  ...doing my freelance job and making money.. plus I've lost out on a visit to see family and been extremely inconvenienced. I request a refund of $400, which is a discount from the original flight price ($450) and does not include the $50 cancellation fee. I believe this to be fair after wasting time to deal with a company that has been shown to be deceitful thousands of times online through user reviews.
