On 8/26/Mr [redacted] paid $to attend a Day Real Estate Workshop and $to attend a Tax Lien WorkshopAt the time of both purchases MR [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyHe never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contractsIn addition to not cancelling, Mr [redacted] was fulfilled in regards to the Real Estate Workshop as he attended and we also sent him DVD's of the Workshop at no additional chargeIn regards to the Tax Lien Workshop, Mr [redacted] has not been fulfilled and I would be happy to refund that portion but unfortunately, Mr [redacted] has chosen to dispute the charges through his credit card company which ties up the funds until the credit card company makes a decision as to weather the charge is valid

Unfortunately Ms [redacted] has previously chosen to file credit card disputes on all chargesWhen that happens we are bound to adhere to the decisions of the credit card companiesIn this case Ms [redacted] was awarded back two charges in the amounts of $14,and $2,The credit card companies sided with the business in regards to charges of $11,and $13,Due to the decisions of the credit card companies and the contract that Ms [redacted] signed we will not be offering any additional refunds

Mr [redacted] purchased his Mentoring package almost years agoWhen he purchased he signed a binding contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyHe never made an attempt to cancel per the agreed upon termsIn addition, he utilized the services and was completely satisfied with what he received based on his own words in his satisfaction surveys that he filled out.We cannot be held liable for Mr [redacted] 's sudden buyer's remorse of something he purchased years ago with a legally binding contractIt's also not right to expect a business to provide you the services to your satisfaction and then expect your money back years later.We will not be issuing any type of refund to Mr [redacted]

We have actually spoken with Ms [redacted] via phone and notified her that we were willing to work out a settlement for the services that haven't been rendered but she has been more than un-willing to work with usI will make her a settlement offer of $13,to settle this

We absolutely stand behind our guarantee to work with Ms. [redacted] until she's at least made back her investment but we will not be issuing a refund for something that was purchased in 2015. Ms. [redacted] can call our Customer Service department at 800-277-4350 and we can get her setup with a Mentor.

We have verified that we did get the funds backWe have a call scheduled with Ms [redacted] this afternoon to confirm and the refund will be processed as promised
