I am rejecting this response because:The actual facts were not stated regarding contact on the refund, and the business ignored our compliant, as did they all of the follow up attempts to collect the refund. As the actual 3-day Workshop was intended to pump the further education, and "demean" anyone that was not interested, I did write as a joke on the last day, that the conference was great. Knowing that we would be contacting Jayden W*** that evening as a follow up for the refund. There wasn't one instructor at the Workshop that wanted to hear anything negative. Please note the attached copy of the email from the business' employee, as an initial request for the refund. It was NOT made years later, as the very inaccurate response was made by the business, but while we are at the course. Please re-review the information below and do not disregard our attempts to contact for a refund. After numerous messages over a year period, of which NONE were returned, the business is a fraud. Jayden W*** promised a refund and responded as intended. No follow up from the business. No response. We did finally give up after years of no response whatsoever from the business from any of our messages and calls, and decided to file as a last resort the Revdex.com complaint. An outright lie by the business that we did not contact them. We attended the event Friday, Saturday and Sunday April 1-3, 2016. On the first day, we didn’t feel comfortable with the information presented, and thought there were issues and we were being takenWhile there was some instruction, much of the time was spent with the Success Path instructors attempting to convince and pressure us to purchase expensive continuing education. There were Tier One Gold $35,972, Tier Two Platinum $45,and Tier Three Diamond $73,program options, which they focused on selling, with the caveat that we would be going to Las Vegas for a 3-Day Investor Summit. The Investor Summit was the big Educational Event and we were told we would get to meet Tarek and Christina. We did research once we got home and saw many articles about the Company regarding fraud, misinformation, miscommunication, sham, scandal and rip-offs. We called after the first day of the workshop, Friday night, April to the Success Path number, as we wanted out and our money refunded. We called extand spoke with Jayden W*** and talked about the Event and how we were not getting what we were promised and wanted our money back. She told us she still wanted us to give it a try and go the last day Sunday, April 3. She told us to sit down with the real estate coach on the last day to see if what we were promised, we would, in fact receive. We were told that we would get a 3-week, detailed daily plan to get started and ensure our success. This never happened. She said if we didn’t get what we were told, to call her back for a refund. She then confirmed the conversation with an email (attached). We did receive an individual real estate coach session on the last day, Sunday, April 3. The 30- minute individual coach session was just more intense pressure to purchase the continuing education, and all of the great success it would bring to usWhen our coach realized we were not going to purchase the additional Gold, Platinum or Diamond education package, he then got his supervisor. The supervisor tried to hard sell us and gave us a further discounted rate. We still said no and then our coach blew us off, left us and would not acknowledge us. We were quickly escorted out of the Event, along with the other attendees that did not purchase the continuing education. We called Jayden on Sunday night April after the workshop and left a message regarding the refund. No return call. We called back again two weeks later, and got her voicemail. Hit “0” and spoke to the operator, and they transferred us to Todd at x 193. We spoke with Todd and explained the situation. He told us he would have someone call us back. Never did. We called weeks later and left another message. No call back. Called again April 20, and left a message for Todd. No call back Called Jayden November 11, and left a message. No call back
We want our refund, as PROMISED by the Success Path employee. Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: It is very obvious that Success Path does not want to settle this issueIf they were any kind of reputable company, they would have no problem with refunding my moneyAs far as the mentor goes, we followed everything to the letterAgain the mentor told us nothing we couldn't have found out on the web. Also we did not make any deals as a result of his coming out to usThe bottom line here is Success Path is in the business to taking your money and give you nothing in returnWe have tried to settle this with no resolutionWe will now pursue this matter legallyI don't have the time to go back and forth with them on this siteMy Thanks to the Revdex.com for trying to resolve this issueI do hope you post this and warn others out there so they do not get ripped off the way I did.

I would be willing to split the difference of the remaining $10,with Ms*** if she is willing to sign a Settlement Agreement

Does Ms*** have a partner that the account could be under? I don't show anything under her name

The refund was processed in full on 5/19/It was delayed due to the fact that the consumer filed a chargeback rather than being patient and allowing to return the moniesA copy of the refund receipt was also emailed to the customer on 5/19/15.In regards to the comment about how many complaints
we have: It's under 1% of our customer base, thus earning us and A+ rating

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and accept the resolution If that is the best that they can do, it does not make me happy Nor does it create an advocate of me in regards to how the company conducts its business and treats unhappy customers Since the business has a C+ rating with the Revdex.com and over complaints I fear that their satisfaction survey may not be as accurate as they are claiming, but I will accept the 50% refund resolution to close this complaint.

nameIn the documentation it expressed that I could have a companion and I added my sister's name *** ***My sister did not pay for the education/mentoring program I didI noticed that some information was also directed under her name which it shouldn't have been because I was the person that purchased the trainingI am willing to pay the $arbitration services offered through Revdex.com to receive additional support in recuperating the large amount of income I lost.

On 2/28/Ms*** purchased a Platinum Real Estate Mentoring package for $26,At the time of purchase Ms*** signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contractIn addition to her failure to cancel, she utilized the
services. Due to the reasons stated above, Ms*** is not eligible for any type of refund for her Platinum package. On 3/29/Ms*** purchased a Real Estate Coaching package for $25,At the time of purchase she again signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe again never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contractInd addition to her failure to cancel, she utilized the services for this as well. Due to the reasons stated above, Ms*** is not eligible for any type of refund for her Coaching package. Though Ms*** is not eligible for a refund, we do stand behind out guarantee to work with her until she has at least made back her investment

I have previously spoken with Ms*** and made her a settlement offer of $***She has obviously chosen to not accept my offer so at this time I am rescinding that offer and will not be refunding any amount
