A strange phone call cme to me today from someone who claimed to be Robert from ZillowHe said he was taking my zillow listing down after I verified my addressThe listing has been up on zillow with Carol and Co so I now wished to do by ownerI told him I did not want my listing removed and requested to talk to a supervisorHe refused and said his supervisor is in a meeting

This as been by far the worst experience I've hadSave your money and put it into better marketing products like flyers

my home is for sale and was removed by Zillow even though it is still for sale I was not notified of when or why this was removedI decided to have my agent referred through Zillow list my house again and it is still not showing up for saleI have tried for a week straight to contact Zillow customer service through emails and phone calls and have not received any response as to why this is happeningThere is no possible way to actually get a human on the phone with Zillow to resolve issues nor do they respond to emailsThis is poor business etiquette from Zillow

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Today they posted my home again as "off the market and for sale $ 264,355" they sent this out today at 11:am This is deliberate to push me towards their agentsI recorded a conversatile with a zillow agent and called as a real estate vlientI was told agents pay to 90000k a month to be a to ranking agentYou get to be on more pages for exposure but you also receive gor sale by owner leadsAlso the agent bragged about how huge they are and how many employees they have, how big and nice their building is and how much money they makeThe agent was pushing a real estate agent on me because I told him I was selling a house and had one month left to get licenceI have the recording if you want to hear itI fid not give my last name They are deliberately screwing up my Free adThey fixed it yesterday but put it back to OFF MARKET after responding back to Revdex.com.Sincerely, [redacted]

A REQUEST for a showing was entered on ZillowThis is not a confirmation of an appointment in anywayPolicy for any rental showing is a completed application submitted either through the office or through another agentThis is clearly stated in all our listings on all platformsThis person had done neither of those thingsInstead they demanded that I show up at their requested time I had explained the policy on showings for rentals and she told me I would be sorry if I didnt come at her beckoning I never set a meeting with her, nor did I rent, engage, or complete any real estate transaction with herThe review claims that I actually helped her rent a propertyThis is falseI have never met Amanda C [redacted] I have never completed any real estate transaction with this personIf she is able to produce a signed lease from us without committing fraud then I will gladly eat my own hatThis is not the caseBy Zillow allowing this after repeated request they are supporting her frau

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never contactedI'm going to send these help tickets to google and see if they will de list your site our remove it from top placement since it has so many glitches and you guys dont care to fix them.Sincerely, [redacted]

The original desired resolution for this complaint was regarding the Price/Tax History displayed on Zillow -- which we have already explained in our previous responseThe rejection reason addresses a separate issue but we're happy to provide additional information We have removed the photos from this property page as requestedAs a homeowner, this individual can make changes to the property page in the future using the instructions below:Sign in to their Zillow accountNavigate to the property pageClick on Correct Home FactsAdd/edit/remove any user-provided home facts and photosAny data provided by public records cannot be removedScroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue button to saveWith regards to how Zillow receives listings, listings are sent to Zillow through a variety of feed sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party feed providers, homeowners, and directly from an MLSWe have blocked the feed we received so the listing no longer appears on ZillowThis is the extent of assistance we can provideBeyond this, we cannot control the actions of another company not affiliated with Zillow and we encourage this individual to reach out to the other company directly to discuss any remaining concerns about their practices

To Whom It May Concern: Per my last response, [redacted] will not be receiving a refundThe number provided in my previous two responses is Will's direct lineI have included it again below Will - 720-550-

Zillow recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on our site to help improve listing quality. Once a listing is submitted, it can take some time for our Listing Verification Team to review and approve the listing so long as it meets our Listing Quality Policy... guidelines (https://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm). There have been some delays with this new system site-wide and we have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible. We were able to successfully approve the For Sale By Owner listings submitted under this account. If this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help for faster assistance.

Zillow displays property information to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and from user-provided submissionsOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgagesFor this reason, we do not remove entire pages from our database or remove public record information. However, we do provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of facts that appear on their property pageWe were recently alerted to a bug that was causing some home descriptions to revert to a previous user-provided descriptionThis issue has been reported to our developers and weare actively working on a resolution to prevent this from happening in the futureIn the meantime, the description on this property page has been manually updated to show basic information from public records (see attached) rather than the previous user-provided descriptionWe have notified this individual that we will follow up directly to confirm once the bug has been fixed

We recently purchased our new home, and though it has been removed from the MLS, Zillow continues to show this home on their siteWe as owners have repeatedly asked them to remove it but they refuse to do soMany other sites had this listing but once we asked them to remove it, it was done promptlyThis is a violation of my privacy - posting all the details about my home including pictures! This home is not on the market, there is no reason for this to be on their siteThey claim this is transparency to the public - the public does not need to see my home or get info about my home, they can go elsewhereI own other properties and we have friends who own properties that is not on this sleazy website, but for some reason, it has been next to impossible to remove this particular listing

Zillow has my home listed as a foreclosureMy home is not in foreclosureIt is not listed as a foreclosure in any StLouis County, Missouri recordsThis is embarrassing and will cause me issues if I attempt to refinance or apply for any type of loan

To Whom It May Concern: Our records show that [redacted] spoke with a supervisor, [redacted] on 1/27/and was issues a refund on 1/31/

Zillow is advertising my rental property value on the Zillow website for $170,This is significantly below the actual, recently appraised value of my propertyI emailed Zillow and told them I refinanced my mortgage in June and it was appraised for $187,I asked them to either remove my property from their website or report it accurately, but Zillow is still advertising it at the same priceI don't appreciate Zillow misrepresenting the value of my propertyNot only does it reflect poorly on my property, it reflects poorly on every house in the neighborhoodMy property is located in Albuquerque, NM

I signed up last Novon a month contract then after one month of one fake lead and one rental leadi requested for more impressionsThe rep sent me a docusign for a month contract which I did not requestMy mistake is that I signed the form without reading it thoroughlyI never wanted to extend my existing contractI only wanted more impressions to hopefully gain more leadsI recently confronted the rep on thisHe said he has no record of the conversation and that I am the one who requested the extension of contractI feel totally misled and dupedNo SupportNo return on investmentI have tried everything they suggested: follow up within minutes, drip campaign, send them mls Listings, etc etc

To Whom It May Concern:According to our records, [redacted] was not chargedThe account was cancelled and this customer was given a prorated refund

The Zestimate is an estimate calculated using a computer-generated algorithmIt is not an official appraisal of valueThe Zestimate is calculated from public and user-submitted data such as home facts, sale history, and tax history for each individual homeThe Zestimate is designed to use identical information about homes (e.g., beds, baths, square footage, lot size, tax assessment, prior sale price) and that the algorithm is consistently applied to all homes in a similar manner The Zestimate is a fluid number that can and will change based off the data received by the algorithmSome fluctuation is and expected which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on the pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the algorithm based on the data availableThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the Zestimate Although Zillow strives to provide accurate home estimates, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is not intended to replace a comparative market analysis or an appraisal, as they can take into account market intricacies that the Zestimate cannotZillow makes this clear on each property page (screenshot attached) and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/) We do not manually edit or remove individual Zestimates Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible) We understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing data and our current Zestimate modelTo provide more information on a home, we encourage homeowners to include their estimated value by providing an owner's estimate in the Zestimate Details section of the property pageThis provides the opportunity to explain what they feel the home is worth given its unique features While we monitor customer feedback for system wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackReports of possible issues with Zestimates are recorded to help with efforts to improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the future For more information on the Zestimate, we encourage all of our users to visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/
