I am rejecting this response
because:As AREE knows, I responded more than once that I would not agree to sign a Non-Disparage agreement that gave away all future rights if I were still participating in this programThe response from AREE was that they decide the terms not me, and if I didn't agree then I would get nothingThen I discovered that this agreement is illegal in California as of 1/1/2015, applies to AREE, of which AREE has not responded toI have no desire to be associated with this company or program and want a full refund of the $12,500.00.

I am rejecting this response because: the tactics of selling these packages to people were unethical, unfair and deceptiveI was encouraged to max out credit cards and open new accounts to max those out, to be able to afford the packageI have an email from the
salesperson (which I have) recommending additional credit cards to apply for to be able to obtain the credit needed to buy these. Knowing I did not have the assets or means to pay for the packages, but encouraging an individual to purchase your service knowing it may cause a hardship, is unethical and very deceptiveI now will have years of bad credit, a judgment to deal with and living day to day as a result of this practice.Please reconsider providing a full refundWith a refund, I will attest to no further action whatsoever and will consider this to be resolved without any further action to be necessaryObviously a refund will not cover the thousands of dollars in late fees, interest, judgment or years of bad credit to come, but it will help to start

We have not refused to refund Ms***'s moneyI explained to her over the phone last week that we are unable to refund the money due to the credit card dispute that she filedI simply asked her to provide proof that the complaint had been closed and she has yet to do that

We have not violated any laws as Ms*** statesHer request for a refund was simply denied because of the legally binding contract that she signed at the time of purchaseIn fact, Ms*** actually owes Advanced Real Estate Education $31,per the terms of the contract. It's
unfortunate that Ms*** feels that she was pressured into this because that is not the way we do businessThe additional educational packages that we offer are 100% optional.In interesting to hear now how dissatisfied Ms*** is when at the time of purchase she filled out a satisfaction survey and gave all 5's out of possible 5.I will refund Ms*** for her $10,deposit and stop the collection process but will not refund her initial $1,that she paid to attend the day workshop

I am rejecting this response because:
Premier mentoring can say all they want that we didn’t call
in but we didAnd when we did it was always something WE didn’t do right or
try to sell us something elseWe even got unsolicited calls from them trying
to sell us yet further training from their “Coaching ” program, that was
different from their “Premier Mentoring” and they only needed another
$12,Which they claimed was at a discount. We told them that we were already in debt
over $45,and declined
And what difference does it make if we gave you a 5’s rating
AT THE TRAININGThat isn’t practical application! Your training was good, Very convincing instructorsWhen we got out to the real
world and the instructors disappear we realized that we are on our own trying
to make the training work and in debt and can’t get a loan to buy our own
house
Your system only works for people who have MONEY BUT you
prey on people who can get CREDIT to pay for your expensive training and convince
them that they can make it back in to weeks and on your first deal with
support from the coaches/mentors etc! That
is what was promised to us by the people at the day courseThen they
disappeared after training and we paid, as you say because they’re “busy with
other events”THEN DON’T PROMISE YOU’LL BE THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

Here are the cold facts about what your company doesAs I
stated before you prey on people who can up their credit cards to pay for the
program with the promise that you don’t have to use your own money to do the
deals(We just need your credit) You convinced us! BUT the problem is when a
person has high debt you can’t get a loan to buy houses to flipAnd don’t even
try to talk to us about WHOLESALINGWhich quite a few real estate agents here
in Southern California it’s bad ethics and questionable as to the legal
practice
We reject their response and seek a refund and by the way,
they never contacted us to see how we are going and if we needed further help
to make the deals especially after spending over $45,they assured us we
have the highest level of support to reach success!

What exactly is Mr*** looking for? I am unable to process any type of refund while there are open credit card disputesIn addition to that, we have to adhere to the decisions of the credit card companyI would be more than willing to refund Mr*** for services not rendered but I can't while the disputes are open

Ms*** paid $26,toward a Platinum Real Estate Mentoring package on 2/4/At the time of purchase Ms*** signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyThere was never an attempt to cancel per the terms of the contractMs*** is requesting a refund for something
she purchased almost years ago which she is not eligible for. We stand behind our Guarantee to work with Ms*** until she at least makes back her investment but will not be processing a refund

On 1/14/Mrs*** paid $1,to attend a day Real Estate Seminar $for the Tax Lien programShe then purchased a Real Estate Coaching package on 3/2/for $3,which included Coaching sessionsAt the time of both purchases Mrs*** signed contracts agreeing to the
cancellation/refund policyShe never made an attempt to cancel anything within the allotted time-frame. In addition to Mrs***'s failure to cancel, she has been 100% fulfilled on the services she purchased.Due to these facts Mrs*** is not eligible for any type of refund.This is absolutely not a scamWe have thousands of satisfied customers along with an A+ rating with the Revdex.comWe stand behind our guarantee 100% to continue to work with Mrs*** until she has at least made back her investment with us

Mrs*** paid $1,to attend a Day Real Estate Workshop which she did attendAt the end of the third day she was asked to fill out a satisfaction survey and gave all good remarks/scoresAlthough Mrs*** refers to our additional training as a "Scam", it's clear in her survey, based
on her own words, that she was well aware of the process and what you get with the additional training. The funding that Mrs*** refers to is available given the right dealI am more than happy to set Mrs*** up with a Coach to discuss the funding further.Due to Mrs***'s signed contract and understanding of the cancellation/refund policy, on top of the services being rendered, there will be no refundsIf Mrs*** wishes to continue with the Coaching option please call ***

I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with what you are saying about the contract because I didn't even get a copy to be able to have a chance to read the terms for a return on dissatisfactionI believe Lisa kept the contract for this very reason, so I wouldn't have a chance to get a return on what I've paid inA question that I do have is if your name is Premier Mentoring why do you advertise under different names using celebrities names to draw people in making them think they are going to get to meet them and possibly work with them? To me that's dishonesty in itselfIf your company has such integrity why would you take someone's money that really wanted to work with your company but couldn't afford to come up with the full funds and refuse to give any of the money back? No help was offered until I wanted a refund now, you say you want to restructure for the funds I did pay? What does that mean exactly? I think it's just a way to close the complaint with the Revdex.comI still believe that I deserve some type of refund because I was misled and lied to from the beginning

Ms*** is trying to get a refund for something that was purchased over years agoI show no communication with her since July of Due to the contract that she signed and services being renderedMs*** is not eligible for any typeofrefund

The Tuition Guarantee that Ms*** refers to is a certificate that clearly outlines each step that is required to obtain a 100% refundUnfortunately, Ms*** did not follow those required steps thus making her ineligible for a refund. I will offer Ms*** a "Good Faith" gesture of $
should she choose to accept it

Mr*** claims this to all be FLUFF but I find it interesting that he says that without completing the courseThis is like buying the Mercedes and not driving itWe have nothing to hideThis isn't a scam nor is it FLUFFWe have thousands of satisfied customers and success storiesThe complaints on the Revdex.com site reflect less than 1/of a percentage of our customer baseIn reference to InTouch magazine; it's a grocery store tabloidWhat was stated in those stories is far from the truth. We stand behind out guarantee to work with Mr*** until he's at least made back his investment but will not bne processing any type of refund

Had you not have filed a complaint against us the refund would have been processedUpon this complaint being removed, I will then move forward with a refund
