As mentioned previously, Zillow does not remove or manually change individual ZestimatesThis is a computer-generated estimate based off the data we have on that homeBecause the specifics of the Zestimate algorithm are proprietary, we cannot provide more information on this individual ZestimateThe current Zestimate model uses millions of data points when calculating an estimated value on each individual homeThe more data we have for a home, the more accurate the ZestimateAgain, the Zestimate is a starting point and does not consider all the market intricacies that can determine the actual price a house will sell forIt is not an appraisal and we do not make claims that it is anything but an estimateWe make every effort to educate our users about what a Zestimate is and is not on our website and on each property page (as shown in the attached screenshots)We encourage buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as:-Getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent-Getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser-Visiting the house (whenever possible) We understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing data and our current Zestimate model which is why we provide tools for the homeowner and their realtor to provide additional information on the home's valueIf they would like to provide more information, this individual or their realtor can add an estimate to the property page in the Zestimate Details sectionThis provides an opportunity to include additional information as to what the home is worth given its unique featuresFor more information on the Zestimate, we encourage this individual to review the following link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

To whom it may concern, I have spoke to Postlets regarding [redacted] account and verifiedShe did use addresses mainly on [redacted] in Houston (street addresses [redacted] ) [redacted] was the only valid address and we did receive her listings from the MLS at one point for that locationWe don't permit any information, and approximate addresses are considered to be addresses Also, if she does have exclusive listing agreements to advertise a large, multi-family apartment (or more units), she should list the property through her MLS instead to avoid any misunderstandingRealtors advertising large, multi-family apartments may be considered to be apartment locators if we don't receive a corresponding listing from the MLS As long as she agrees to abide by our policies and post only her listings are exclusive, we can reactivate her accountHowever, her previous listings will deleted since some of them violate our Listings Quality Policy under our Terms of Use

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the information provided by Zillow are not factual or have any clear merit with regard to my concerns and complaint process and here is why Zillow wrote that they previously had contact with me and this it true however this is where the facts end with regard to their correspondence, and falicy begins and here is why Zillow's Zestimator or Zestimate, is falsely being taken by the general public as fact and so when Zillow's Zestimator indicates a property is worth a certain amount of money, most consumers believe that this is trueMost home buyers are inexperienced with home values and relay on websites such as Zillow for guidance; other people may be buying a home for the first time and not understand the Zestimator pulls numbers out of thin air; and then other people may be looking for bargains, who knows but either way MOST consumers take what Zillow says as the gospel, and believe these numbers are true The other issue with the Zestimator, other than my property value dropping overnight $400,000.00, there is NOT a disclaimer close enough to the numbers that Zillow has provided, to let consumers know clearly that these are just that, numbers pulled out of a hat basicallyI was told about years ago when this same thing happened to our home in Oregon, that the Zestimator was worthless in certain areas of the country, and terrible in rural areas suck as Estacada Clackamas County where homes are so far apart and there can be a farm, next door to a small home, and that it would be impossible to get an accurate readSo ten years ago they had someone go out of their way, and actually look at the facts of our home, and they agreed that the size of our home and land were well worth the price we were asking So now Zillow is doing the same exact thing on a property that is almost exactly like the one we owned in Oregon where the accuracy of the Zillow Zestimator is completely wrong, even from an objective point of viewZillow telling people they can't change anything is a lie they can change the value if they so chose to do so since they did it once before and they also told me a few days ago that Kittitas County is rated a out of a 5, with being the worst, for accuracy in rating homesAnna the gal I spoke to herself admitted that when an area gets a rating out of a 5, that it is almost a sure thing the estimate is wrong, but that she could not do anything about this To recap, the Zestimate is an estimate produced by a computer that is rated a out of a in rural area where my home is and Zillow admitted usually get prices wrong especially in Kittitas County where home values vary so much, and that there is no clearly written information directly next to the Zestimator indicating their numbers are factitious and pulled out of a hat basicallyLosing $400,because a computer company has chosen, chosen to devalue my home overnight for $400,is not an optionI have put my life savings into this home and I know my real estate numbers and this s.fhome, on acres of territorial views, which I put $350,into (because we thought we would retire here) and owned for years now is worth every bit of the $1,000,we are asking Sincerely, [redacted]

Zillow claims it takes it's data feeds from the MLS Listing which is a lieOur listing clearly states Townhouse but Zillow changes it to CondoThe word Condo does not appear anywhere is our MLS ListingI have tried to get Zillow to correct this but they refuse and claim it's not their issueZillow displays INFORMATION

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate the prompt response to the Revdex.com on behalf of my issue I only just received a confirmation today (3/24/16) that my subscription has been canceled even though I was told it would be canceled effective 3/16/16) I have not only NOT been refunded my deposit in the amount of $344.60, but was charged an additional subscription fee for March-April in the amount of $ Charged to my AMEX account on 3/15/ I can almost understand that monthly charge, however I do not understand the delay in processing the refund of deposit Please promptly refund the deposit in the amount of $ Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for the emailI have researched [redacted] account and it appears that she cancelled on 1/29/I'm sorry that she hasn't heard anything back regarding this accountI've included her sales rep and manager's information belowShe may contact them if she wishes to further discuss her refund request Peter C [redacted] @zillow.com [redacted] Jami T [redacted] @zillow.com [redacted]

Zillow has my house on their siteTheir zestimate is $less than market valueThey refuse to change it or delete the listingThis incorrect information will cause anyone who might be interested in the house when I list it to not be interested because the list price will be much higher than the zestimate

I signed up with Zillow services to receive client leads, and I paid an extra premium priceI paid almost $per month on this service that guaranteed me scrubbed real leadsAfter more than three months I received many leads non of them were real and most was out of my area that I was paying forYou see I was charged for my zip code and leads for that zip codeI contacted them asking for my money back and explaining that they are advertizing

Our Listing Policy (http://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm) permits only the exclusive listing agent to advertise a listing This individual was posting listings that did not belong to him, and continued to do so even after an initial warningSince he is not the exclusive listing agent for the properties he is listing, he is in violation of our Listing Policy so this is not a matter of adhering to or comply with guidelines This individual has violated our Listing Policy twice and unfortunately, we cannot provide more assistance matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: please put my house back to default which it originally was thenI can't imagine that adding sfTo a home will will then in turn drop your home value by 70k plus! My neighbors are both very much higher than mine with less of a homeWe just had a house sell for 210$ a sfIn this neighborhood and its 500sf more than my homeSomething is broken in the way you collect dataThis site plays a vital role in selling a home if people are looking to see what's on the marketYour under valuing home tremendously giving the consumer mixed reviews on what the house is actually worthPlease take my estimate off your site or change it for the data in my neighborhoodI got it for 90$ a sf because I bought it from familyAs soon as I claimed the home and changed sf to what my appraiser said it was my home value plummetedI should have never claimed it! This needs to be changed as quickly as possibleOr take me off this site and put value unknown or something I don't careBut don't undervalue my home by multiples of thousandsCompletely ridiculousDo I need to turn in the analysis I just received on my home with the comps that recently sold? Obviously there data polls aren't doing a very accurate job.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I cannot understand why you can not find me in your system find it amazing I also responded with names and other info pertinent to my complaint Dave w [redacted] supervisor Allan salesman and Kirby l [redacted] was assigned check under my email [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi ***,We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble reaching us! I've asked one of our Agent Care representatives to contact you regarding this requestThanks again for your patience and sorry for the trouble you've experienced!

My home is listed with [redacted] **Zillow.com and their affiliates [redacted]  have listed the home pending twiceOnce on July My agent had contact with them and so did I by emailing a man named BryceAfter a day or two they put status back as listed for saleNow July they have marked it pending againThis is taking potential buyers away from the sale of my home especially when this happened on a weekend when most people look for homesI’ve also asked them to delete all past listing history on the website that shows past history and they refused to do itI’ve asked twice nowThen I gave them a bad review and that’s when the pending status startedI have to take my home off the market now because they have damaged the reputation of the home status twice now

I am absolutely disappointed with the billing services from ZillowI signed up for a month contract and was never mentioned to me by the sales person that it would be renewed automaticallyI paid for months and though I had completed the term of my contract when I get charged again for a 7th month without my consent (I did not wish to renew)I called and they promised a full refund for not making clear that it would automatically renewThen I get an email saying that I owe a prorated amount on top of the extra month I was debited without my consentNow nobody responds my calls or emails

To Whom It May Concern:Zillow does not guarantee a certain amount of leads, as our advertising product is based on impressionsDuring the time [redacted] says she could not get in contact with Zillow, our records show us calling her on 5/17/17, 5/22/17, 5/24/at 9:32am and 11:00am, 5/25/17, 6/8/17, 7/20/17, 9/14/17, 9/26/17, and 10/4/17, as well as multiple emails during that time periodIf [redacted] has further questions, she can contact her sales representative, Rory G [redacted] at [redacted]

As mentioned previously, the Zestimate is calculated by a software program It is an estimate generated based off of the data available for each individual homeThe Zestimate is not a fixed value, like an appraisalIt is both common and anticipated that the Zestimate for a home will fluctuate which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on each property pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the Zestimate algorithmThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the ZestimateThe Zestimate will continue to fluctuate as it models market ebb and flowIt may also fluctuate when any new information is made available or if there are updates to the algorithm model At this point, if this individual wishes to provide more information about their home, they can post their own estimated value and comment in the Owners Estimate section indicating your support for a different valuationThe owner's estimate will not change or influence the Zestimate calculation but it can help provide additional information to other users viewing this property page Again, we do not manually change or remove individual Zestimates in the manner this individual is requesting and we make this clear on our site: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/Our response remains the same and there is no further action we can take at this time

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This was only posted after my complaint was filed but atleast I am up now. Sincerely, [redacted]

My home is listed on Zillow.com and I am trying to remove all info on this site due to privacy issues My home is not for sale and I do not want all of the info listed on the site any longer Every time I go to the Owner View where it shows you should be able to edit the information about your home, upon submitting the changes, a page comes up that says "ERROR 505" "Our Server is Unavailable Now" "Our engineers are working on this issue, please check back in a few minutesSorry about the inconvenience"Well, I have tried back in a few minutes, a few hours, and a few days and now it has been weeks I tried contacting customer service and have been receiving emails from the Zillow Help Center's "Jenny R [redacted] *." She informed me that she "tested it on my (her) end to see if the edit facts feature is still working, and it appears that it is working on my end", then asked for a screen shot of my problem if it still didn't work I tried again and got the same error message, emailed a sc
