The number of “customers” stated by Zurixx is a lie. Many times my speaker friend was presenting to only 10 or 15 potential schills at a weekend seminar. Zurixx made a vast amount of money due to the extremely expensive programs threy were pushing. Clients paying thirty thousand, forty thousand and more for Carlton Sheets/Russ Whitney style information. The bottom line is that people were peddled snake oil by very slick charlatans. And it was carefully formulated with a three day refund period knowing full well that buyer’s remorse only sets in after having time enough to process the magnitude of the scam perpetrated on them.

If there has been a credit card dispute filed then I am unable to work out any kind of refundWe will adhere to the process of the credit card company and will have no choice but to abide by the decision they makeThe company is not a scam nor is the speaker It's actually pretty concerning that you would attend all days, get your money's worth and then expect us to give it all backThat sounds like a scam to meWe stand behind our guarantee 100% to work with our students until they have at least made back their investment with usIt's unfortunate that you chose the route of a dispute and complaints rather than calling in and working this out professionallyI will now wait to see what response the credit card company comes to

We have previously tried to work something out with Ms*** but she has chosen not to cooperateThe following was the last message sent to her with no responseThe offer of a 50% refund still stands but will not be increased due to the legally binding contracts and services that were

open to that as wellWe simply will not go higher than thatIf this isn’t
something you are willing to consider, then there is no point in us talking

The money back guarantee you refer to is out "Tuition Reimbursement" programTo qualify for that there are very specific steps that were outlined that you MUST followYou failed to follow the steps accordinglyDue to the binding contract that was signed, the failure to cancel and the services
being rendered, you are not eligible for a refund of any typeI will however off you $*** for your displeasureThe $*** will be processed upon your acceptance

I'm sorry to hear about Mr***'s frustrations.Mr*** and his partner *** paid $1,in March of to attend a Day Real Estate Workshop which they did attendAt the time of purchase *** signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyThere was never an attempt to
cancel per the terms of the contract and in fact, never an attempt to cancel until now, almost years later.At the completion of the Workshop Mr*** was asked to fill out a Satisfaction Survey which can be provided upon requestIn this survey Mr***, in his own words, says that the event was "Very Good, worthwhile".Due to the reasons stated above, Mr*** is not eligible for a refund

When Ms*** purchased her Real Estate Mentoring package she signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe never attempted to cancel within the agreed upon time-frameIn addition to her failure to cancel, the services were rendered to herHer statement of never receiving a
receipt is falseShe signed it electronically so she has a copy of it.Due to these reasons Ms*** is not eligible for any type of refundI will however offer her a good faith gesture of $2,We also stand behind our guarantee 100% to continue to work with Ms*** until she has at least made back her investment with us

After fully thinking over this offer, I am going to have to reject the offer of $40,from Advanced Real Estate Education (AREE) Like I said in the previous message to AREE I am willing to settle for $45, I feel this is more than a fair amount, especially after I did some research to find out that I have been charged more than $in interest on the credit cards used to purchase the packages in question With the information of AREE using a form letter and further information that I have found out from other unhappy students, I feel that it would be in AREE best interest to settle this situation soon If AREE agrees to the $45,000, I would like them to email me the indicated settlement agreement to be approved by my attorney.I still have not moved forward with contacting the Federal Trade Commission, but if I do not receive an email from AREE by the 10th of May I will move forward with filing my complaint I will also start reaching out to more AREE students to inform them of my situation and how they can move forward to file their own complaints
