As stated to [redacted] through her complaint, I'm willing to honor the downgrade of 50%.

I am rejecting this response because: I have disputed the charge on my credit card.  A partial refund is not adequate for the deceptive...

advertising, hard sell tactics your "training" provides.  It is a total bait and switch form of not giving what you advise to the attendee they will receive if they pay the initial $1997 (which is a tremendous amount of money) to attend the three day seminar to gain access to investors, properties and guidance.  There is NO indication that this will require additional investment to the tune of $75k.  Then there is the promise that this is a lifetime program of support and access but if you read the package bullets it states six months access to the property farm listings included implying more fees will be required to stay in the program.  This is a total abuse of celebrity representation without actual participation and using them as bait to get novice real estate investors into a program that doesn't look anything like what the celebrity real estate investors do.  Additionally the seminar speaker is outed on the internet as being a scammer, prior now bankrupt company that was set up on the same platform as this scam; Rich Dad.  The Revdex.com should turn this company in for defrauding the public and they should be prosecuted.

We are rejecting your offer and do...

not
understand exactly what “services” you feel we have utilized that amount to
$[redacted].  The only reason we signed up
for the “Inner Circle” program was because we were promised a $150k LOC that
was only available to those who were part of this “elite” program.  No other fees were to be paid to access this
LOC – just “Inner Circle Membership” and our credit scores did not matter.  This was an outright lie by your sales
representative because this $150k automatic LOC does not exist.  We did watch the training videos for 6 weeks;
however, those videos provided nothing new from what was taught in our initial
3 day workshop and boot camp training that were part of the $42k training
package that we had already purchased.
We tried to contact our coach after the six weeks about helping us walk
through a potential deal and never got a response back from him.  When we asked for a refund before we were
told that you guys wanted to “make things right” with us and put us in touch w/
your Corporate Credit department who supposed to help try to get a $150k LOC
established.  Part of that process was to
refund $10k to reduce debt load from all of this training and then they started
to try to get additional credit cards in our name and our company’s name.  However, again, this is all based on our
credit scores (which again we had been told when this package was sold were not
needed to be taken into consideration).  So
we have been refunded $**k of the $38k that we paid and are looking for the
remaining $**k to be refunded back since there is no $150k LOC of credit that
is automatically part of this package like we were misled to believe.  Not to mention the fact that the Mexico trip
which is also part of this purchase has now been discontinued and when we asked
what compensation would be given back to us on that, your organization never
responded.  We have not been provided
anything of value for this $38k that was paid to your organization and
therefore expect a full refund of what was paid.  We are extremely disappointed at how we have
been misled and lied to throughout this entire process and that we’ve had to
escalate our concerns to those outside of your organization because we have
continued to be ignored.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I'm not filing this complaint due to financial burden or buyer's remorse. Payment was provided for services that were not delivered as promised. As I've stated previously the comment that was made about our positive reviews of the services provided can be explained as follows:1. We were happy with the initial 3-day seminar and are not requesting a refund for this seminar.2. Our initial review of the boot camp was positive, however this was before we tried to implement any of the rings we were taught. We were very disappointed to find out that the resources provided to us were not adequate and could not be used in our market. Additionally we were told that funding of projects would be very easy to get with their help and little to no money required by us (just pay them and they'll tell us how). Not only was what they described not true, it didn't even apply when trying to borrow from the company Premium Financial Training (or whatever company name they use in their affiliation) is associated with, USAPrivateMoney.com. USAPrivateMoney.com requires 20% of the purchase price to be paid by the borrower. Additionally points and closing costs are charged up front to the borrower. No other hard money lender would loan according to the terms they described in the training either. They said lenders would loan at zero points up front and no or minimal points to be paid at the end of the loan. Also they should not require money down from us. In the end they are collecting money from people telling them they will help them fund deals but in reality they provide no help and people are out the cash they could have used to purchase a property.Telling me that reporting our experience to other consumers 'will not help our case' is in itself ridiculous. The facts have been laid out in my lengthy complaint and the fact that this company has chosen this very unprofessional response makes me more determined to not only get my money back but warn others that what is promised is not what is delivered. They can say that people sign air tight contracts And they have no legal recourse to get their money back when they don't get the services that were promised but it an extremely unethical business practice. I compare what this company is doing to the mortgage crisis when banks were making loans without fully explaining the amount their payments would go up causing them to not be able to pay their mortgage. You can claim all day long that these people also signed contracts but the whole practice was extremely unethical and many of these mortgage companies are no longer in business or have paid hefty fines. The company that has a complaint filed against them can't close these Revdex.com complaints. The fact that they would threaten to close it or give me a time period in which I have to accept their less than acceptable offer of refunding only 25% of the amount just shows the level of professionalism this company has. However it is a fine example of the way they do business...lies about what they can or will do. If this was a trivial amount of money then I would have not even bothered to request our money back. However, the amount of money they are making off if people that don't know that they will only tell them the same things over and over again and even provide inadequate coaching and even inaccurate information is not acceptable. They are stealing people's money.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Please send back all materials and the refund will be processed minus a $100 re-stocking fee. The refund will be processed within the next 24 hrs. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account.

Mr. Banks refund was processed on 6/1/15. He should see it reflect in his account within 3-5 business days.

I am rejecting this response because: 1st - the business did not register for a business license and permit in the state of California this making all transactions Fraudulent and illegal. This means any contract made in California is non enforceable. 2nd - this was a bait and switch where they said one thing but do another. They sent me a copy of a unsigned certificate of guarantee that needs a signature from both parties. Partial disclosures of conditions is an act of fraud by intended deceit. They have to prove that their transactions were permitted in the state of California and the city of Ontario. Provide a signed copy of a signed certificate from both parties agreeing to the conditions.  I have file file complaints to the California Attorney General and San Bernardino District Attorney for the same complaint. As well as my credit card company.
Sincerely,

I need to do some clarification with my accounting department because your account shows a refund of $[redacted] but yes, I am offering a total of $[redacted].

We have verified that we did get the funds back. We have a call scheduled with Ms. [redacted] this afternoon to confirm and the refund will be processed as promised.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a Platinum Real Estate Mentoring package on 5/17/15. At the time of purchase Mr. [redacted] signed  contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. Mr. [redacted] never made an attempt to cancel per the agreed upon terms. In addition to Mr. [redacted]'s failure to...

cancel, he utilized the services. We are even at a loss of some money after booking 3 trips, flights and hotel, to Las Vegas for Mr. [redacted] which he cancelled each time.Due to the reasons stated above Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund.

Ms. [redacted] purchased a Platinum Real Estate package on 2/15/15 that inlcuded the following:1. Fast Start 3 Day Bootcamp2. Investor Summit3. Marketing Camp4. Find the Money Camp5. Wealth Strategies Camp6. Online COurses7. Online Resource Center8. Real Estate Evaluation Software9. Business...

Entity At the time of purchase Ms. [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. Ms. [redacted] never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contract. In addition to Ms. [redacted] never cancelling per the agreed upon terms, she utilized the services.  Ms [redacted] also states that we said Tarek and Christina would be at the event. Nowhere on any of our marketing does it state the the ** M[redacted]'s will be live and in person at any event. Our Marketing specifically refers to the training being conducted by the Success Path team. Ms [redacted] also mentions funding. Never did we say that we would provide her funding. We told her that we would assist her in FINDING the funding which is absolutely true. She also mentions a Mentor. She still has access to that Mentor. Although Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund, I will offer her a "Good Faith" gesture of $5,000 should she choose to accept.

Ms. [redacted] paid $1,997 to attend a 3 Day Real Estate Workshop. She attended all 3 days. At the end of the last day Ms. [redacted] was asked to fill out a satisfaction survey in which she gave all of the highest scores. She even hand wrote at the bottom "The event was helpful and insightful. I got my...

monies worth already".In addition to Ms. [redacted] satisfaction, she also signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. She never attempted to cancel within the allotted time-frame.Ms. [redacted] was clearly satisfied with what she received and is not eligible for a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
I understand that your business is to follow specific guidelines. But with the lack of being able to even get ahold of anyone Within your business made that difficult. If you can't refund 100%. The lowest we can accept is 75-80% of the total of $17,297. We are so unhappy with success path and to be manipulated and deceived into such a debt is rediculous and so unethical of your company. For all the trouble me and [redacted] have gone through we believe that is fair, what do you think?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel as though the information I received from the 3-day seminar was helpful or complete for me to move forward. Not only did I purchase the seminar but I also had to take 3 days out of work and drive an hour each way three days in a row. I am still requesting a full refund.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Since Amanda offered a downgrade and a 50% refund I will agree to those terms. The refund will be processed upon your's and [redacted]'s acceptance.

I apologize...

that Melissa did not get back to you in a timely manner. It's unfortunate you felt that the Revdex.com was your only next viable step. Please keep in mind for any future questions that you can call our Customer Service number at ###-###-####. I will go ahead and get the refund of $[redacted] processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account.

We document and have records of every phone call that comes in and I have no record of Ms. [redacted] ever calling in.The original team from the Accelerator is not always available due to conducting other events. You move forward by attending you Bootcamp which Ms. [redacted] was completely satisfied with based on HER survey. Why would we refund money for something someone purchased and was satisfied with giving it all 5's out of a scale of 1-5?I've attached a copy of the contract that Ms. [redacted] signed and claims she never received.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I had invited someone to the seminar and there name was also on the first form but if they check the check that was used my name is on both checks the check for [redacted] and the check for [redacted] I paid for everything and I just want my...

money back the other person that was on the forms was [redacted] and the check number was [redacted]
Sincerely,
