I am rejecting this response because:I still do not agree at allFrom a consumer standpoint, "timing" is definitely relevant and should of been clearly addressed on the very first day of the"free" eventYes the enrollment classes are totally optional but were totally misleading and not presented until the final day of the workshop? The answers to my survey doesn't even matter at this pointI even called to state my complaint and frustration with your customer service department and they didn't hear me out and quickly transferred me to a person in corporate that tried to SELL me a $15K packageAre you kidding me? Although $is a nice gesture but it won't stop me from adding to the numerous complaints that will still be posted on the Revdex.comIt seems that it would be okay if your company will YET get another bad review If I cannot get back the full amount of $I will pursue my complaint furtherI have already contacted my attorney

I am rejecting this response because: It is not mentioned in the response to us about the first $my wife and I paid to get to the day course that was supposedly a risk free return with no questions askedPlus they sold us another part to their program for $for tax liensWe met with Lisa T*** to speak with her about having partial funds but was having a difficult time coming up with the restShe said that she would take our deposit and write down the package we would like to have but would not put a date on the contract so we could see if we could come up with more moneyShe never even gave us a copy of the contract nor did she mention the sticky cancellation policy that they have that makes it next to impossible to get your money backWhen I spoke with Lisa again and told her that I had no more money and no more resources, she said that we would be okay due to the money we paid, we would be able to have access to The Property Farm softwareIt is not what was promised in the seminar as I mentioned beforeWe received an email when we made our last payment to them that we don't think that we were even supposed to see of where Lisa told the company that we made a payment of $and it showed the bank account balance of where they had received other's money. Due to the nature of how the company represents doing business and our previous experience with the company, we are not interested in proceeding with this company.We want to know that we are working with honest people that are out to help people succeed not just to take moneyNow, we can't do anything for a good while with our horrible credit scoresMy wife and I still say we should get a refund. The whole reason for us even trying to start a business through this program is that we have a child and foster children and was hoping to build a better future for themBut now, those funds and dreams are lostAs you can see, we aren't the only dissatisfied customers according to the Revdex.com complaint record of over in the last twelve months

I will offer Mr*** a good faith gesture of $*** but will not be going any higherWe can argue back and forth about who's right but at the end of the day, there is a legally binding contract in place that Mr*** agreed toShould he choose not to accept this offer then there will be no offer.Again, we stand behind our guarantee 100% to continue to work with Mr*** until he has at least made back his investment with us

Ms*** purchased her packages in July and August of At the time of purchase she signed contracts agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe never attempted to cancel per the agreed upon termsIn addition to her not cancelling, she utilized the servicesWe have since had conversation
with Ms*** to work out a resolutionWe agreed to a partial refund of $7,on 2/17/Ms*** signed a Settlement Agreement in which there is a paragraph that reads: "Customer hereby agrees to accept the Refund Amount as payment in full of a specifically negotiated and agreed upon sum and in full and complete satisfaction and resolution of any and all claims, disputes, or differences which Customer has or may have against AREE, whether known or unknown, arising from or in any way related to Customer’s purchase of and/or participation in any of the previously mentioned programs."Due to the Settlement Agreement we entered into, Ms*** is not eligible for any additional refund

Again, I'm going to refer back to the agreement that was signedMs *** agreed that we had come to a resolution prior to filing the complaintMs*** is not eligible for any additional refunds

I am rejecting this response because: I want to be clear that this is not satisfactory  and will continue to proceed in any and every action available to me legally  and otherwise. We have not used any services, and have tried repeatedly to call you , but to no avail never got a return call. I even tried reaching out to USA money 4x and never got a call or email back, all of this is documented on my cell phone call log. I even tried to get information on the next boot camp in our area , and was told by PAM  that you have boot camps in our area all the time, this is a false statement,  it requires travel, airfare /hotels and  more money which we do  not have and was never informed of this. This statement and the statements made by your people about not needing any of our own money to  flip homes is a another false statement, had I known that we needed 20% down, I would of never signed and would of walked out of the class. This is also mentioned in the free seminar, so we has several misrepresentations made in both the free seminar and made by PAM . When a representation made in the contractual dealings is untrue it will be termed a misrepresentation ! Let me explain,.,. Misrepresentation when it is actionable will render the contract VOIDABLE. So based on this statement of fact  renders the contract VOID regardless of the 3 days rescission.  I believe that the 3 day seminar in San Diego that I attended  was a "Brainwashing tactic" a complete persuasion of your propaganda/ salesmanship by repetition. I remember sitting through this class listening to the FRYMAN repeatedly saying is this a YES or a YES  with other subliminal persuasion tactics, I felt like I was in a trance .....brainwashed and at the end was mind manipulated  into saying yes .I want my complete refund , too much time has gone by with no return calls , this all could of been avoided had someone call us back .I do not want to be brainwashed again , no calls to ask for any more money ( inner circle ) or tell me to max out my credit cards . It's unfortunate this workshop is falsely misrepresented and preys on innocent consumers .  I hope you will reconsider your good faith  gesture and do the right thing and refund the full amount . I'm sure Tarek & Christina would be astonished if they knew the full story , and fortunately I work only a few miles from them and have no problem contacting them and explaining the ongoing misrepresentations occurring in this seminars . This is by no means a threat , but we will seek recourse through the Federal trade commission(FTC) , rip off report, and class action .

front that I was going to walk away from that 3 day workshop still not being able to flip not one single house, or even close on a wholesale deal, I would have NEVER paid that money. This company is swindling people for their money by leading them to believe that they will give & provide all the information & tools needed to be successful in this business without having to use your own money or credit & then when you get to the 3 day workshop you find out that you have been mislead. The information that I took with me after the workshop was the trainer's stories about what they flipped & rehabbed houses & how it worked for them, The rest of the workshop was the trainers trying to get you to use your credit to start. I came their with not so great credit thinking this was going to work for me I was fooled completely. They are misleading & very dishonest up front. I feel that is illegal.

The refund was denied due to the fact that the all of the steps listed in the Tuition Guarantee not being followed. The Guarantee was agreed upon at the time of purchase when Mr. [redacted] signed his contract. In signing the contract, Mr. [redacted] also agreed to the cancellation/refund policy. There...

was never an attempt to cancel within the allotted time-frame.This is most certainly NOT a bait and switch. Had Mr. [redacted] followed the steps correctly then he would have been re-imbursed.

Can you please have Mrs. [redacted] confirm what name her account is under. I'm unable to locate it using her name.

In fact, Mr [redacted] is in Breach of the contract and still owes us $[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund.

[redacted]   First off, I am highly offended that Daymond John's Launch Academy is denying that I am on the contract with [redacted].  Not only did they encourage us to "partner and couple up to save money on the workshop" but they encouraged us to spend our last dime because the workshop would be worth it!  I have attached not only the "signed contract" by both myself and [redacted] but also my Capital One Receipt showing my cost portion for the workshop (item #12 on my statement $998.50).  On the receipt, I have crossed off both me and [redacted]'s credit card numbers for security purposes.  However; I do have them both available and I could fax them or send via e-mail.  I was not sure how secure this response would be and who would be able to view it.   On the contract, you can clearly see both authorization codes for each payment of $998.50.  [redacted]'s authorization code is: [redacted]  and My authorization code is: [redacted].  The Launch Academy has the same form I have for this receipt so there is no way what so ever that they can deny me anything!  I demand an apology for this as well and I vehemently demand the return of my money.  This is just an example of how insensitive the Launch Academy is and how they scammed many people including myself.  If Mr. John is in on this scam or knows anything about it, I believe he should send a written apology and refund my money ASAP!  Sincerely:  [redacted]/ a.k.a.
