  They do not stand behind their products. Once they have your money, expect no help if you should have a problem. The owner is the nastiest lady. Look at the google reviews for proof. The furniture has since been put in the basement, and we purchased quality furniture, from a reputable store, for our family room. We will NEVER go back there again. You get what you pay for.

  ...and threats, brought upon me and my cosigner, I expect a letter from KIA motors finance stating that Taylor KIA has admitted to lying about a customer. For this dealership to not expect me to file a complaint is more the absurd. I expect my money to be in my account tomorrow morning because that will be 3 days now I still have not received my money. I wish I would've read some of the negative reviews about your company that would have made me steer clear of a shady dealership.

  Like the two previous negative reviews, I had a similar experience. Horrible customer service, misleading and conflicting stories as to why they held my money for 1 month without any expected shipment dates. Still took over 25 minutes just to cancel the order. Not only would I never do business with this company, I would STRONGLY urge others to avoid this company.

  ...millwork online but my concerns were put at ease when the box arrived. Not a nick or ding in any piece. The packing job was impeccable. The pieces were bundled together, then surrounded by expanding foam and packed in a cardboard box. Shipping was super reasonable ($30 from OH to CT) since I was able to order 8 footers and I had one issue that they resolved without a single question. I don't normally write reviews but because of the exceptional experience, I felt the need to write this one.
