Ms*** is requesting a refund for packages that she purchased over a year and a half agoWhen she purchased she signed contracts agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe never made an attempt to cancel per the terms of the contractIn addition to the failure to cancel, Ms***
has been fulfilled on the services and to her satisfaction based on her satisfaction surveys which can be provided upon request.We stand behind our guarantee 100% to continue to work with Ms*** until she has least made back her investmentIf Ms*** chooses not to accept that than I will offer her $5,as a Good Faith gesture

Mr***'s refund was processed on 6/2/He should see it reflect in his account any day now

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to Amanda from the Flipping Formular in Thursday, October 15, and she stated that she would take my complaint up with her committee regarding a full refund or half, and will get back to Amanda on Friday, October 16, She called on Friday but did not leave a messageI called her back today and she stated that she had to speak to *** *** as she was the one who signed the contract and submitted the check, in order to see if she would agree to half the cost of the program and continue to downgrade our membership or if she still wanted the full refundNot once did she State a refund of $3KLast week they were willing to give a full refund or half the refundThe full refund is what *** wants, for the reasons specified in the original complaint to Revdex.com

Mr*** purchased a Platinum Real Estate Mentoring package on 11/1/for $*** with a $*** depositHe has since paid an additional $*** towards the packageWhen Mr*** purchased he signed a contract agreeing to number 1, pay the balance in full and number 2, agreed to the
cancellation/refund policyMr*** never attempted to cancel within the allotted time-frameDue to these reasons Mr*** is not eligible for a refundMr*** would be seeing more success and more assistance if he would have paid his package in fullWe cannot fulfill the services for a loss in revenue. I am sorry to hear of Mrs***'s dissatisfaction with the Workshop and would like to come to a resolutionWe would be happy to refund Mrs*** for 50% of her enrollment since she did attend the event if she is willing to accept

The Guarantee that was given out at the event is call a Tuition Guarantee CertificateIt clearly outlines the steps that need to be taken to qualifyIf all requirements are met, it's a no questions asked refundUnfortunately, Mr*** did not complete the required steps to qualify for a
100% Tuition Reimbursement. The offer of $1,still stands should Mr*** choose to accept it

We have numerous success stories but I will not be giving out their contract info for Ms*** to reach out to. Again, Ms*** is requesting a refund of something that she purchased
over a year agoAnd again, the package did not come with any type of guarantee that she would be successful and that was made very clear at the time of purchase.Ms*** is not eligible for a refund

I am rejecting this response because: The allegations made
relating to attempting to refund my monies are FALSEI advised the company's
representative to refund the monies to the same credit card used to purchase
the faulty programI also provided my credit card to the representative
personallyI was informed I would receive my refund in 5-10days. After
NOT receiving my refund after 30days I begin to voice my position on social
media and established a website to attempt to prevent other investors from being
exposed to the same fateMrShane A***, verbally refused my refund because
I made the situation public information and he stated he would not provide me a
refund until I sign a non-disclosure agreement and remove the websiteI
advised Shane, I would gladly remove the site and cease my grievances if I was
refunded my moneyShane begin cursing at me and telling me I'm not getting
anything and basically stated I could attempt to collect my funds via legal
means if I can and refused to talk to me any furtherI had no problem taking
down the website and ceasing my comments on the companies practices IF I was
refunded my monies based on the breach of contact due to NOT receiving any of
the information/services promisedI also did not ever ask for $38K dollars,
this is another fabrication by the companyIf this company wants to pursue me
legally for telling the truth about my experience and attempting to help other
potential investors from their shady practices, so be it! I would assume it
would be a better business decision to simply refund my money, However I
realize they don't care too much about my dissatisfaction with their program
and are more interested in ripping people off without regard.

We came to an agreement with Ms*** when she called inShe agreed to accept a partial refund of $4,We sent her a refund agreement to sign and she never sent it back. The offer of $4,stands and will not be increased

I am rejecting this response because: when I signed the contract, they didn't provide me with the detailed refund policy in writing or explained to me about the terms and conditions for the refund. The sales person verbally guaranteed me that it is a risk free course and I would get fully refund if I am not satisfied with the course. I only received the course content and tuition guarantee certificate (see attachment) on the first date of the seminar. I read the certificate on the second date where I found they set up very difficult conditions (almost impossible) if I want to get the refund. At first I thought there is no hope I can get my money back because they already deducted the money from my credit card even though I am not satisfied with the course content. Later on the disappointment and anger built up as time goes by. The tuition they charged US$is a month rent for me. I am a single mom with teenagers and a years old father. The reason why I signed up was because I really wanted to learn something and make some money via real estate investment. If the course really taught me something or really worth the money, I have no problem paying it but I learned nothing from the course, just waste days of my time and waste the money.I can understand the company has its operational cost, so I can accept US$1,as the refund
