I am unable to locate ** in our system. Is there a partner on the account?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made...

by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   They said they will honor my request of a full refund of my purchase if I accept their proposed resolution.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Let's be clear on a couple of matters. 1. Mrs. [redacted]'s financial situation is not the responsibility of Advanced Real Estate Education. We did not force her to make ANY decisions. 2. Donald Trump's issues have NOTHING to do with Advanced Real Estate Education. I will increase my offer $12,000 just to settle this but will not go any higher.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  The contract was falsely represented and since I did attend the 3 day seminar in good faith , I will accept the refund minus the amount I paid for the 3 day class. The amount of refund that would be acceptable is $ 21,297.00, and I will send back all materials .I thank You in advance.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

A full refund was issued on August 4, 2016.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I am unsatisfied with your
response and am rejecting it. I say your program is a scam because your
presentation is a confidence game and it’s a quick way for you to make money in
a short period of time, the definition of scam.
The only reason I paid for the 3-day seminar was because we were
promised access to 100% financing, which is the BIGGEST issue to overcome in
the flipping business.  I did not need 3
days of the CONFIDENCE GAME, and that was all it was.  Lots of success stories to pump you up. I was
given a sheet with financing options on it, but the site was down at the time I
tried to use it and I also goggled the financing site and it was not
valid.  When I got the call to buy a
program where I would have access to a mentor, I thought this might be exactly
what we needed.  We were told we would
have someone in our area, familiar with our market.  It was a TOTAL LIE. Bud M[redacted] was a very
nice man, but he sat behind a desk and talked about the scripted subject for
that call.  I watched a lot of videos and
asked a lot of questions, but when it came to specific NC real estate questions,
he did not know the answers.  “Google it”
was the catch-all reply.  You could not
just call your mentor, you had to email a person when then called you to
schedule a call. Not helpful at all.  I
waited until my program was complete, or when my one year ended, I guess I was waiting to
see if I would ever get another call from the people that took my money.  My husband is a disabled military veteran and
together we wanted to have a go at this business and did not realize I could
have paid $0 and just googled all the information.  If you have thousands of satisfied customers,
you should not have a problem refunding my money and maybe requesting your satisfied
customers write good reviews about your company because I could not find any
and since you have all these.  You may
offer guarantees with your programs but the stipulations are impossible to meet
and there is too much fine print.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Sincer**y,
[redacted] There have been many complaints made against Zurixx and these classes. As an example b**ow is information from a published article on October 26, 2016 by the Associated Press. Buyers claim 'Flip or Flop' stars' classes misleadingPublished October 26, 2016  Associated Press For [redacted], the free event seemed like a good way to learn how to flip homes. An online ad for the December gathering sported pictures of Tarek and Christina ** M[redacted], the stars of HGTV's "Flip or Flop" who buy rundown homes, renovate them, and try to sell them for a profit. [redacted] watched "Flip or Flop" regularly, along with 2.8 million other Americans, so he went. The ** M[redacted]s, however, did not show up. In a prerecorded video, the couple told attendees that they were busy working and filming their show. Undeterred, [redacted] paid $1,997 for three days of classes and $1,000 for real estate software. But the classes turned into a sales pitch to buy additional courses that cost thousands more, said [redacted], a pastor and teacher from Havana, Florida. "They weren't really teaching at all," he said. The Revdex.com office of St. Louis has warned people about Success Path events in the city, citing the more than 150 complaints it received about classes related to the company. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission, which aims to protect consumers against unfair or deceptive business practices, has received 50 complaints about classes connected to Zurixx since 2013, according to documents reviewed by the AP. In addition, in May, the Revdex.com office of St. Louis warned people about Success Path events in the city, citing the more than 150 complaints it received about classes related to the company. It also seems that two of Zurixx’s owners have run into trouble with Utah regulators in the past. It is difficult for me to understand how with all of these unhappy customers and documentation that you would not refund our money. You shut down one company and begin another under a new name but the same type of company. If Zurixx's class "Success Path" was really helping people the way they say it does, then there would not be as many people unhappy with the program and filing complaints. I still stand behind my original complaint of misleading information and mistrust of information.

If Mr. [redacted] has filed a credit card dispute as he states then we are unable to negotiate any settlement. Once we receive the dispute, we will respond accordingly and will be bound to adhere to the decision of the credit card company.

I'll increase the offer to $1,000 to settle this should Ms. [redacted] choose to accept.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It's disappointing that the workshop was falsely advertised, and we didn't get the help we needed. How will we receive the $500?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We will remove your name from the mailing list.

Mr. [redacted]'s refund was processed on 4/24 in the amount of $[redacted].

We are willing to do the downgrade for a refund of $[redacted]. I will have one of our reps reach out to you to confirm and get this processed.

Ms. [redacted] states that it's been 2 years and she's done what the program teaches with no success but, Ms. [redacted] hasn't completed the program to be able to implement all of the teachings. Again, we stand behind out guarantee to continue to work with Ms. [redacted] but will not be issuing a refund for something that was purchased 2 years ago.

I would have no problem working out some sort of resolution with Mr. [redacted] but we have previously received a complaint filed with his credit card company. Once the complaint is filed we are required to respond accordingly and adhere to the decisions of the credit card company. While this...

complaint is open there can be no negotiations of a refund.

Can you please have Ms. [redacted] clarify what name her account should be under as I'm unable to locate her.

A Settlement Agreement has been sent to Ms. [redacted] documenting our agreement. The refund will be processed upon receiving a signed copy back.

Ms. [redacted] states that she paid $26,297 for a 3 Day Investment Accelerator class which is not true. Ms. [redacted] paid $26,297 for an entire Real Estate Mentoring package. The 3 day class she refers to is just a portion. When she states that we did not have any further events scheduled in her area that...

also is not true. We connected her to give her all of the alternate dates of which she could attend. She refused. When Ms. [redacted] purchased she signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. She never attempted to cancel per the agreed upon terms. Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund.

I'm not sure I understand what Ms. [redacted] is wanting. No refund and on a month to month? Please explain.

We have come to a Settlement Agreement with Mr. ** for a partial refund. Mr. ** will also be letting you know of this agreement so that this complaint can be closed.
