia are in the business of publishing real estate information for profitZillow and its subsidiaries have published unauthorized and personally identifying information on their respective websites that they have gathered on us, our home, our home's contents, our home's layout, location of our children's bedrooms, street view and exact location for the supposed purpose of 1) offering real estate leads to paying realtors, and 2) to promote homes for sale to consumers looking to buy a homeOur home has been continuously owned by us for years, and it has NEVER been put on the market in the entire yearsWe have notified both Zillow that our home is not for sale and for serious personal security reasons we object to information related to us and our home being published on their websitesThe information they publish is personally damaging to us because it makes information readily available to stalkers and criminals who may be a threat our familyBecau

We apologize for any confusion Listings are sent to Zillow through a variety of sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party listing feed providers, and in some cases, directly from an MLSSince agent listing feeds are controlled by a third-party, Zillow does not have access to directly update this listingIn reviewing our records, we do see that this individual's real estate agent reached out to us yesterday 9/7/after our office was closed (Ticket #4086149)We make every effort to address all requests as quickly as possible in the order we receive them and a member of our Agent Care Team will follow up with this real estate agent directly to help troubleshoot the listing feed issue today If this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team through our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

In reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any previous correspondence from this individualWe are unclear of the property address associated with the listingThe property address originally provided ( [redacted] ***) is inactive and has no For Sale listing associated with it In order for us to cancel an active listing on this homeowner’s behalf, we will need the complete property addressPlease keep in mind that active listings are posted to existing property pages in our databaseListings can be canceled but inactive property pages will remain on our site until the owner or their agent decides to post another listing to the pageA user can cancel an active For Sale By Owner listing on Zillow using the steps below:-Sign in to your Zillow account.-Click on Settings underneath the My Zillow drop-down menu in the corner of your screen.-From your profile page, click on the Listings link along the light blue menu bar.-On the listings page, click Remove Listing next to the active listing you wish to cancel.-Select No Longer For SaleThis will cancel the listing on the property page and the real estate agent should then be able to post a new active listing to this property page when they’re readyWhen Zillow receives the listing from the agent, the status will change back to For Sale againIf this individual needs further assistance, we encourage them to reach out to our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

Trulia, Redfin and Zilliow (Zillow is the worst) are notoriously inaccurate in their estimatesSpeaking as a real estate agent, all these sites do a dis-service to the real estate community by giving potential buyers unrealistic pricing that most sellers wont take and many sellers and even homeowners off market are offended byI wish these sites would get their act together and either improve their estimate algorithms or remove them all togetherThe bottom line is a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, not what Trulia says it is worth

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not reduced my spending with ZillowFor one month my Trulia account was merged with Zillow, and I informed my salesperson that the Trulia spend had already been canceled, before I increased my spend to get into the PAAHe said that Trulia had nothing to do with him, since he works for ZillowI increased my spend approximately $to get int to the programThen like I told him the next month Trulia was canceledSo it looked like I decreased my spend amount, but in actually I was spending more money Zillow than I have ever spent with them beforeThis is why I feel like I have been mistreatedI wouldn't have signed up for the addition $per month if I wasn't going to get PAABait in switch, sale person told me one thing to lock me into a contract, and it wasn't what I actually gotNow they want me to spend another $1,per month for something that isn't going to be in writingWhy would I believe these scammers a second time? They already tricked me to spending more money, that I didn't want to spend, unless I was getting PAA..Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: Reviews are meant to be about the consumer's opinion of the agent, and they don't necessarily have to have purchased a home with the agent to have an experience with themThis review meets our technical checks and will remain publishedIf [redacted] feels that this review is truly slanderous he is welcome to get a lawyer and have them contact our legal departmentWithout a court order telling us to take this review down, it will remain published

The Z estimate is displaying the incorrect tax assessment from over a year agoBack on April IO provided Zillow with the correct Tax Assessment by the city of LA and I sent to them the official document from the city of LA several times via emailThe person that helped on April, said that the information will be updatedIts almost July and they still displaying information from Other houses around my neighborhood sold around the same time already have updated tax information or a market appreciation, my property seems to be blacklisted for some reason and no updates have been made even after providing official documentation from the cityI have been trying to contact them via email and phone they have not respondedI think I have been black listed because of requesting a review on my account

In May of 2017, I provided Zillow information we are selling our home by owner and requested this info be reflected in their database It has been over weeks and to date Zillow has not shown our hme for sale on their database nor have they responded to th numeous messages as shown below First number is assigned ID Zillow number It appears Zillow is CONTROLLING what they decide to show on their website, factual or not [redacted] Zillow is not showing my [redacted] Not responding [redacted] FSBO STILL NOT POSTED

I've been trying to unsubscribe from Zillow emails for the past few monthsEach time I click on the unsubscribe button in the email and it says I'm unsubscribed yet I keep getting the emailsThey have two of my email addresses and keep spamming bothI've unsubscribed from both address multiple timesI've written into Zillow requesting removal with no response back or action taken

Ever since I updated my home info with additional details years ago, Zillow has displayed my ZEstimate much, much lower than it should be and much lower than the very same homes in my development I provided additional details and yet it shows my B unit significantly lower than the others around me I have questioned Zillow directly, repeatedly, and they simply give me a canned response and refuse to investigate the issue I've even provided appraisal info that clearly shows that my home is being undervalued by Zillow and still they refuse to do anything about it This significant misrepresentation of our property value could really affect the sale of our home
