I am rejecting this response because: I have not received all your teachings because half way through it, I realised your business is a fraudulent one. Every since thing you taught me in the first half of the business is ineffective. for 6 months at least I implemented and no results. I will not waste any of time further. I will see you in court.

Mr. [redacted] never attempted to cancel per the agreed upon terms.Due to the reasons above, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund.

The One on One Mentorship does not have a price point of $20,000. It's $12,000 and that I am willing to refund. I would be willing to settle this for $16,000. The Elite Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm MST. If you called in and didn't get a response then you would have been prompted to leave a voicemail. 100% of our voicemails are returned the same day.

I am rejecting this response because:1. I called the support line multiple times during the hours of operation and no-one every picked up. I also called multiple times with a documented witness(MasterCard) and they can verify that the calls were never picked up and voicemails were NEVER responded too.2. I have attached the letters from the credit card company stating that the dispute has been closed.3. I accept the refund of 100% for the Tax Lien Portion equaling $9974. I reject the offer for 50% on the Real Estate Class. I am willing to accept a refund of 75% or $597.75 which I think is fair and will be willing to consider this case closed and will not post bad reviews regarding the company on the issues I faced.5. Per that provision, the cardholder had a three day period to cancel. The cardholder had received written training materials and access to online content at the time of purchase to review and determine whether or not to cancel their purchase. The cardholders did not cancel within the three-day period. All participants are given phone and email contact information, and are encouraged to be proactive in requesting help whenever they need it.  We highly encourage the cardholder to contact our customer service department to continue with their services. 6.       Prior to this notification, there has been no indication from the cardholder that he did not authorize this charge to his account or that he believed the charge to be fraudulent. We highly encourage the cardholder to contact our customer service department at ###-###-#### should he have any further questions or concerns. In summary, the cardholder signed a written purchase agreement, received all of the materials and training referenced in the purchase agreement, and was charged the exact amount authorized in the purchase agreement.  The cardholder did not cancel their purchase within the written and agreed-upon timeframe, but availed themselves to the training and coaching. I am unable to give a full refund due to the fact that services have been utilized. I would be willing to settle this for an additional $[redacted] on top of the $[redacted] that we already refunded. The refund will be processed upon your agreement.

The offer stands at $[redacted]. The 6 month Money Back Guarantee is the Tuition Re-reimbursement program. Had you followed all of the outlined steps and not done a deal you would have gotten 100% of your money back but you did not do that. The offer of $[redacted] will be processed upon your agreement.

This is complete BS. Obviously one will not know in three days if we are going to receive the services/products promised. NOW that we realize your company refuses to live up to their promise and now we are fed...

up. Now we have an issue. What happened with the 2DAY ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP? How about the MARKETING MASTERY? How about the WEALTH STRATEGIES? How about our other two entities not yet established? Like you mentioned its been over a year and numerous phone calls later with no results!! And the icing on the cake is the unlimited summits is complete Propaganda. We called well over a dozen times and NOTHING.

I am rejecting this response because you stated previously that your organization refunded us $[redacted], which they initially did; but they have since charged back $[redacted] of that amount.   So based on your counter offer, we would be receiving a total of $[redacted]. ($[redacted] + $[redacted] + $[redacted]) We have only been given $[redacted] now and not $[redacted].  So as long as you are agreeing to send us an add'l $[redacted] to bring our total refund to the $[redacted] amount, then we accept your offer.  We just need to be clear on the amount that we really were refunded already.
