I am rejecting this response because: Since I was not aware of the misinformation given to me until well after 3 business days, it was not possible for me to respond within three business days. My original letter to them requesting our refund also explained this fact. Based on what I have communicated previously, if I had known that there was no 1-3% APR funding as I was explicitly told,  as well as the some of other items I have mentioned in my letter that turned out not to be true, I would have requested the refund. In this situation, being told blatantly things that turned out not to be true, I believe that the inability to do that within 3 business days is more the fault of theirs, as do others.  It is disappointing in that their efforts continue to reflect not considering this situation seriously enough.

We absolutely stand behind our guarantee to work with Ms. [redacted] until she's at least made back her investment but we will not be issuing a refund for something that was purchased in 2015. Ms. [redacted] can call our Customer Service department at 800-277-4350 and we can get her setup with a Mentor.

On 1/14/16 [redacted] paid $1,997 to attend a 3 Day Real Estate Workshop. At the time of purchase Mr. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. He never cancelled within the allotted time-frame. Due to the failure to cancel within the agreed upon terms, and the fact that 2...

days were attended, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund. I did however, as a good faith gesture, offer Mr. [redacted] for the day he didn't attend.My offer of $[redacted] stands should Mr. [redacted] choose to accept but I will not increase it.

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing offered or spoke about has been true or given.  I took the course for the funding which will not be provided as stated in the training. I spoke with a Warren on May 8th in hopes of this issue being resolved.  Warren would not answer my questions about the funding that was offered. He circled around to my financial state which shouldn't have been an issue.  In the training we were told the funding depened on the contract not my finanes or credit score.

I am going to seek some legal help to see if this is legal. We have all been provided falsifying information for a high cost.

I am rejecting this response because:  I'm not rejecting or accepting before I get a call back from someone in charge. I tried 2x to call and get hold of someone to discusss next steps, if I do want to proceed  with your work plan. Im still waiting a call back ###-###-####. I am rejecting this response and requesting further discussion because:Mr. A[redacted], as indicated in our prior correspondence and our complaint that we filed, we are requesting that you provide us with documentation on why $[redacted] is a reasonable "good faith" reimbursement for the services that have not been provided to us.  We were falsely led to believe at the time that we signed our initial "contract" with your service that we would receive adequate support and "mentoring" through your company's 100% money-back guarantee. We were led to believe that this would mean continual contact by phone and email until we were able to recoup the costs of our package.  We did not hear from your company for over 10 months since our last phone call from one of your representatives/mentors that occurred in February 2015.  I fail to see how that can be consistent with your "money back guarantee" for mentoring services that was a part of the contract that we signed. There has been no explanation for why we were told our package had been redeemed in full. Furthermore, we were told by Mike, the lead mentor that sold us our package, that if we were not provided adequate mentorship to earn 100% of our money back that we would be able to receive a refund for any services that were not adequately provided with the caveat that we would not be able to utilize your resources anymore. We are willing to meet you in the middle of what we feel that we should be refunded for the lack of mentorship and services that were part of our contract and what you are willing to refund "in good faith."  You have provided refunds of between $11,500 and $15,000 to other customers who have been placed in a similar situation to us.  Please provide us with justification for the sum you previously provided or come back with a higher amount.

On 9/6/15 Ms. [redacted] purchased a Real Estate Mentoring package. At the time of purchase Ms. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. Ms. [redacted] was so dissatisfied it begs the question of why we have never had a complaint from her in an entire year while utilizing our services.Due to the signed contract, failure to cancel per the terms of the contract and the fact that the services have been rendered, Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund.

I am unable to refund 100% due to services being rendered. I am willing to have Ms. [redacted] work one on one with a coach or I will offer a refund of 50%.

Entity Mr. [redacted] has been fulfilled on all but the 4 Days of Live Camps. At the time of purchase Mr,. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. He never attempted to to cancel per the agreed upon terms.In addition to the signed contract, failure to cancel and services being rendered to Mr. [redacted], we have already provided him with a "Good Faith" gesture of $10,000. Due to these reasons, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any further refund.

We did receive notification from Amex that the dispute has been closed. Amex closed the dispute in our favor meaning a refund of any type is not warranted.

I am rejecting this response because:  You are making libelous accusations against a consumer who entered into this training program with expectations to get the information/access they paid for.  None was provided without futher "buy-in" and the promise at every break that at the next break we would get amazing information and be given access to the information we were there to receive...of course we continued to stay in hopes it would eventually be provided but we never did because we didn't pay the $75k or the discounted amount of $23k to get what we thought we had already paid for.  We  were never told about the pyramid pathway to get it...and honestly I don't know that those who did agree to buy in will ever get access to investors, properties without further financial investment.  I lived up to my portion of the agreement with the initial offer of a "free" seminary that Tarek and Christina A[redacted] were presenting...not just endorsing.  It's about about saying one thing and providing something completely different.  Your response was out of line, juvenile and unprofessional.
