This company charged $for advertising and lead generation I received none of these and this company refused to refund me They gave me a partial refund and took $of my money even though they never delivered anything they said they would

I signed up for Zillow leads and these are garbageI feel scammed and I want my money back None of these leads pick up there phone., it is garbage

It appears that this listing was manually posted by this individual's account, rather than syndicated to Zillow from a listing feedA member of our Consumer Care Team is reaching out to this individual today to help troubleshoot further

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There were no leads at all coming from zillows membershipThe "contract" was only an agreement for services for months of memebership, which meant zillow would provide leads which it never didI also never saw my information being promoted on the website at allThis membership is truly a ripoff and does not provide the services which they charge you forIt would be as if I get a membership for a gym for months, pay in advance and find out that none of the equipment at the gym works, but the gym manager keeps telling me to upgrade my services to a higher level so I can have access to another gym location and maybe have better luck with the equipmentThat is ridiculous! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I checked the Trulia listing and saw that the photos have been removed and that just a Google street view image remains (which I blurred through Google sometime back) I really appreciate Zillow/Trulia taking care of this issue so quickly

I strongly suggest that your administration look into the illegal, criminal and deceptive business practices being carried out and perpetuated in a harmful manner by Zillow IncNot only do they continue to bill customers without regard or consideration for their subscription, but they make it nearly impossible for customers to cancel or get out of a subscriptionMost customers have realized the only solution to this problem is by cancelling the credit card attached to the account

Since July 4th weekend to the present, (2) of Zillow's customers have contacted me on my new cell phone/number which, I just happened to receive on July 4th weekendBoth of these calls were to inquire about a rental apartment in Queens, NY which I never listed nor have I ever conducted business with ZillowWhen I inquired with these customers on how they received my number, both of them told me that they found a listing on Zillow, dialed a number where the person then instructed them to call my cell! Both customers could not recall who they spoke with; they just said that they were told to call me!

I am a brand new agent and I am trying to build my businessI signed a contract for months for the zip codes I wanted I later found out that that the same veteran agents were offered the same deal without having to sign a contract and could cancel at anytimeI WAS NEVER offered that same optionWhen I contacted my sales rep (Rachel Bonnie) she seemed to never answer that or respond to that question Also, I was very specific when I signed the contract that I could not answer phone calls so all my leads needed to come in as emails and textsShe said that was not a problem because that was two of the three ways the leads would come inTwo weeks later (which she knew) Zillow changed the terms and no longer delivered leads by text or email only phoneSo for months I have been paying $for something I cannot use and she refuses to let me out of my contract She and Zillow is so money hungry for her/their commission that they prey on new agents that are looking to start

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I appreciate the Zillow Group removing the photos from the Zillow and Trulia listings as I did not post the photos when the home was for sale and am not interested in creating any accounts to take care of this as I already have so many internet accounts for other things that are much more importantZillow Group did mark the home as sold and posted the sales price in both of these listings shortly after it sold (Zillow does not manage the listings directly?) so in that case I think the Zillow Group should consider removing photos as standard practice when they mark a home as sold so that there are no privacy or safety issues (when a home is for sale and advertised it is almost always carefully photographed to show the homes layout and features thus creating privacy and safety issues as anyone with internet access can Google the property's address and view the photos)That is why they need to be removed when a home is soldI'd be interested to know how the Zillow Group posts the sales price for homes on zillow.com and trulia.com if they are not managing the listings directly.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Zillow provides a price Zestimate which is an artificial price guide for people who visit their web siteThis number is shown as representing the value of a homeFor my home, recently on the market, this price guide ($528k) is around $60k lower than the realtor estimated value ($585k)(Our property sold for $629k in the past.) Using Zillow's own tools on the website which permits me as a private user to remove comps that are in lower category neighborhoods, provides a price guide of $620kBecause of the lower price valuation, people are not interested in the property (Zillow shows a count of people who have saved the property and this is basically when you exclude family)The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is amazingA similar house down the road sold for $585k the other dayOnly months ago their estimate was over $600k and for some reason plummeted on my property despite the market moving upwardI have attempted to get Zillow to amend their price valuation but they a
