I am rejecting this response because:This response from Zurixx is unacceptable and as in stated previously, does not address any of the items listed in my initial electronic correspondence sent to their office (as attached) dated July 26, 2017. The “Settlement Agreement” is a Utah document and is not conforming with California law, this is illegal, and the non-disparage clause is not conforming in California. I am in California where Zurixx sold products and services. Therefore, in conducting business in California, Zurixx is NOT following the laws of this state.  I have several documents that “guarantee” a money back refund if the product/service don’t provide results.  I was told on numerous occasions that this was not an issue. And now, they are trying to say something different and give excuses as to why not?!  Again, I am seeking full reimbursement of $36,586.00. I will pursue all other legal avenues necessary and exhaust to the full extent the law permits, to see that reimbursement is met.

Again, based on Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction survey, he was completely satisfied with what he received. I will increase my offer to $1,000 to settle this but will not go any higher.

The offer of a refund remains at $997. Mr. [redacted] still has time to put in the necessary work to qualify for the Tuition Reimbursement should he choose to do so.

We stand behind our guarantee to work with Mr. [redacted] until he has at least made back his investment but he is not eligible for any type of further refund. The refund already provided of $10,000 was as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted]. We have been more than fair and more than willing to work with Mr. [redacted] but he refuses to do what his mentor's have asked of him. Mr. [redacted] has also filed a credit card dispute. Once the dispute is filed we are bound to adhere to the decisions of the credit card company.

The refund was processed on 11/14/16 and the check was mailed on 11/18/16. Can Ms. [redacted] confirm the mailing address to make sure it wasn't sent to the wrong one.

We have actually spoken with Ms. [redacted] via phone and notified her that we were willing to work out a settlement for the services that haven't been rendered but she has been more than un-willing to work with us. I will make her a settlement offer of $13,792 to settle this.

After locating the account I've noticed that [redacted] is not listed on the contract as a partner. Due to that I am unable to discuss any details with her.

This refund was processed on 8/3/15. Please allow 3-5 business days to see it.

Without the partners name I am unable to locate your account which means I am unable to do anything with it.

There has been a delay due to not have the full credit card number on file to process the refund. Please call 800-277-4350 to provide the information needed.

We have attempted on several occasions to refund Mr. [redacted] but he has refused to give us the information necessary. I simple asked Mr. [redacted] to sign a refund agreement and take the website down and I would gladly process his refund. He chose not to do so. Due to the signed contract, services being rendered and Mr. [redacted]' failure to cooperate we will not be issuing a refund but rather looking at taking legal action against him should he not decide to take down the website he created.

Sir: I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against Success Path/Advance Real Estate Education company Oct 31, 2016. I also filed a concurrent complaint with the FTC.  I notified the company and several of their representatives of our desire to have our funds returned to us immediately and that we recognized the nature of their business to be a scam. We have not changed our minds about that, however we have received our money back into our credit card accounts and on that thought will withdraw our complaint. I am quite sure that it was your involvement that this successful end has occurred. received based on his own words in his satisfaction surveys that he filled out.We cannot be held liable for Mr. [redacted]'s sudden buyer's remorse of something he purchased 2 years ago with a legally binding contract. It's also not right to expect a business to provide you the services to your satisfaction and then expect your money back 2 years later.We will not be issuing any type of refund to Mr. [redacted].

On 8/26/17 Mr. [redacted] paid $997 to attend a 3 Day Real Estate Workshop and $997 to attend a Tax Lien Workshop. At the time of both purchases MR. cancelling, Mr. [redacted] was fulfilled in regards to the Real Estate Workshop as he attended and we also sent him DVD's of the Workshop at no additional charge. In regards to the Tax Lien Workshop, Mr. [redacted] has not been fulfilled and I would be happy to refund that portion but unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] has chosen to dispute the charges through his credit card company which ties up the funds until the credit card company makes a decision as to weather the charge is valid.

I'm willing to negotiate some type of resolution for this but a 100% refund is not possible. At the time of purchase Ms. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. She...

Can Ms. [redacted] confirm what name her account would be under? I'm not able to locate a [redacted] in our system.

As long as Ms. [redacted] keeps the credit card dispute open we are not going to be able to resolve this simple issue.
