I Had my home listed for sale by owner on zillow.com for a little over a month, suddenly today it says off marketNow its asking me to resubmit the listing and wait another few days to get the listing verifiedAlso this will cause more confusion in the price history section now as it will show more entries with dataNot sure why Zillow is making this so complicated

Hello, I was contacted numerous times by a sales rep to have me sign up with zillow to receive online leads. The agreement was that I partner with a lender and split the cost 50/50 because I cannot afford it on my own. I was told that I will have several thousands impression which should be at an average of 15-20 leads at first & will go higher as time goes by. I was rushed to sign becasuse per the sales rep, if I donot sign that day the 30% discount will expire. so I did. After I singed, I was told that the lender does not come on board and split the payment until the 2nd month per RESPA. However, I was never told that, not once from the beginning otherwise I would have not signed the agreement. For almost a month I only received 2 leads. I had questions regarding the lead flow as well as question regarding setting up the site and I left several messages for the sales rep to call me and the support person assigned to me as well, but no one called or emailed back. I am trying to sell my home, zillow is considered a popular online resource for home buyers to research and find available propertiesInitally when my home listed Zillow had it displayed online correctlySince then they have removed it as available and listed it as "off the market" twiceThe first time my realtor was able to correct it and it relisted as "for sale"- since it occurred the 2nd time we (my realtor and I) have not been able to get Zillow to advertise it as "for sale"It lists as "off the market" meaning many potential buyers are not viewing my houseWhen I reach out through customer service email, the replies suggest my realtor is at fault, and Zillow will have their real estate team contact my realtor- they still have notThey are not reachable by phone and I do not feel I am getting my complaint resolved with them

Zillow does not authenticate an individual before allowing them to take over posting pictures and details of a homeA scammer took over the details of my home and changed the squared footage to force the zestimate to re-calculateThey also posted fake pictures (not of my home) which Zillow will not take down and does not provide any facilities to take downNow my home is under valued with "data science" Zillow purports is accurate, and is used to create impressions with buyers by promoting their "zestimate" formula

I was looking on Zillow.com at places for sale and those that just sold and came across a listing for my condo with pictures stating it sold in January This is absolutely not true I live there andIi want those pictures and listing taken down I tried to call the company and could not get any one to answer the phone

Misrepresented services and provides fake leads and will not stop service agreement and reports to credit

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it misses the point: Zillow did not provide any utility to my business. Every single "lead" was a time waster, and most of the leads were not valid. I should not have to pay for a service that eats up my marketing budget and provides ZERO ROI, nor a "service" that hurts my business, and I should not have to pay for a service that I no longer want because it doesn't work. Joey did not go against any "policy" to accommodate me with a zip code change - he told me that Zillow was able to do that for anyone one time, so they need to get their story straight. The company is dishonest in general, and that's a great example of their dishonesty. They are developing a horrible reputation with real estate agents in general. I will take legal action against this company if they continue to harass me with messages about "past due" balances or take any action that further harms my business. This company engages in dishonest business practices, namely, cajoling new agents to request reviews from people. "As long as you discuss real estate," said Joey, "Someone can write a review." Well, I could only get 11 reviews from people who I actually did provide real estate advice or services to. I am not going to ask people to lie.
