At the time of purchase the [redacted]'s signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policy. They never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contract. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] has previously chosen to file credit card disputes on all charges. When that happens we are bound to adhere to the decisions of the credit card companies. In this case Ms. [redacted] was awarded back two charges in the amounts of $14,297 and $2,500. The credit card companies...

Thank you for that information. I was able to locate the account and unfortunately a refund will not be granted. Ms. [redacted] attended all 3 days of the event and at the end was asked to fill out a Satisfaction survey which I've attached. Ms. [redacted] rated the event all the highest marks.  Due to the services being rendered and the fact that Ms. [redacted] was obviously satisfied, she is not eligible for any type of refund.

We are a business of integrity and honesty. We have thousands of satisfied customers. Yes we have some complaints through the Revdex.com but we also have an A+ rating for a reason. We see over 200,000 customer annually so 150 complaints comes out to .00075% of our customer base being dissatisfied. We stand behind our end of the contract and are willing to re-structure the deal to assist you should you choose to accept that.

Ms. R[redacted] purchased a Real Estate Mentoring package on 6/15/14. The purchase price for this package was $[redacted]. Ms. R[redacted] signed a contract when she purchased and has yet to pay in full. She still owes $[redacted]. When she signed her contract she agreed to the cancellation /refund policy and never...

cancelled within the allotted time-frame. In addition, Ms. R[redacted] has been fulfilled 100% of the $[redacted] of which she still owes on. If Ms. R[redacted] is willing to settle this as is then we will put a stop to the collection effort of the $[redacted] she still owes for services rendered.

Return on Rentals and Ms. [redacted] have come to a settlement agreement. I am not able to reply to the comp0laint with this outcome as it only give me the option to accept or decline arbitration.

If there has been a credit card dispute filed then I am unable to work out any kind of refund. We will adhere to the process of the credit card company and will have no choice but to abide by the decision they make. The company is not a scam nor is the speaker.  It's actually pretty concerning that you would attend all 3 days, get your money's worth and then expect us to give it all back. That sounds like a scam to me. We stand behind our guarantee 100% to work with our students until they have at least made back their investment with us. It's unfortunate that you chose the route of a dispute and complaints rather than calling in and working this out professionally. I will now wait to see what response the credit card company comes to.

I am rejecting this response because: They do not have a contract with me, nor are they up holding the information given by their speakers. I am due a complete refund. The whole event was recorded, so watch that and you will see where the speakers told the audience that if they did not have a transaction within 6 months our money would be automatically returned. I would think HDTV and the E[redacted]'s would not stand for this bait and switch.

We have went ahead and refunded Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $1,594.75 to settle this matter. Mr. [redacted] will need to allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect back in his account.

It's clearly not a scam to offer further education and obviously there is cost involved in that. I have made Ms. [redacted] a fair offer of a partial refund of $500 but will not be increasing that.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] today and explained to him that we need proof from his credit card company that his dispute is closed before we can mover forward. He agreed and is getting back to me next week.

I appreciate your consideration. Just FYI - we were told twice during the training that the cost of 1-on-1 was 20K - so maybe a good training point for your mentors. As far as your elite line - it's impossible to leave messages - we were getting busy signals or "mail box is full" message. We were able to get attention only after sending emails and escalatingWe do wish you well - this could be a great program. As a professional project/product manager if I may give you a suggestion - you need to hire a good leader to clean it up and structure your operations and you will be great. Your CS reps also need some communciaiton and common courtesy training. This is when your complaints will go awayPlease provide a time-frame of when we should be expecting to receive our refund.All the best
