  Review: I drove my car to noel's car toys on 1/12/2015 to have a remote start installed. It's a crime stopper security plus and has good reviews. The man who runs noel's looked at it and said it would be no problem. The electric start worked for about a week and then intermittently. Then it stopped completely. I took my car back to him and he said I was right. He had to get inside the car to start it. He now said the starter I brought him wasn't a good one and he could install one of his own...

  Used this company because others in the area were using him. Should have checked reviews. Left him a check the day the job was to be done. He cashed the check immediately but did not do the job because it was damp. That was my first issue with MIKE. He then kept putting me off for two weeks. He was a wise guy on the phone. When he finally did show they did a terrible job. Seal coated over leaves on the drive way. Missed spots. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  ...would only be resolved via legal means. . They still have my lawnmower for storageI dread what will happen in the spring when I'm ready to receive it back. The indifference to customer service was appalling. I tend not to come on this strong with reviews, and try to find a silver lining especially if a company seems sincere and seems to be trying, but Allen's customer service went beyond indifference. If others have the same experience, I don't expect that Allen will be in business much longerthey don't deserve to be.

  ...(re-calling the stores again and again) the sales people that answered the phone admitted they gave him the messages. After 7 days of trying to track this guy down I an reporting him to the Revdex.com will review him in all the local online reviews and am starting the process of taking him to small claims court - it's his choice - I don't play games or put up with such unprofessional behavior.Desired SettlementRefund of full cost of shirt and compensation for time and gas in attempting to track him down.

Also, had we done our research before purchasing the puppy, we would have known there are far more negative reviews than positive ones. She was not willing to refund us until we paid for a confirmed diagnosis even though the vet was pretty sure what the puppies died from.   I purchased this trike based on the reviews along with my common sense . It arrived quickly and it's great! It rides perfectly. I'm a 76 with a back problem that keeps me from riding a regular bike. This was the PERFECT answer for me. I can ride with the kids and Hubby without any problems and without worrying about hurting my back while balancing a regular bike. The basket is great! You can fit a lot of stuff in it for a long bike ride (water, food, kites! A small sized dog could easily ride...

After I placed my order, I googled the company and read several negative reviews and immediately emailed Pernell with my concerns. Within a day I received an email back assuring me that my order would be shipped after the weekend, as he did not want the plants sitting in s box for days. And sure enough...,my order came and was perfect!!!! Even my fairy garden was in excellent condition!!!!!...
