Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your Zestimate is impacting the perceived value of my hoome I don't care how you excuse this, but the fact is you are negligent in providing the tools for home owners to correct your valuation of my property You only have to look at the history and value of other houses in my neighborhood to know your system is wrong Your own estimation tools show the valuation to be wrong Your Zestimate graph took a hit of 20% in December for no apparent reason when other similar properties for sale in the sale neighborhood show no such drop Nothing you have done enables me to correct the libelous valuation of my property I request you either remove the Zestimate from my property as these are statements regarding the value of it, or correct the value using your own valuation tools that are capable of removing homes that are invalid comparisons (comps) Sincerely, [redacted]

This individual has been in correspondence with our team today via emailAs mentioned in that correspondence, the two profiles have been removed from both Zillow and Trulia as requestedThere is no further action to take at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] What zillow said is a lie They posted recent pictures apparently with an old description attached to it is not the pictures from before it is the pictures that are listed today saying it is not available for rent or sell

on 08/05/ a user called - [redacted] made untruthful remarks that have greatly impacted on my business and reputation as a RealtorFirst, she cleared showed she wanted to damage my image while calling me "A LIAR" and a professional not qualified to do my jobI was very surprised Zillow actually let such a reviewed to be published as her review had almost nothing to do with the nature of the Real Estate transaction she was in Second, The client Lied in several parts of the reviewShe never bought a home undervaluedThe appraisal actually came higher than the house worth itThird, she mentioned I stated I was going to buy her property which is also not the truth Moreover, This actually has absolutely nothing to do with the transaction itself even if it wasThird, She complains about the Home Break-ins which has absolutely nothing to do with my job or my control over thisClear this client just wanted to hurt my image and that's the clear nature of this "FAKE" and "MALICIOU

I purchased a beach home in Emerald Isle, North Carolina and closed on 5/ I bought the house based on a listing I found on Zillow When I closed Zillow deleted the actual listing They now do not reflect the sell of the home which is extremely important to determine the true value of the home and their estimate is way below what I paid, so in my opinion they are costing me thousands and thousands of dollars in equity In addition, when I login to my home it shows me as landlord, again having a negative impact on my beach condo EVERY other web site reflects the sale within a week or two of closing My frustration is that I have reached out to Zillow three times to try to correct and they have not responded at all I have asked them to correct the information to be accurate or remove my home and they simply will not respond I truly believe that their inaccurate information is adversely affecting the impact of my home financially

We reached out to this individual today (9/28/15) and asked that they please send us a copy of the credit card statement showing the billing that is believed to be overcharged so we can investigate the matter further

Our residence is listed with American Way Real Estate, Cookeville, TN and is not on ZillowBUT: Query our address: [redacted] AND: Zillow is the FIRST advertiser to come up AND: it has all the old pictures, says "off market" and sold for $The info there is obsoleteGo to the next listed option for our residence: Realtor.com and it is current and has all the correct infoComplaint: American Way, the agent and now I am asking Zillow to take it downThey now will not take messages on their customer relations phone line ( [redacted] ); They tell American Way they are "working" on itNothing happensI have asked American Way and the Board or Realtors to file a complaintThe Board of Realtors told American Way and the Agent that"Zillow is impossible to deal with; they can not do anything about it." In reviewing our records, we have previously corresponded with this individual (Ticket [redacted] ) and their listing agent (Ticket [redacted] )To recap, listings are sent to Zillow through a variety of sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party listing feed providers, and in some cases, directly from an MLSIt appears that this issue was related to the agent's listing feedThe issue has since been resolved with the feed and the home appears actively listed For Sale on Zillow

I requested to cancel my Zillow advertising account in writing on 11/13/A few days later the Zillow rep assigned to my account named Kodie responds advising that I was under contract for monthsI responded advising to send me a copy of the contract I had signed, he then did not respond again for a few daysI called him, left him voicemails and no answerCalled his manager ***, who also did not answer nor return my callWhen he finally responds through email, he advised that I was indeed not under contractI emailed back asking once again for an update on my cancellation requestAt this point, the representative said that I had to wait until the end of the month to be able to cancelI was shocked as I've been advertising with Zillow on and off for almost two years and I've never had anyone tell me I had to wait to be able to cancel especially if I did not sign any contractsI called in, and he said the same thing, asked to speak to his manager who also showed no sympath

Zillow is advertising their estimate of a home, although I have sent a request to have the issue correctedThe listing agreement has been signed for the home at *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** which indicates the seller does not want any website to show estimated value of their homeAfter attempt to contact them, and failed action on their part, I am writing to seek the issue to be corrected

Zillow, despite repeated warnings, is fabricating the address of Hunter View Road, which it knows does not exist, as my legitimate property that I am trying to sell, Hunter view road, next door to its fabricated address that does not existI have reported my chest pains from Zillow’s failure to correct its error to my spouse and other loved onesThis is immensely simpleFake is fake is fake! Make them obey the law/facts!

I contacted Zillow on several occasions because they had advertised my home on their site way below market price which has affected the ability of me to sell my home The exact home across the street same house without a pool is advertised at and anotehrcone the next stret over *** * *** *** *** a sampler house no pool is listed at My house with a beautiful pool and landscaping almost k worth of enhancement is listing at My mortgage company uses that amint to value the equity in my home as do local realtors they tell me it’s their algorithm welll their algorithm is wrong and I want this corrected

As an employee of a Tax Assessors office I'm filing a complaint against Zillow's constant incorrect advertising of the taxes on pretty much ever property in our townWhen we tried to contact them, they wanted just a specific property and there was then no resolutionWe've had a plethora of home owners coming in concerned with the sudden huge reduction of their or their neighbors taxesWe have no idea where Zillow is getting their information from, the assessed values are typically right, but the actual tax information is incorrect alwaysWe're unsure where they get their information because we've never had a request from them in our office or the Tax Collector's officeWhile our assessed value information can be found online at a specific website, the actual taxes due for a property are not
