We have spoken to Mr*** since the last messageWhen Mr*** purchased he signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyHe
never made an attempt to cancel per the terms of the contractIn addition to not cancelling, there were services rendered to Mr*** and to hi complete satisfaction based on his Satisfaction survey which can provided upon request. We have since made Mr*** a "Good Faith" gesture of $10,which he rejectedThat offer still stands should he choose to accept it but he is not eligible for a refund

I am rejecting this response because: you're not taking into my account my complaints, based on the information given to me by PAM, and the all the information given to me at the free seminar, it's deceitful , misleading and . Of course it all sounded too good to be true, in day course , when we were sold a bill of goods that is not accurate or true . My survey was based on information we heard through out the course, now I retract that statement because of what we found out to be information. It's not life changing but a scam , preying on trusting individuals. I've called you people x , left messages and not one return phone call , ever ! I also called and emailed your LENDER with a scenario , 3x and no return calls ! No support at all ! I also spoke with ANDREW , and emailed about the boot camp in our area, which I was told by PAM again, that they have classes in our surrounding area all the time ! NO true ! It requires travel, airfare, and hotels ....more $$$. Look at my original complaint....this isn't going away SHANE until I get my refund A contract that is based on misleading , or deceit is not a valid contract ..regardless of the guarantees or day refund policy, but rendered VOID !

On 12/29/*** and *** paid a total of $1,to attend a Day Real Estate WorkshopAt the time of purchase they signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyThey never attempted to cancel within the allotted time-frameIn addition to not cancelling, they attended the
event. Due to their failure to cancel within the agreed upon terms and the fact that the services were rendered, they are not eligible for any type of refundHowever, they did call in on 1/20/stating their dissatisfactionAt this time we made them an offer of a 50% refund in the amount of $*** and *** agreed to this offer and the phone conversation is recorded.Due to the facts stated above there will be no additional offers of any type of refund

Customer has verbally agreed to a settlement pf $***The refund will be processed upon receiving back her signed refund agreement

Ms*** states that she felt scammed due to being asked to put up more moneyWe do offer additional education packages but they are 100% optionalI would like to offer Ms*** a partial refund of $for her dissatisfaction should she choose to accept

We have not yet received any notification from the credit card company that the dispute is closedIn any case, once the complaint is filed it is a black mark against the company, whether it's closed or notDue to the processes of a credit card dispute, we are bound to the decisions the credit card company makesWe are unable to negotiate thisI would encourage Mr*** to contact Amex again

Mr*** needs to be patientWe agreed to give him the refund of $*** although we did not have to nor did he qualify for itSince he paid with a check it has to be refunded via check and there is a process for thatHe should receive his check within the next 7-business days

I am rejecting this response because:The response is a non responseThe advertising material is misleading, it claims that at the event we were invited to we could"-Do a wholesale deal in 60-days and put immediate cash in your pocket!-Find unlisted properties that are way below market value!-Create cash flow this year that surpasses your monthly income-Get pre-approved financing up to $500,without utilizing your credit"This was a flat out lieNone of this was covered in the event - instead the event was nothing more than a high pressure sales event for a even more expensive set of seminars. You need to 1) Fix the marketing materials or better yet the seminar so it is not so fraudulently misleading2) Compensate me for my time
