My home is listed on Zillow.com and I am trying to remove all info on this site due to privacy issues My home is not for sale and I do not want all of the info listed on the site any longer Every time I go to the Owner View where it shows you should be able to edit the information about your home, upon submitting the changes, a page comes up that says "ERROR 505" "Our Server is Unavailable Now" "Our engineers are working on this issue, please check back in a few minutesSorry about the inconvenience"Well, I have tried back in a few minutes, a few hours, and a few days and now it has been weeks I tried contacting customer service and have been receiving emails from the Zillow Help Center's "Jenny R [redacted] *." She informed me that she "tested it on my (her) end to see if the edit facts feature is still working, and it appears that it is working on my end", then asked for a screen shot of my problem if it still didn't work I tried again and got the same error message, emailed a sc

As a realtor, my income is dependent on advertisingZILLOW fails to deliver their stated mission!! As a realtor, landlord or homeowner, you are suppose to be able to post a listing to their websiteFor weeks I have had the same problem of NOT being able to list a property OR access my existing listings retrieve leads or renew the listingThe page comes up blank!!! Of course, Zillow has the worst customer service and you are unable to speak to a live person unless of course they want to sell you a Premier Agent packageAnd from reading other reviews, they also scam you as a paying customer and dont deliver on their contractual agreement Unfortunately, Zillow doesn't care about their business practices because they have a monopoly in this market so your concern are ignoredBeyond this complaint, a complaint needs to be filed with the FCC I am losing money and unable to make a living as a result of their failed business practice....I am sure that further recourse can be taken to recover the damages I and others have endured as a result of Zillow

We display past sales data on Zillow to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records and from agent-provided submissionsProperty data appears on Zillow regardless of if a home is actively listed for sale or notOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgagesFor this reason, we do not remove past sales data from Zillow In reviewing the property page in question, the last reported sales data Zillow received was for a sale on 03/06/for $645,After verifying directly with public records, this is consistent with the information they have on file: [redacted] Please see the attached screenshots for reference Since this information does not appear to be incorrect, it will remain on ZillowIf this individual would not like past sales data to appear publicly, we suggest contacting their local county public records office to request the property information be hidden from public distributionFor more information, please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

We receive sales information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and from agent-provided submissionsOn occasion, this information can get misreported to us which looks to be the case hereAfter verifying with county records, we have removed the erroneous sale transaction from our database and the user-provided photos as requestedThis can be verified here: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/ [redacted]

In checking our records, we see that this individual has previously contacted our Consumer Care TeamThere is no new information to provide at this timeWe cannot manually change, edit, or remove individual ZestimatesTo recap, the Zestimate is an estimate calculated using a computer-generated algorithmThe current Zestimate model uses millions of data points when calculating an estimate on each individual homeAny differences in data between two properties could result in a different Zestimate calculationAlthough Zillow strives to provide accurate home valuations, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's value We encourage buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as: getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible) Again, the Zestimate is not intended to replace a comparative market analysis or an appraisal, as they can take into account market intricacies that the Zestimate cannotZillow makes this clear on each property page (screenshot attached) and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/) We understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing data and our current Zestimate modelTo provide more information on a home, we encourage users to include their estimated value by providing an owner's estimate in the Zestimate Details section of the property pageIf the home is actively listed with a real estate agent, the agent can log into their Zillow account and provide an agent note that displays the same informationThis provides the opportunity to explain what you feel your home is worth given its unique features and include the appraised value on the property page While we monitor customer feedback for systematic issues with the algorithm, we do not change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackReports of possible issues with Zestimates are recorded to help with efforts to improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the futureFor more information on the Zestimate, we encourage all of our users to visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

To Whom It May Concern:Our Zestimate is an unbiased algorithm that is based on publicly available and user-submitted dataThis is not meant to replace an evaluation by a professionalWe do not remove Zestimates on an individual basisThe best way to change the Zestimate is to make sure the home details are accurateOnce this is updated, the Zestimate will be triggered to eventually updateWhile we monitor client feedback for systematic issues with the algorithm, we do not change individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackWe understand however, that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing dataReports of possible issues with individual Zestimates are recorded and fed into our system to help with efforts to improve the algorithm, and your home is no exceptionI have reported this listing to our Zestimate feedback team for further research on the neighborhood dataI have included a link to our information page detailing more about Zestimates for your reference: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

We apologize for any confusion regarding the Zestimate that appear on our site The Zestimate is an estimate produced by a computer-generated algorithm using public and user-submitted data available for each individual homeBecause the specifics of the Zestimate calculation are proprietary, we cannot provide more information on specific reasons for an individual change. Please keep in mind that the Zestimate is not a fixed valueIt is both common and anticipated that the Zestimate for a home will fluctuate which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on each property pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the Zestimate algorithmThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the Zestimate tends to beIt may also fluctuate when any new information is made available or if there are updates to the Zestimate algorithm model.People ultimately have more fundamental reasons that drive what they choose to buy or not buyOur data shows that half of all sales are generally above the ZestimateAlthough Zillow strives to provide accurate home valuations, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is not an appraisal - it is an estimateWe make this clear on each property page and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/) Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible)While we monitor customer feedback for system-wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot manually change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackThis feedback has already been recorded and it will be used to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the future. To learn more about the Zestimate, please visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

Hello, I am still waiting for someone to contact me with the fake review I have hired an attorney There is only one person in the state with that name and I have spoke to him so I have my evidence this is fake! This is hurting my business and is very unfair I have asked for the legal address for zillow over a dozen times and no one is giving it to me Please Advise! Once this is taken care of I promise I will delete this reviewThank you!!

My home, [redacted] , has been for sale since February 11, We experienced some listing realtor issues during the month of May However, those issues have been resolved, but our home still isn't listed as an active property on Zillow's or Trulia's websitesI sent Zillow an email with the complaint on May 16, I did receive a reply on May 23, 2017, but it is not satisfactory since my home doesn't show as an active listingI, as the seller, am not allowed to make changes to my listing since my realtor has controlI forwarded the email to her on May 30, 2017, so she had the same information we received from ZillowMy realtor, [redacted] with [redacted] , has also tried to resolve this issue but has been unable to do soTo date, my home still does not show as activeZillow is a very popular site for home buyersI believe since my home doesn't come up in a search for active listings, we are losing potential buyers

After further investigation, the property page in questions currently shows as "off market" which means the home is not listed for sale or for rent and does not appear in any For Sale or For Rent listing searches We display property information on Zillow to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationProperty data appears on Zillow regardless of if a home is actively listed for sale or notWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and user-provided submissionsOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgagesFor this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Zillow. We provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of facts that appear on their property pageBy editing the home facts directly, a homeowner can ensure a home’s information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible but we do not remove entire pages or public record information from our siteFor more information, please review our Terms of Use (http://www.zillow.com/corp/Terms.htm)

To whom it may concern:The property pages at [redacted] (https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/ [redacted] _zpid/?fullpage=true and https://www.trulia.com/homes/ [redacted] ) were showing as 'Off-Market' on our site and have been queued for deletion from our sitePlease allow hours for the listing to be removedThank you,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Contracts signed under pretenses are not legally bindingI was mislead by your representative into signing by being told I had a trial periodSincerely, [redacted]

Zillow recently implemented a new verification process for manually posted listings on our site to help improve listing qualityOnce a listing is submitted, it can take some time for our Listing Verification Team to review and approve the listing so long as it meets our Listing Quality Policy guidelines (https://www.zillow.com/corp/Quality.htm)There have been some delays with this new system site-wide and we have been working to get listings reviewed and posted as quickly as possible We were able to successfully approve the For Sale By Owner listings submitted under this account:https://www.zillow.com/ [redacted] If this individual needs assistance in the future, we encourage them to contact our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since off-market properties do not have the price listed on the top of the listing then we want our off-market property to have the price also removed from the top of the listing I have spoken with every other real estate site and they have across the board respected our privacy and removed our information from their sites as well as hidden our property from Google searches(this is something you have the ability to do on your end, I run several websites and this is ALWAYS an option.) Saying that it is your policy does not make it right As long as ONE PROPERTY on your site doesn't have the sold price listed at the top, I demand the same As long as ONE PROPERTY doesn't show a sold price on your site, you are discriminating against my rights to MY public information Sincerely, [redacted]

Without my consent, zillow.com posted my house was sold in Foreclosure Auction on 10/05/15 for $105,000. The house address is [redacted] Houston TX 77065

In April I contacted Zillow Premier Agent after receiving calls and emails that leads were tremendous for dollars investedI had initially budgeted $per month but the account rep told me that to have 20%+ share of the zip code market with a minimum of monthly leads and an ROI (return on investment) of 4%, I would need to invest at least $The agent said that the additional $bonus money he was giving me would get me to this pointThe agent shared screen shots with me showing me lead activity and ROI activityHe told me I need only convert one lead to pay for it all and was confident that with a 4% ROI that would not be an issue As of September 2017, months laterI was lucky to see "leads" per monthAs of the close of the month contract I have zero ROIIn short, I've taken $3,hard earned dollars (and food for my family) and literally stuffed it in an envelope sent to Zillow with absolutely nothing in return but a premier agent badge on my name in thei

I purchased leads from Trulia in August of They then merged with Zillow and I was unable to access any leads since 8/27/I have worked with at least five reps from Zillow to correct the log in issues that prevented me from receiving leadsNobody has been able to help with my requestThroughout the year I have continued to try to get this fixed with no resultsZillow says that we had a contract but I did not sign a contract and they are clearly in violation on their end by failure to deliver leads or correct the issues with their systemThey have violated the contract and refuse to refund for the period of time that I did not receive what we agreed to

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12415602, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
