Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because...we bought our home in ...according to Zillow...the house the had been on the market for days...if you do the math we bought it and immediately went into foreclosureaccording to Zillow..If Zillow did their homework they would know this is ridiculousI would advise them to remove this listing immediately or I have no other alternative but to seek legal action...for liable...it has caused us embrassment since numerous people have approached myself, my husband and my children...they have invaded our privacy and I will not tolerated this ...I don't know where Zillow received this information but they should check and make sure it is true...The way they put it out there they can remove it ...and I would also like a disclaimer on the site that Zillow made a huge mistaken...Thanking you in advance...Sincerely, [redacted]

On June 19, I contact zillow (the parent company to hotpads)I informed them that I wanted every associated account with the parent company closedI was informed they would pass along the message to affiliated companies and inform me when it was completedI followed up on June 21, for a status updateMessage was ignoredI followed up again on June 22, Again, message was ignored

I have been targeted by a [redacted] Group of people who were declined from renting [redacted] ** Zillow rep stated in an email that my company scam people out of $application fees when the home is not available for rent! This statement by the Zillow rep is untrue slander The [redacted] Group is targeting my ad and falsely reporting it as a scam! Zillow is refusing to reactivate my ad for this home and any other home My company has never scammed any applicant on any home How can an applicant be scammed on an application fee when the applicant must walk thru a home to confirm [redacted] likes it then apply for the home at the home during that time? What other home is the Zillow rep claiming could be a scam? I am happy to show Zillow any contract for any home that we have rented that my have been mistaken by Zillow as a scam!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You are not doing the action requested - adjusting or removing your inaccurate valuation - and also the information you are giving me is not accurate There is no method for a home owner to make their estimate public You response has said that a home owner can post their own estimate on your website, but this is not the case At least all instructions on how to do this are incorrect Also, I would like an explanation of why the valuation of my home dropped 20% since December whereas other homes in this neighborhood and area have risen 10% Sincerely, [redacted]

This complaint is pretty plain and simple I had an account with Zillow I deleted my account wanting no further business with Zillow or any further contact I keep receiving emails after emails after emails I keep unsubscribing to each email, made sure my account was deleted and still receiving Zillow email without MY permission to so I am tired of receiving their UNWANTED email a day I have specifically stated I DO NOT WANT THEIR BUSINESS!!

Zillow.com incorrectly displays information from the previous owner of my homeThe information is erroneous and inaccurateI created an account, as the website suggests, in order to correct the information and the public (non-owner) view of my home still displays the wrong informationAfter making requests to Zillow to show the correct information they continue to avoid dealing with the issue so I'm forced to file a complaintThis is not the last step I will take to resolve this as it can potentially cost me in money as prospective buyers may turn away from my home after reading the information provided my Zillow.com

Zillow has denied me to market real estate ads and made it impossible to place ads that for rent unless I buy products and various tie in that adds up to hundreds of dollarsIn the begining free was free but not now there are too many price tags that are secretive and fraudulent in natureI do not get phone calls anymore or business for months now because of Zillow and Group such as Trulia, Streeteasy, Hotpads, Padlister etcThey all carry the same inside policiesThe lost of potential compensation has been tremendous

I have repeatedly asked them to update the listing for my home [redacted] Raeford, NC 28376) and they continue to feed me some line about updating their estimation algorithmsI was connected to a realtor, via their website, and given an estimation by them that is $40k higher than the one listed on their websiteI also had a home appraisal conducted and it listed a similar valueThe price currently reflected on their website is actually harming my ability to sell the home and costing me thousands of dollars by devaluing the property and prolonging a sale

Listed a house on zillow as for sale by ownerAfter hours we were locked out of our account with no way to get back in and edit the listingWe had multiple people try and contact us through zillow and it never went though that wanted to buy our homeWe asked zillow multiple times to delete the listing through emailAfter days they finally contacted us back and said they would delete it but they couldn't help us other than thatThe listing was never deletedCustomer service is a jokeThey say they can't help you with anythingWe asked why they listed our house as for sale by agent when we sent everything in by for sale by owner, they said they didn't know but they couldn't help usThis is very important to us as we are moving to a different city trying to sell our home for my work and this was the worst experience I've ever went through with a companyThey should not even have a telephone number because no one will ever get back to youOur home is still up for sale even

I have repeatedly asked Zillow to remove my home from their Web site I purchased the home on Dec 12, the house was appraised at $225.000, which is what I paid for it Zillow, now has lowered their so called Zestimate of my property by almost $75,000, which is incorrect and false I have requested several times that they remove my home or correct their claims to the value of my home I don't care about their computer generated data I want this issue resolved!

I filled a complaint on the past to zillow to remove all information regarding my building located at [redacted] ***, they promised they will but there is still a FAKE rental listing with description on the page [redacted]

YET THE DESCRIPTION ZILLOW IS REPRESENTING AS BEING FROM THE MLS IS NOT WHAT THE MLS DESCRIPTION IS IF THEY EVEN LOOKED AT THE ACTUAL MLS LISTING THEY'D SEE THEYRE LYING TO THE PUBLIC IF THEY EVEN LOOKED AT THEIR SISTER SITES SUCH AS TRULIA AND [redacted] SITES THAT DO HAVE THE TRUE MLS LISTING DESCRIPTION, THE ZILLOW STAFF WOULD REALIZE THEIR CAUGHT IN A BOLD LIE AND THAT THE DESCRIPTION THEY ARE LISTING IS NOT FROM THE MLS IF THEY ARE NOT REALLYUSING THE MLS DESCRIPTIPN THEN THEY SHOULD TELL THE PUBLIC SUCH Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***
