If you take the time to read all of the prior negative reviews online you will find that the issues are consistent, with the exception of some 5 star BS reviews that contradict what the negative reviews state. The patient requested copies of payment distributions as well as a copy of all balances in collections.   ...ineptitude and lack of professionalism EVERY STEP OF THE WAY is completely unnecessary. No-one should have to tell their medical providers office how to do their job. I'm sure Dr. [redacted] is making a very comfortable living and could easily afford to hire and train QUALIFIED office staff.
