My rental advertisements have been repeatedly removed from Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads without any legitimate reason Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads do not notify the me when removing a listing They also do not inform me of any reason for removing my listings (They will not find any legitimate reason to remove my listing)This quiet removal of my listings by Zillow is denying housing to tenants who desperately need it Listing addresses which have not been posted are: [redacted]

Zillow has falsified information about my propertyI have reached out to them dozens of times via email and phone but no one will reply to meI got an initial response from them and then as soon as I asked to escalate to a manager they have completely ignored meI have waited months and tried everything I can, including offering to fly to Seattle to meet with them at their office but cannot get any responses

This individual has been in contact with our consumer care team over the last month and unfortunately, we do not have any new information to provideZillow displays property information to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records, third-party data providers, homeowners, and real estate professionalsOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgagesHowever, we encourage buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research. As stated in our previous correspondence, the school information that appears on Zillow is sent to us periodically through a syndication from third-party websites, GreatSchools.org and Maponics.comSince this is an automated update process, we are unable to manually edit, add, or delete school informationWe encourage our users to check with the applicable school district prior to making a decision based on these boundariesIf the incorrect schools are assigned, they will be corrected during the next automated updatePlease note that we do not manually change the schools listed and we are unable to expedite this processIn the meantime, if they wish to included specific schools for their listing we recommend adding in the home description section of the listing. In regards to the Zestimate, this is an estimate calculated using a proprietary computer-generated algorithmSome of the data used in this calculation includes physical attributes, tax assessments, and prior and current transactionsIt is simply an estimate using the data provided about the homePlease know that we do not intend for the Zestimate to replace a comparative market analysis or an appraisal as these can take into account market intricacies that the Zestimate cannotAlthough Zillow strives to provide accurate home valuations, the Zestimate value serves only as a starting point and is by no means an appraisalZillow makes this clear on our website: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/ and in our Terms of Use: http://www.zillow.com/corp/Terms.htmWe do not directly edit or remove individual ZestimatesWhile we monitor customer feedback for systematic issues with the algorithm, we do not change individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackWe understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing dataTo provide more information on a home's value, we encourage homeowners to include their estimated value in the ‘Owners Estimate’ section of your property pageThis provides the opportunity for the homeowner to explain what they feel their home is worth given its unique featuresIf the home is actively listed with a real estate agent, the agent also has the opportunity to provide comments on the home's value by adding an agent note to the property listingTo learn more about the Zestimate, we encourage our users to follow this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

The Zestimate is an estimate calculated using a computer-generated algorithmIt is not an official appraisal of valueThe Zestimate is calculated from public and user-submitted data such as home facts, sale history, and tax history for each individual homeThe Zestimate is designed to use identical information about homes (e.g., beds, baths, square footage, lot size, tax assessment, prior sale price) and that the algorithm is consistently applied to all homes in a similar manner The Zestimate is a fluid number that can and will change based off the data received by the algorithmSome fluctuation is and expected which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on the pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the algorithm based on the data availableThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the Zestimate Although Zillow strives to provide accurate home estimates, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is not intended to replace a comparative market analysis or an appraisal, as they can take into account market intricacies that the Zestimate cannotZillow makes this clear on each property page (screenshot attached) and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/) We do not manually edit or remove individual Zestimates Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible) We understand that some homes may be unique in ways that are not well captured by existing data and our current Zestimate modelTo provide more information on a home, we encourage homeowners to include their estimated value by providing an owner's estimate in the Zestimate Details section of the property pageThis provides the opportunity to explain what they feel the home is worth given its unique features While we monitor customer feedback for system wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackReports of possible issues with Zestimates are recorded to help with efforts to improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the future For more information on the Zestimate, we encourage all of our users to visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

I'm a real estate agent and I was lured into agreeing to a contract with Zillow group based on the stipulation that if I didn't close at least two deals with leads that were derived through zillow, I would get my advertising dollars back There were also two provisions that I had to follow, which were that I had to answer the "zillow concierge" at least 50% of the time and that I had to update the status for each lead During the six months that I was advertising through zillow, the only calls I wouldn't answer were ones that would come in at an unreasonable hour Most of these calls would come in after 10:00pm and they were always "spam" callers Zillow counted these against my "answer rate" and now claim that my "answer rate" was 47% I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but it's very odd that these off hour calls would come in regularly and I was not receiving any calls from the concierge during business hours(when I would be likely to answer) in the last month whil

Although Trulia and HotPads websites were acquired by Zillow Group, each brand and website operate separately from one another. This individual contacted our Zillow.com Help Center requesting to have their profile closed. At that time, we closed the Zillow.com profile... but Zillow.com does not have functionality to close profiles for other brand websites. The Zillow.com Consumer Care Team submitted requests to both Trulia.com and HotPads.com on this individual's behalf to assist with this request on these respective sites (Ticket Number [redacted] ). Beyond this, there is no further action we can take at this time as the Zillow.com account has already been closed. For assistance with HotPads.com, we recommend users visit their Help Center directly for faster assistance: https://help.hotpads.com/hc/en-us. If this individual needs further assistance regarding Zillow.com, we encourage them to reach back out to us by responding to our previous correspondence or through our Help Center: https://zillow.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.

My residential real estate listing was listed on Zillow for many months but recently removed. I've emailed and contacted Zillow over a half a dozen times and over the course of the last month to please relist my listing. My listing is within compliance of their listing regulations. My thought is another realtor does not want my listing listed and has a connection with Zillow. [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello [redacted] ,You wrote: Property pages may be missing Zestimates if there is not enough quantifiable data for the Zestimate algorithm to compute a fair estimateThis is often caused by incomplete data or simply a lack of enough nearby comparable homes/salesHow come you can not estimate the whole town??? There are enough houses sold in Canton, MA, Why on your map I can see assessed prices from with no notice that the prices are from 2014? In this case the information you listed is falseIf you look on your map -you will not see any difference between all properties with and without estimated pricesIt looks like houses in our town are much cheaper than in reality and comparing to other properties! Very bad for sellers, for town reputation and for your reputation as wellBy the way, until June all houses in Canton had estimations- what happened after? I guess, you understand the problem.Still not satisfied Sincerely, [redacted]

Zillow talks about getting a certain amount of connections a month What they don't tell you is that they do not have to give you any connections -- and they may send you leads that could jeopardize your real estate license For two months, I have been receiving spam calls as "leads" , they won't cancel my contract nor make up the calls I am litterly paying for nothing and I can't prove that they did not over sell the area, because that is confidential information They also claim that I am not following up on leads -- how do you follow up on spam calls?

As a Realtor I signed up to advertise through ZillowThe salesperson, Alex, while very polite, encouraged me to sign up “for six months to take advantage of a promotional offer.” In doing so, I thought that I signed up for six months of advertising just like anyone else would have thoughtUnfortunately I was wrong, and missed the small line at the bottom of the contract that states that the six month term date is just an “initial end date” and that the contract continues on a month to month basis until canceledShame on me, I’m out $that I really could have used, but at least I can save the next person from making the same mistakeThis agreement is misleadingWhen I brought my concern to customer service they chastised me saying, “oh what a shame, you should have been taking care of these customers! Think of how much money you probably lost!” Seriously? Very unprofessionalCheck your contracts and cancel when your “initial end date” comes around

My husband and I used Zillow to search for a homeWe have already purchased a home and unsubscribed in every possible way from e-mails but I continue to get 10-e-mails a dayI contacted customer service and requested that my account be deletedThey responded and said that my account has been removedI continued to get excessive e-mails DAILYI have since e-mailed customer service about four to five times and the e-mails have not stoppedIt should not be this hard to unsubscribe from e-mails OR to get my account deleted

We purchased a home months ago for $189,which Zillow had zestimate of $190,Zestimate has dropped drastically down to $112,in less than monthsI have contacted Zillow and they said it's a new algorithm that has made changesThey said it cannot be correctedOther home around me has not changedThere is a home showing on map at $78,which is not in this neighborhoodThe address listed on home is no where near hereIt's is located in wrong place on mapI'm sure this has driven my zestimate downI have reported it and so has a friendStill not correctedI am very upsetMy home is showing at half the zestimate of all my neighbors homesVery angry! I want the zestimate on my home corrected to the appropriate zestimateI have an appraisal for $200,

n reviewing our records, we have previously communicated with this individual regarding this requestTo recap, the Zestimate is an estimate produced by a computer-generated algorithm using public and user-submitted data available for each individual homeAs a result, we cannot manually change or remove an individual ZestimateThe Zestimate is not a fixed valueIt is an estimate - not an appraisal - and we make this clear on our site (www.zillow.com/zestimate)It is both common and anticipated that the Zestimate for a home will fluctuate which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on each property pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the Zestimate algorithmThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the Zestimate tends to beIt may also fluctuate when any new information is made available or if there are updates to the Zestimate algorithm model.People ultimately have more fundamental reasons that drive what they choose to buy or not buyOur data shows that half of all sales are generally above the Zestimate Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible)While we monitor customer feedback for system-wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackThis feedback has already been recorded and it will be used to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the futurePlease keep in mind that property data appears on Zillow regardless of if a home is actively listed for sale or notWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and from user-provided submissionsOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgagesFor this reason, we do not remove public record property information or Zestimates calculated using this public record data from Zillow. There is no further action or information we can provide at this time

I have reviewed [redacted] account and it appears that he recently cancelled his account and paid the buyout since he was still under contractAgent was upset due to his reviews not making it through the Zillow moderation process since they were originally posted on [redacted] Agent is welcome to email [redacted] @zillow.com and receive the reviews that didn't make it through Zillow's moderation process and ask his clients to resubmit them on Zillow to insure they meet our technical checksIn regards to the agents request, since the agent was under contract when he cancelled his advertising we will not be offering a refund on his accountAlso, we don't issue refunds for reviews that didn't make it through the moderation processPlease let me know if you have additional questions

I purchased my home in March and Zillow promptly published an incorrect sale price that was half my property's value(The house apparently is on two lots and Zillow only published the price of one so its website has an amount that is half of what I purchased my home for)I promptly contacted Zillow, asked them to remove the sale price and I told them that the published price was wrongI have now contacted them at least seven times over the last two years and they still have the wrong price up and will not take that information down My salary negotiations depend in part on my perceived cost of living; and Zillow makes it look as though my mortgage is half or a third of what my colleagues pay in housing costs--- this is impacting my compensation and Zillow should have no right to publish this kind of personal information anyway

Our home was listed on Trulia as a foreclosureWe found out because realtors started showing upOur home is not nor ever been in foreclosure status and never a late mortgage paymentThe bank listed is not our mortgage company and have nor ever had loans with themThe attorney on the website checked and said she has no idea how they got the informationTrulia and Zillow owned by Zillow group cannot be reached by phoneI have emailed themWe contacted our state insurance commission board and filed a complaintWe consider this harassment and feel unsafe with strangers coming by our homeWe know there are other people out there experiencing this scam and pray you will file a complaint and share any information in putting a stop to this advertising and home owner harassment

I listed my home on their site and now I want it removedThey won't remove itThey have marked it as "off market" which is a lieWe are still selling it but not through ZillowThey claim they have the right to post any public info The photos and info I put in are not public, they are mine and it is inaccurate and misleading and damaging to us to have it listed as off marketWe just want to take it downSeveral email responses insist that "off market" means off the market on Zillow but that is deceptive language that viewers will interpret as not for saleI just want them to remove the listing, they insist on keeping it up and marking it Off Market

Zillow had all our home information wrong and even when corrected by a real estate agent and even after a phone call that told them the info they had was on the house across the street from us being torn down as I was speaking to them on the phone, they continue to ignore our outbuildings and continue to zestimate us incorrectly and now refuse to let me list on their site so I put all the info on it anyway and direct buyers to another siteIt is the number of outbuildings that make our property unique for the town so of course it is important. Not having ir correct gives some buyers hope.Is this what they do on behalf of Realtors,so that you will list?It seems the only possible reason to purposely mislead possible buyers

I have been using Zillow recently looking for homes and found lots of fraudulent listings I have sent feed back, but nothing has been done They continue to allow people to post listing that lack true and complete information
