Specialist, we attempted to resolve her concerns but she unfortunately she mentioned contacting her bank and hung up on the representative thus making it hard to resolve. If Ms. [redacted] can confirm that she has not filed any type of dispute with her bank, I will go ahead and process her refund.

Ms. [redacted] purchased a Platinum Real Estate mentoring package on 6/26/16 for $26,297 which included the following:Fast Start 3 Day BootcampInvestor Summit4 Days of Live CampsOnline CoursesOnline Resource CenterReal Estate Evaluation SoftwareBusiness EntityAt the time of purchase Ms. [redacted] signed a...

contract agreeing to all of the terms including the cancellation/refund policy. To this day there is no record of Ms. [redacted] attempting to cancel her Platinum package. In addition to her failure to cancel per the agreed upon terms, the majority of the services were rendered to Ms. [redacted]. We do not have any guarantee that states if you are not successful that you will be refunded 100%. We can't guarantee that as it's up to the customer how much work they are willing to put in. We are here to teach them how, but can't force them to do.I will offer Ms. [redacted] a "Good Faith" gesture of $5,000 on her Platinum package should she choose to accept. She is not eligible for a refund. Ms. [redacted] then purchased the Insiders Edge Coaching program for $44,500 on 10/5/16. Again, at the time of purchase Ms. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to all of the terms. Again, there was no attempt to cancel the program and the services were rendered. I will offer Ms. [redacted] another $5,000 "Good Faith" gesture on the Insiders Edge package but she is not eligible for a refund. We do stand behind the guarantee we do have which is to work with Ms. [redacted] until she has at least made back her investment with us. She can continue with the program by calling our Customer Service team at 800-277-4350.

I'll up the offer to $[redacted] should Mr. [redacted] should choose to accept. I can't go any higher due to services being rendered.

I will increase the offer to $[redacted] but can't go any higher. This is a fair deal for Ms. [redacted]. We have a lot of costs that go into putting the Workshop on. We also stand behind out Guarantee to work with Ms. [redacted] until she has made back her investment with us.

Mr. [redacted] has been refunded in full. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect in his account.

Mr. [redacted], I will offer an additional $[redacted] but that is absolutely as high as I will go. After this all negotiations of a refund will be done. Keep in mind the signed contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. I am being extremely fair here.

On 10/19/14 Mr. [redacted] purchased a Real Estate Mentoring package for $23,000. At the time of purchase Mr. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. Mr. [redacted] never made an attempt to cancel during the agreed upon time-frame. In fact, we have no record of Mr....

[redacted] attempting to cancel until 12/15/15. Due to the signed contract and the failure to adhere to the agreed upon cancellation/refund policy, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund. I did however offer Mr. [redacted] a Good Faith Gesture of $[redacted]. That amount will not be increased. Should Mr. [redacted] choose not to accept that offer than it will be pulled off the table.

I am rejecting this response because: The reason they have an A+ rating is due to the number of years they have been in business and the number of complaints that have been resolved. According to the Revdex.com, there have been 152 complaints against this business. I called the business yesterday and was promised a full refund. I will let the Revdex.com know if, indeed, a refund is received.

In addition to Mr. [redacted]’s failure to cancel, he utilized the services. Mr. [redacted] has since chosen to dispute all charges with his credit card companies.  Through the dispute process we chose to accept to of the disputes in the amounts of $1,997 and $997 and as a “Good Faith” gesture for services that had not yet been rendered. The charge for $26,297 is still in the dispute process so I am unable to negotiate any resolution at this time. I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a full refund due to the misleading information that was given to me at the free seminar. I was under the impression that I would be taught how to search for, find, write contracts and close on my first deal. There was no mention of paying more money to continue education, where the speaker told us basically if we didn't continue education, we would be out of the business in 90 days. which if you didn't continue it would be rather hard to complete 25 offers to warrant the 100% money back guarantee or put you in a position to close on a deal in 90 days with the very minimum information we received.
