  ...The door latch sticks, so I finally used WD-40 on our brand new entry door latch. This easily could have been a good review if our project had been flagged at the beginning with the first error and had some one person at Vista follow through and make sure it went along smoothly. I hate giving negative reviews, but I feel people need to know of our experience when weighing which company to go with. I have written a personal letter to the owner of the company ahead of submitting this review.

After getting notices that some would not be fulfilled I have contacted the company which reviews my submission and then says I will receive my rebate. Each time they create another hurdle for me to jump.We are looking at more than $100.00 in rebates that they have not honored to date.Time and time again I have asked is this a scam like...

  ...where I paid. Nothing came in the mail in regards for me to show proof. However I did receive another letter explaining to me that this account in the amount of $277.00 will be reporting to the credit bureau. I am furious! I also checked the reviews on Google & plenty of other people have complained about the exact same situation. How is it possible for this company to still be open? Including the type of company that's dealing with people's finances and credit history. This is very sad...

  ...the company could not reach the contractor they reached. Even more upsetting was the fact that the individual, Stephanie, in charge of "Scheduling" would never return calls. No one ever called to say the contractor wasn't coming, was late, or even offered to help reschedule.I can't believe this company exists, especially in light of the other reviews that exist on this company.Desired Settlement: No settlement requested other than to publish what a danger this company is to honest customers.

  ...rest of our pictures and albums. After almost a year of hearing nothing from him, the groom sent him a certified letter that Bo signed for. After several weeks Bo sent a letter back saying he was having financial problems. He asked us to remove bad reviews we had made with a promise that he would at some point do the bridal couple's album -- he gave no indication of ever fulfilling the rest of the contract. He did have the decency to send a CD with all of the wedding pictures. We have no confidence that we ever receive what we paid for from him.

  ...to be installed in 3 months at my request. Again I feel I got a good deal. I installed 10x10 doors as well. Not sure I like that as they are a little big for what they are made of. But still even at that they work great and look nice. I read reviews on this company and on Mark prior to buying the building. The reviews were not always good. After meeting with Mark he did a lot better job on the sales pitch, showing me materials and samples than did the other guys. I decided to stick my neck out...

  I should have read the other reviews before I ordered from this company. The service is the worst I have ever come across. I ordered my building and was told 6 -8 weeks. No problem. They call me with in 3 weeks saying they will deliver on a Tuesday. I wait all day; I call at 4:00 p.m. and the scheduler tells me they are on their way, I am the next stop. At 6:30 p.m. still waiting, no call, nothing. I call Wednesday morning; they say their people couldn't get it done before dark and were...

  ...work with their customer service that is not handled locally with no help. 30 to 40 minute hold times then disconnects, multiple days of trying to get the right person on phone, never called back when they said they would . Rude,condescending staff, that did nothing but threaten me with collection. I have gone online and the reviews are terrible. Their local phone number is not local it goes straight to corporate offices. This is not a company that should be allowed to do business in our city
